Parcels are simply parked in front of the house or in the hallway downstairs, where everyone passes by, without ringing the bell to see if anyone is there.
Today a package was thrown into the house, which definitely had a different recipient / different address.
Since there has been a new delivery person, nothing has worked for the DPD.
