Very poor customer service! My wife is allergic to down and she called 3 days before we were supposed to check in and when we checked in today the room was not ready and there were no notes on our profile. The GM stated it would take 3 hours and would be ready by the stated check in time so he would not do anything for the inconvenience. They did offer to buy us a juice or coffee could they spare it! This was the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at!!
