Staff was attentive, and efficient. All facilities and spaces were clean and tidy. Elevators and design is a little dated but still very nice. My only complaint is the lighting in the rooms is poor.

The rooms are just ok and the TV om the 2 rooms i stayed in were poor.

Even under a renovation the staff can accommodate just about any request. Great hotel, food and staff. They make you feel home away from home. 5 stars plus.

Very nice hotel with Cafe, pool, bar, and coffee shop right in the middle of downtown omaha; and they shuttle to airport.

This hotel was fantastic. When I arrived, my reservation was for the wrong dates. Rocky Sandiford, From Office Assistant Manager, jumped right in and helped redo my reservation. He was absolutely fantastic. He helped me get to my room right away and was so kind and accommodating. I will for sure book at that hotel again should I need to travel back to Omaha. He needs a raise!!

Nice rooms, handy gift shop. We appreciated the shuttle service to/from UNMC for a wedding reception.

Amazing party rooms! Went here for a New Years Party and it was amazing. The room was large, beautiful, all of the guest services were nice, employees were super helpful with parking and any issues we had. Great experience!

1.) Unresponsive Management / Poor service
2.) Housekeeping staff threw away/ stole personal effects
3.) No A/C in rooms or hotel, no fans, & sealed windows (hot, hot rooms)
4.) decent location, ok exercise room, decent hotel bar
5.) parties and inside smokers on our floor, front desk didnt care at all

Steam iron in room leaks water all over clothes. The hot water takes forever in the mornings but it may just be due to being on 15th floor. Nice stay all in all though.

Clean rooms and good location relative to downtown. However, the lack of fridge and microwave make this a tough stay for more than a day or two. The WiFi is inconsistent and often slow. The building interiors and rooms are dated, but in decent condition. Overall, a bit pricey considering these cons, and would stay elsewhere in the future.

I'm not impressed. Staff seem super friendly and the rooms are big. No fridge or microwave. My room was stuffy. It was cooler in the lobby. I would expect more for the price. And for all you "diamond members" all that means is you live out of a suitcase...get over yourselves!!

Didn't care that the Website said the Pool was Closed until Aug 3rd. we got there on the 6th and it was still Closed. We where told that the Breakfast Buffet had a Cook for Omelet's. None were found. Expensive Cold Buffet. Other than that it was Very Nice

They had a nice reception the night I stayed there. Free drinks and snacks. Straight to my heart with the free food

The thermostat in the room does not actually change the temperature. Weird.

They'll bring you fans or heaters if you'd like, though. Weird.

Hope you're not hungry late at night; the hotel doesn't offer late night food and there's nothing around.

Love double trees. I'm a seasoned traveler and wish they had a fridge in the room. I always call and ask if there is one available. Some times there is and others I have to improvise. Great location.

Can you resist the warm cookie upon arrival? Very modern and clean facility!

This hotel is nice, but I was unable to sleep here. There is temperature control that works in the room...it was excessively hot all night.

The hotel and location was great. Having the First National Park across the street was an exceptional and picturesque view. Also, the meeting spaces were more than accommodating and created an ease of use.

One of the tallest building in the city, close to everything down town! They serve warm cookies. Only con is parking is a pain in the bum or can be during large events.

If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would. Clean, comfortable room. Pleasant, accommodating staff. Highly recommended hotel. Will definitely stay there again my next trip to Omaha.

TV didn't work and they didn't try very hard to fix it.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Housekeeping didn't visit. Bathroom was very small.

The hotel is a little old but not bad. The rooms are okay. 3 stars because I had roaches in my bathroom and even one on my bed. That is unacceptable.

Ballroom for work event. Decorated beautifully. The food was great.

