Friendly people, amazing new offices, very relaxed atmosphere.

I have lived at the fountainblue Apartments for a little over a year now and have loved every single thing about this apartment complex. If needed anything fixed or have questions White Lotus Group is very professional and prompt to getting things done for you! I love how they would have contest to have a little off certain months rent i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween fourth of July door decorating contest. Its always a joy to see everyones decorations. The white lotus group is amazing definitely will refer friends and family! Can't wait to see what next year brings...

I ve lived here for the past 2 years and have really never had any problems. The maintenance guys are very friendly and will help anyway they can. I d tell anyone family and friends that this is a good place to live.

I have lived at one of their properties for the last few months, and it has been great! I have found that management is really responsive to any concern I may have and are overall very good with communicating. When I was trying to deal with moving/ finding an apartment during a pandemic they were very quick to work with figuring things out.

The Property Management staff works hard to make sure each and every encounter is a great experience from start to finish.

I really value how the management and maintainence crew are very professional and has always been there to help one way or another with fixing/repairing or just having questions needing answered they are always on top of it.

I go to get my hair cut and styled at kut n up in the building nice place. Good parking clean smoke free environment

I moved in several months ago and they have really started to fix up the outside of the Tembercrest Apts on Bluff St. In Bellevue Nebraska.
They are completely overhauling and land scaping the out side of the buildings. We have a lot of wildlife around us that are friendly and a joy to watch. It's near the river so we have a nice stream running thru the property. So calming and green in spring and summer. Can't wait for them to start the remodel of the inside of the apartments. This place has friendly people but at the same time you have your Peabody. Can't wait to fill my garden area in front of my apartment with beautiful flowers and shrubs.
They have only taken over these properties about 4 months ago and have really been gunho in fixing them up.

So happy to have the White Lotus Group company as our outstanding property management group. They have taken charge and provided the transparency we need to understand our association on a much deeper level. Our grounds have been transformed, and they are looking outstanding. Thanks a million!

This company sucks!! No i'm not sorry!! I rent from one of their properties and it'll probably be my last. When they took over for Seldin, they had no ones lease nor keys to apartments. That makes me feel so safe, NOT! Also maintenance doesn't do anything as things keep braking and nothing is being done! People drive fast through parking lot while children are playing. Have asked numerous times for them to post speed limit signs and speed bumps. They have not complied to anything since they've taken over. I have contacted the housing authority as well as code enforcement. White lotus has steady dodged both of them. I don't see how this company is still in business?! TRUE CON-ARTISTS!!!

Turner park apartments are a great place to live. New management is fantastic, Duane is a great maintenance guy and they apartment layouts are nice. Keep it up!

Always professional and quick with responses when I need help.

Timbercrest and Fountainbleu apartments are run by slum lords!! Nothing gets fixed or replaced, and if you are late they won't let you know how much until it's quite a large sum, then they will evict you!!! Then if you go to court, the judge will go in favor of them so you have to pay it anyway. Other people have the same problems, for what you pay, you can get a better place to live!!! They are slum lords!!!

My boyfriend and i have an apartment at Turner park and they have been awesome !! From the very beginning they have worked with us . They are quick to communicate and fix things. Very glad we came here to live ... Highly recommend them...

White Lotus Group took over the property in May and have been hard at work to make updates. Personally, I ve never met a better team of individuals. They re very considerate and passionate about creating and maintaining a safe & clean apartment complex. Crystal, Gabe, and Pat helped me through so many issues, literally from day one and I couldn t be more grateful. I could tell they weren t just helping me because it s their job but that they also care!

Great location, updated apartments with really nice staff. You get the natural light and big windows with nice French doors all on downtown Omaha! Plus you re right across the street from turner park which has live music and tons of amazing restaurants. The best part about living here is the community aspect- your neighbors have your back and will help you out whenever you re in a pinch!

This is my second time being involved with them and I love it. Everyone is nice and willing to help you.

White lotus is a horrible company to rent from. They say there office hours are 8-5 but they have nobody in office. They don t return your phones. There was matteress siting in my apartment hallway for 3 weeks and when I told them it had be siting there for two days they just shrugged it the manger said oh well you had neighbors that moved out. I don t want there trash in my hallway. The people above me flooded my bathroom they never bother to come clean up the mess nor open the ciel to make sure there isn t mold growing in it. They could care less about the people living in the apartment they just want the money.

Without any notice, we all get letters that the Seldin company - the people who managed us before were no longer the owners and the White lotus group would be replacing them. We also heard that they are trying to get us all to sign a new contract - and charge more rent than the original leases we signed. The trash situation is deplorable- unsafe and unsanitary. Right in front of the building s windows are about seven trash cans (they won t just get a dumpster for the complex) - and these trash cans have two and a half s weeks worth of trash just rotting. We saw a roach a d I can certainly understand why with the condions in which we are living. There are babies in this complex. Newborns - and children- and I ve heard About rats, seen roaches, bed bugs, critters dragging trash everywhere and the roof leaking so bad that multiple tenants had to leave until it was fixed. This company is doing a horrific job in making sure this complex is up to code. We are not paying a cent more and we are vacating the premises immediately. I also have pictures to back up my claims as well. We are all disgusted with this place.

I have lived at Turner Park Apartments for about 8 months and love it! Love living in Midtown and being close to Downtown Omaha as well. Duane with maintenance is amazing and truly cares about the residents as well. Every property manager that I have spoken with has also been friendly and very responsive in a good timely manner. 5/5 would recommend! Great management company!

I am very happy because the white lotus group has respond to my emails within 2 hours and on top of that maintenance has fixed all my request. the apartment was clean and very relaxing.

I love White Lotus Group! The staff are awesome, super responsive and communicative. The maintenance staff are great and have always been very on top of things whenever I needed something. This is my first apartment so I was quite anxious, but they've handled everything wonderfully and have really worked with me when necessary. :)

My living with White Lotus Group has been sufficient. They are extensively renovating right now. It needed some upgrades. But the office is hard to get a hold of people sometimes. And the pest control needs some stronger stuff for their monthly visits but other than that no complaints

Worst company I ve dealt with. Don t rent from them. They do not care. They thought it was okay to give me an apartment that wasn t ready and that was also without a window. It took them a month and a half to get a window into my apartment. With me being pregnant I got sick so many times but they don t care and now they re trying to evict me

Awesome staff, on top of everything, communicate well, very professional but easy going. Great location if you like to have fun! Apartments are rad, modern and spacious, updated. Great city livin !

By far the best rental experience I have ever had. Fantastic personnel, from management down to maintenance. Professional, personable, and timely in every regard. Great location, great neighbors. The facilities are extremely well maintained, and the courtyard is a great place to spend time with friends or neighbors. Especially since string lights were installed! A high quality natural gas grill is available for all tenants. Pet friendly, and a park is right across the street.

This apartment has been great so far. As for any newly remodeled apartment, there will be a few issues that have to be attended to, however the staff have been amazing and they have gotten to each of our maintenance requests within the day or the next day after the request! We are so pleased with the apartment and the staff at Timbercrest and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment! Staff is friendly and professional and we have not had any issues with the apartment that they haven't fixed so far!

Their quick to take your money for rent but when it's time for you to get your deposit back they take their time....You literally have to fight with them to get your money back and they LIE about saying you have bills you didn't pay all so they can keep your deposit... Companies like this should be SHUT DOWN slum lords.
