Incredibly incompetent deliverers who, if they even try to deliver the package, either stuff it into the mailbox, ideally of course in the wrong one, although EXTRA you specify the upper floor or it is sent directly to some parcel shop, or the address is supposedly not found!

My experiences relate to Berlin
