Incredible!!! Parcels are simply dropped off somewhere. Even without a parking permit. With furniture in the rain, that's not really good. If the driver is unable to find the address, the delivery appears to be parked somewhere. The main thing is that the delivery rate is right. Even in corona times and contactless delivery, this is certainly not the solution. The service on the hotline, which is possible by the way, is also bad. Agreements are not considered binding there. I am still waiting for an agreed callback today. Bottom line ... bad in every respect. I neither exist with any dealer who delivers with DPD. Then prefer 1-2 more for shipping and less trouble when receiving the parcels. Incidentally, this is not an isolated case, in the past 2 weeks 2 out of 4 deliveries were not delivered or were delivered incorrectly. It only works now 2 deliveries. If that's enough, please. With DHL's competition, the quota is almost 100%. I could also write something about, in the app, announced delivery that will be canceled on the delivery day without a comment and you have stayed in vain to receive the package (I have enough vacation days for such nonsense). But I'm just going to spare myself further details. If DPD has something like quality management, then it should start working slowly, because DPD is still light years away from quality.
