It was said to be delivered today at 15:42. I just didn't get a package. I don't know what's always going on at DPD and others. It is not normal and according to the DPD announcement it is back in Essen ... it could have been delivered on Saturday ... I have no idea what that is all about.

Horrible service. Delivered my package to someone in my building. Did not notify the delivery by email or any other means. I still haven't received my package and DPD even doesn't know the apartment number or the whole name of the person to whom the package was delivered!

I am satisfied with the delivery time window. The parcels always arrive here in the specified time window.

I asked to deliver my parcel to a Pickup parcelshop, however it was put in my small mailbox and delivery package was opened and completely destroyed.

The service from dpd is terrible, even 1 star is too much. I had to run 1.5 weeks after my package. Dpd claimed every day not to have found me, even though I was at home every time and the doorbell did not even ring. While dhl delivered parcels to the neighbors on some days because some people have to work, dpd stated at the same delivery time that it had not reached anyone! This can not be!

DPD is only pretend digitized. The first package this week was delivered to strangers at a distance of 40 km and reported as "successfully delivered".
