This is the WORST of the delivery companies by far. Today our packet was simply thrown over the fence into the bushes and it was lucky that I saw it. They regularly drive right by and moments later we receive a mail "Sorry our driver couldn't deliver" and we had a 100 + value delivery of dog food listed as delivered, but they never came and when we called we were told it was impossible to trace. We refuse to order from any company that uses DPD as their delivery.
