The driver is the most unfriendly I have ever experienced. Always yelling at customers and complaining when his instructions are not clear. How am I to know he isn't leaving the package inside the door? Every time I have encountered this driver he has yelled at me. Last time he expected me to carry two 20kg packages across the road because he couldn't find the door.
