Apparently it is standard that parcels are simply parked somewhere or
be taken back with a note
"A delivery was not possible", although you are at home. It won't either
rang the bell. A storage location is not taken into account. Based on the reviews I can see that many other customers are doing the same as

passed on, because the behavior of the deliverer does not change! A few years ago we had a top delivery man who unfortunately took over another district and since then the delivery has been a single disaster.
DPD should rethink its business philosophy with regard to customer orientation! Training measures for deliverers are urgently required!
