I received my package today, the delivery was displayed and also brought up to the 3rd floor (mattress 15 kg).
The parcel deliverer was visibly exhausted and glad that he could park the parcel.
The only thing I missed was the friendliness, he looked very annoyed, although I thanked him for getting up there, no kind word or other kind gesture came.
Otherwise, I have to say that DPD delivered very reliably despite postponing my part.

The service from the DPD deliverers is the last. The deliverer asked that I should come down to him, does not consider it necessary to get to the first floor and simply places the shipment on the stairs.
There the package was accessible to everyone. Since I am severely disabled, I have to hope that someday a roommate will bring me up the show.

According to DPD shipment tracking, the package was delivered. The delivery was not made. This is very unattractive and offers a lot of room for improvement.

The consignment was returned to the wrong neighbor and no notification card was thrown in the mailbox. Delivered one day later even though it was close to me according to tracking.

Again cheating. DPD delivery agent claims to have delivered the parcel via app (someone was at home all day) and the parcel was never delivered. No parking permit issued. For the Xth time and always only with DPD. How can they stay on the market ????

Absolute catastrophe, I've never seen anything bad !! Road closed due to construction work, too lazy to walk a bit. Then 2x claim to have not met anyone, suddenly the address is wrong! 1 1/2 weeks until I got my package, after several advertisements but they didn't do anything either!

Parcel came on time. There is a star for that. I understand that you can have difficulties with the delivery at the present time, but the driver was totally rude and aggressive. He complained because he had to deliver two different packages to me in two different days! "We are overwhelmed and if they continue to order something every day we send the goods back instead of delivering them," he threatened. This is a little crazy and not professional at all. Amazon should be informed. I'll try it.

The arrival time was changed twice and the tour was canceled after a 1.5 hour break. I can be glad that my wife and not me was at home.

No ringing and / or notification via the intercom in a house with public traffic! Instead, store the delivery in front of the elevator to the doctor's office in the house. Everyone could have taken the package with them. Poor service of the DPD !!

Deliverer again. Trying to put a packet in the letter box slot is just not cool. Even in Corona time. If you want to receive your parcels undamaged and direct, you should avoid DPD delivery!

The parcel deliverers don't bother to bring the parcel to the front door, but simply put it down in the hallway. Outrageous. DPD as a provider Top and fast, but the parcel delivery flop of the year.

Currently only problems. Is simply parked in front of the door - instead of in front of the shelf where it was discussed.
That is the very last! Easy to store things worth up to 500 euros.

Unfortunately, the parcels are not brought to the apartment door on the 2nd floor, but simply put down without ringing on the front door of the residential complex with 10 parties in front. How should I or my husband carry these packages to the 2nd floor (both are around 70 years old)

The deliverer is very polite, friendly and courteous.

Package was delivered super quickly. According to the tracking, it should be in the mailbox (AO BK). When I got home in the afternoon, it was on the inside of the stairwell on the mailboxes and was open, but the goods I ordered were still in there. I then disinfected the goods, you never know who had it in your hands when several people come past the mailbox in the meantime and are probably curious. That's why you only get 2 stars from me. After all, I paid money for the package and the goods.

Laut Sendungsverfolgung per Email waren meine Pakete angeblich stets bei mir abgestellt worden. Die richtige Adresse war demnach dem Zusteller bekannt und stand auch auf dem Paket richtig!
Bei einem Mal kann es ein grobes Versehen sein - aber innerhalb von 2 Wochen?

DPD ist ganz klar mit diesem Personal nicht zu empfehlen!

Despite a clear explanation of the parking location (4th floor in front of the front door) with parking permit, the package was simply parked on the ground floor in the hallway. Didn't even ring. Unfortunately this has already happened again.

My parcel was left at the wrong address, fortunately the name was correct because the relatives, but they live on a completely different street.
So please read the complete address and don't just go by the name, it could have gone wrong.

The deliverer rang our bell and was informed via the house intercom that he could find us on the 1st floor. Unfortunately, as expected, nobody came up the stairs with our package afterwards. Since he didn't answer our call either, we went to look for him in the hallway.
What we found was our package - parked and freely accessible to everyone on the shared mailbox system in the hallway on the ground floor.

Sorry but it doesn't work like that! It was not agreed that the items should be returned / deposited at a location other than our apartment door. There was valuable content in the package.

Later we saw in the shipment tracking that he had also not described the delivery location. He just typed a few letters in a mess to designate the delivery location ...

Parcels are always simply placed without ringing the bell at all! I have been waiting since 9 a.m. this morning and do not go outside the door to meet the messenger, because I would have refused to accept it. Now I have the thing here that goes back anyway.

Either the doorbell does not ring at all, or only so briefly that you cannot get to the door so quickly and the delivery person is already gone. And when the package has been given to the neighbor, no notification is put in the mailbox.

I received my delivery on time this morning, within the time frame. From a very friendly and courteous young man. Of course, he came up the stairs. Can only recommend DPD. I assume that AO should mean storage location.
I have never agreed on a storage location with DPD. Especially not down in the stairwell. I live in an apartment building on the upper floors.
The front door downstairs isn't always closed. Anyone can take my package below with them.
I don't think there was a positive experience with deliveries with DPD until now.
I try to avoid deliveries with DPD as much as possible.