We attended the National American Miss pageant and when we checked in their was only 2 people checking us in! So it took forever!! They do give out great cookies upon checking in, but didn t tell us there would be no microwave or fridge unless you asked for it! Once we got into our 5th floor room, it was Hottttt!! And humid!!! And the air conditioner was on! The rooms are very outdated and dirty! No water pressure in the shower and the toilet kept running all night! Once we pulled the covers down to go to bed, there was no sheets on my bed! So I seen a yellow stained mattress cover! The maid came and put sheets on and found hair clips beside my bed that weren t mine!!! So obviously not very well cleaned! The water in the room is 3 dollars each if you drink them! My mother went to get ice for our drinks and the ice machine had no ice!!! And the elevator system is a joke!!!!! Be prepared to wait at least 15 min for an elevator if the hotel is busy! The staff at the front desk was ok, the staff in the lounge and bar were good, but again the bar area was not clean! We got seated at a little booth with ketchup all over the floor! By far this was the worst hotel experience! Way overpriced!! We aren t in Vegas!

Hotel looks very nice on the inside when you don't look too closely. While it is still a very comfortable place, it is very obvious that there needs to be a significant renovation.

I didn't stay... I needed a quiet place to read my book over my lunch break.

Easily accessible downtown location staff is very friendly but rooms have dated feel, feels like just what it use to be a hilton built in the late 70s

We stayed there June 29th and their A/C wasn't working. They "offered" to reimburse our stay with cash or points, which we would have been ok with. But, it's over 2 weeks later and we haven't seen any reimbursement of any kind. Not that it should matter, but I am even a diamond member for Hilton Honors. :(

Stayed in king suite. Room was huge and very nice and clean . Service was great.

Hotel was very clean and nicely appointed, but the air conditioning was not working in the rooms as only the heating or AC can be turned on at one time. The room was therefore a little uncomfortable temperature-wise.

Front desk staff was friendly, but there we're not enough ppl working for the volume of ppl checking in. One light in the room didn't work at all, on another the USB port didn't work, the toilet paper dispenser was literally hanging off the wall in the bathroom. All of this I can live with, what I find absolutely ridiculous was the construction work that started before 8am on Sunday morning! We'd stayed here before but we won't be staying here again!

Excellent room service. Starbucks staff was awesome downstairs and made some of the best charamel machiatos for us. One downside? Shower started warm for about a minute and then it was freezing cold. Just when I was about to give up all was good ultimately andnit got nice and warm. Really enjoyed our stay overall though and would most definitely stay again.

Great room, but the pool area was under construction, which nobody mentioned. We were in our suits and got off elevator, to see bare concrete put.

I arrived late with sleepy kids in tow. I had a prepaid reservation but hotel system was undergoing upgrade so the clerk couldn't access it. I showed my confirmation receipt but apparently that wasn't good enough. So never got the room. Had to go to Marriott which was fantastic and staff their was completely accommodating and gave us a discount. Got my money back but zilch callback and no apology from Hilton management. Really not exaggerating when I say this was the poorest hotel service I ever experienced.

It was fine, we went there for this dinner theatre thing. Good food, good service. The bartenders were kinda slow

The gentleman at the front counter was so helpful and friendly and gave us an upgrade to our room. The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. We will stay here the next time we are in Omaha!

Came for NAM.. as a banquet coordinator this place has sooooo.... much room very nice place!

My husband and I are Diamond members with Hilton. I was here for a conference (at the Hotel) he was here working in the area. Positive notes were the breakfast, what a spread! One night we ate a meal in the bar area, very good! During our 3 night, 4 day stay, our room was never serviced, even with multiple calls and emails with hotel staff. The room was sweltering due to a problem with the heating / cooling system. No refrigerator in the room, and feather pillows on the bed even when requesting a feather free room. As an added annoyance, every time you want to use your vehicle, you have to go to the front desk FIRST to get your ticket validated, if there is a line....there you will wait....and wait. Highly doubtful we will ever stay here again.

We were there for an event. The location is convenient because it is within walking distance of the old market. The interstate is only a couple blocks away so easy to get to and from. Didn't get to see much of the hotel because we were in one conference room the whole time.

The bed was comfortable and customer assistance is great
