Went to a retirement conference and dinner was provided. A vegatable mix of all my favorites, baked chicken that was moist and flavorful, pineapple flavored porkchops and roasted red potatoes. Cookies and brownies for dessert.

My stay here was very disappointing. It took much too long to get checked in and the customer service was barely satisfactory. The rooms are OK, but very dusty in my opinion. I think the dust may have been coming from the hvac unit. I'm not sure of the dust's origin, but I could feel the dust irritating my nose while I was in the room. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was much to expensive (17$) for such an average spread and less than spectacular taste. The service in the dining area was poor as well. No one directed me to a seat, offered me a menu, or even brought me drinks. I had no idea what was going on. I was even unaware of the prices until I got up to leave. The breakfast buffet looked more like a Comfort Inn Continental breakfast which is free with your stay at Comfort Inn! Also, I attempted to confirm the 12pm check out time with staff (which was the thing that prompted my stay here) and I couldn't reach anyone. The phone lines were all busy and the housekeeping staff couldn't speak english. I finally did get helped, but I am very disappointed. I expected more from the Doubletree. I won't be coming back.

The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and the room was clean. The reception and breakfast staff weren't very friendly or accommodating however and there weren't many late night food options.

Not a huge fan of this hotel. The staff have gotten a little better but it's a bit over priced and the location leaves much to be desired. It is a larger hotel with two towers; A and B. The breakfast is okay but overpriced and the service isn't always the best. The rooms are hit and miss. If you have to be in this area overnight it's not a bad option but if you want to be near anything try to get a hotel downtown.

Hotel is comfortable and clean however the room doesn't have enough electrical sockets. On top of this, one of the electrical outlets on the lamp between beds was inoperative and ice machine on 2nd floor not working. Because of lack of outlets, fridge was unplugged and did not know until few hours later when I thought I had set thermostat to turn on. Complimentary internet gets about 4mbps download whereas premium gets roughly 10mbps. A/C is nice and cold, beds firm but comfortable and clean. TV is in standard definition but has a decent selection of channels. Remote didn't turn TV on though, had to use buttons on side. Volume/channel changing works fine though.

Pro's: Clean rooms, quick check-in, ample parking, safe and convenient location, and reasonably priced Con's: Poor staff experience. Coffee maker broken and when bringing it to the front desk's attention, the attendant simply said that I could come up to the lobby to get coffee. When I proceeded to the lobby, I was told that the coffee would not be ready for another 30 minutes. When I came back after 30 minutes, there still wasn't any coffee made. Usually this wouldn't have been a big deal, but I was attending an event that began very early in the morning after a very long drive and late arrival the previous night. The microwave in the room also didn't work and the front desk attendant never specified when or where the breakfast was available. All in all this was a good place to stay. I would just thoroughly check the appliances in your room if you need them to work properly before committing to stay in that specific room.

The last time I stayed here my room (King bed) was missing the couch and coffee table. There were also water stains on the ceiling. In general, this hotel feels like it's getting run down and needs a remodel.

This hotel is very welcoming from the time you walk into the door, to the time when you settle down in your room. And the cookies they give out once you get your room are especially delicious! My family and I are sure to come again!

Larger hotel amenities, small hotel feel. Great breakfast, clean, comfortable room, everyone has been really nice. View from my room doesn't seem like I'm near the airport, the city, the highway, but I am... awesome location.

I have so many problems with this hotel, not sure where to start. First, I wait 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle, it's 2.6 miles away, was told several times it was only 15 minutes away. Then they assign me a room that the door is broken, ceiling is peeling paint. Then my wife goes to dry her hair, only to find we don't have a Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Coffee Pot or Alarm Clock. After 2 calls and a visit to the desk, we finally get half of the stuff. They then show up at 10:30 at night with $20 food voucher for my inconvenience. Since I was checking out at 5:00 A.M, it did me absolutely no good. After that, my Air Conditioner quits working, I'm now forced to change rooms at 11:00 at night. WAY TO START MY VACATION. When In returned from vacation, I needed a ride back to the hotel to pick up my car, once again, we are told 15 minutes, 3 different times. I expect more out of a Hilton Hotel, I travel all the time and can truly say, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN...

My rooney was dirty. The floors looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months. No valets or luggage racks, so I had to put my luggage on the floor. All rooms were supposed to have refrigerators. Mine did not. So, the milk and yogurt I purchased went to waste. For a double room, only received one set of towels. Front the beginning, the entire stay was a complete cluster!! This hotel doesn't even deserve one star!

Front desk staff are very nice. BUT Room service was terrible. They called and woke us at 6 am because they couldn t read the menu card from the doorknob hanger then woke us again at 6:30 to tell us they didn t have blueberries! I left some items in the nightstand and after 4 calls to lost and found the housekeeper lied said she tossed out items and never saw my clothes at all - really disappointed. Update. Never got any call back from management or resolve to my issues. I could have returned to retrieve my items but no communication from them and they threw away my things. So frustrating!!!!

Not impressed. Noisy room and AC, toilet would not flush (??!!), shower water from ice to scalding every 60 seconds so had to swing handle 180 degrees constantly. Breakfast service bad - no coffee, clean tables, or anyone that seemed concerned at all. I'll mark this one off my list.

Staff was rude and they do not allow food delivery drivers to come up to the room. I have never stayed at a hotel that wouldn't allow that. Super inconvenient and not a customer focused approach.

Non-functioning toilet and either rude or pleasant front desk staff. Bought a $2 bag if pretzels and was charged a $60+ incidental that I didn't know what it was for until insistently asking the front desk people. Older rooms and poor service!

This is one of the better Hilton properties I have been to in a while. The rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. Ms. Johnson at the front desk was great. Even the airport shuttle was timely. I wish the rest of the Hilton hotels I have been to lately were this good.