I can track exactly when the driver is at the gate! Excellent! Stay healthy!

Parking ok not granted. Package has been parked. I wanted to refuse acceptance because the package was delayed more than a week. Not possible to do this online. Would save all parties time and money!

Shipments simply placed on the terrace even though someone was at home. Both shipments were damaged. As a thank you, I can take care of the return shipment. Super association of DPD ...... and the marmot greets you every day: Now, 2 days later, we got new goods, put back on the terrace and damaged again! I've lived in the same place for 20 years. And yet my address could not be found for 10 days. This happens when new people are constantly hired who do not know their way around and cannot read the addresses.

Actually one should give 0 stars! DPD leaves parcels very badly, usually somewhere in the house, so that anyone who sees them can take them with them. This is not an isolated incident, it happens REGULAR and DPD does not seem to mind, although I have already reported this MULTIPLE! In addition, parcels that are delivered with DPD are in a MISERABLE condition and usually have internal damage! I can't understand at all why dealers are still working with this mail order company at all, because it can't be the "cheap" costs.

Doesn't matter if you are home or not, they just don't try to reach you. I was all the day at home and nobody came, they just send a message saying they leaved my packet in a gas station 6 Kilometer away from my place. And funny enough, its not the first time. Last time I use their service.

Parcel could not be delivered due to allegedly incorrect address information or address could not be found. Address is correct, single-family house with visible house number facing the street. Package would have gone back to the sender if I hadn't clarified it via the hotline. The next day delivery was made and the driver found the address at once. Lady on the hotline rude and just hung up in the middle of the conversation. Avoid DPD as a shipping company if possible .....

The package was transported quickly and delivered to the wrong pickup shop, although the correct address is stuck on the box. At DPD, one is not satisfied with anything - a destination address was found and the parcel was delivered there.

Package was delivered to one of my 14 neighbors. No message to which of them. I can now go to all of them.

The package did not arrive at me (94239 Zachenberg), but at a very nice woman in 94265 Patersdorf. The street is called very differently, and the woman's name was not in the least similar. Since the woman immediately contacted me, I was able to collect the parcel with frozen food from there.

I can only advise everyone against DPD as a parcel delivery service, parcels are simply left in front of the door. 2 times I was lucky that no one else took it, which I would otherwise have reported against the parcel deliverer.

Yesterday the car was parked in front of our door as announced, the deliverer was apparently looking for our package in the car, but then drove on without delivery. Later came a message that he unfortunately could not deliver the shipment and that he would make a second attempt the next day, if that was not ok, we should give up our change requests ...

But today the delivery took place.

DHL is lagging a little behind in terms of the location display of the expected delivery. The bad thing is that DPD has few pick-up points where you could pick up if necessary. Even Hermes is better there. It's really bad that the driver not only rings the actual recipient, but also immediately rings the neighbors.

Today a package with the label "living plants" was deposited in the greenhouse at noon (at least 50 degrees) and of course the door was locked. In the evening these plants were of course dead.
Not the first time such a brilliant achievement. In future, I will insist on orders that everyone except DPD should deliver.
Apparently there is no complaint management at DPD either, neither by telephone nor by email.

I'm so fed up with the place. How are a company on the 3rd floor, basically the parcel is parked in the stairwell on the ground floor, in the parking lot or in front of the elevator, without notification or the like.

The only thing that is sad about the whole thing is that you are not notified by email beforehand and have to install an app first. I don't even know how many apps I still need, DHL, Hermes, dpd and who's next?

Package should be on May 30th. delivered, but was then not delivered. Then it was in the same place for days, but was supposedly "on delivery". Now the status that it was delivered to me on the 30th while "my" change confirmed below that it is in a parcel shop. The packages were placed in the space / vestibule. The doorbell was not rung, nor were the packages brought up. I have NOT issued a parking permit. So it happened that in a building with dentists, insurance companies and Co. with a lot of public traffic and NO locked doors, goods worth over 1000 euros were lying around. This is unacceptable!!!

Package was simply left unprotected at the door. The driver didn't need to use the bell, even though we were at home. I only noticed that the package was there by accident.

I should have received my shipment yesterday at 11.00 am: JUST I WAS NOT HOME! ... where is my urgently needed goods? !!!

The sender informs me that he has adjusted the shipment to the correct delivery address. (9.45 a.m.) Nevertheless, the delivery report says delivered at 1.45 p.m. Post to the outdoor pool where of course it will not open again until 8 months later. Normally something like that goes back undeliverable when in doubt. The delivery address was 35 KM away. Billing address is still correct due to PO box.

I was there, I stayed at home the whole day, but the package was delivered to a neighbor without my consent. And with this name we have three families in our house. There was no note telling me where to ask.

So far I've only had problems with DPD repeatedly - the problems were the same as the 1-star reviews listed here.
I find it interesting that the reviews are mostly divided into 1 or 5 stars. I wonder if the 5-star ratings were really deposited by real customers.
But DPD will not have such unprofessional staff that they use such weak marketing tools. Or?
