The rooms are nice size the staff was ok. They messed up my reservation. And breakfast is Not free although when you look it up it say it is.

It was OK. The air conditioner leaked onto the carpeting while we were here. And in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off. The building had to evacuate for what was determined to be another faulty air conditioner. Looks like some maintenance needs to be done.

Really nice hotel with great meeting space. The culinary team is fantastic.

The BEST hotel I've ever had the pleasure to stay in. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is amazing, and the rooms/beds were home away from home. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

NEVER stay at this hotel. A one night stay resulted in our vehicle being broken into and all luggage and tools stolen. Hotel staff was rude, not sympathetic because "it's not our problem". We had to call the police ourselves. We have no hope of recovering any of our items. We were stunned that this hotel has NO SECURITY cameras. We expected better from a Hilton property. Please alert all of your family and friends so this doesn't happen to you! We will never stay at any Hiton property ever again!!

Cookies are the best!! Loved the facility and staff!

I had to switch rooms because when I checked in the tub was leaking so much water, I could wash my hands with it. Even the maintenance guy couldn't fix it...

Just parked my car there. The front desk is nice and drivwr of the bus to airport also is very nice.

Front desk got mad at our group for asking for cookies

Don't stay here if you plan on having them pick you up at the airport, with many other hotels nearby, choose one that will actually pick you up.

What a nightmare...
Long day of travel with wife and 3 year old son, we are just dreaming of a hot meal and somewhere to relax.

Upon getting our bags, we call doubletree BWI for shuttle info. She tells us where to go, and I ask; "does the shuttle come every 15mins? 30mins? Or what?"

To which the lady replies, "you must request a shuttle."

At that point I reiterate, "we are requesting one now."

To which she kind of rudely just tells me which gate to wait at again (gate 11, upper level).

I instantly have an awful feeling as the lady didn't seem friendly and couldn't get off the phone fast enough with me.

We wait outside at the shuttle area for 23mins exactly. I at that point call again, this time the girl on the other end is much more friendly (different girl I believe).



She apologizes and says, please hold.

When she returns, she said "good news, he's on his way, he is 5 mins away".

I smartly reply, "the hotel is 1.8 miles away, a 3 min drive, so he's leaving in two minutes?"

She simply says she doesn't know where he is, but he said five mins away. So I let the issue go.

When he finally arrives, he acts like everything is perfectly fine and he hasn't kept us waiting 30 minutes in the cold. It's almost a passive aggressive smugness, at one point he asks us if everything is ok, almost poking at what must be my obvious frustration. The way he asked wasn't "caring" or "kind" though, it almost had an air of "what you going to do about it". I could be reading into it, but I don't think I am.

When I spoke to GM at DoubleTree location, she kindly offers us bottled water and cookies for the inconvenience, but I decline and tell her we will gladly stay elsewhere.

Too many other options in area.

Rates are surprisingly great, I usually stay here the night before I fly out of BWI. Food is fairly good and the rooms are very spacious. They even give you a cookie!

As a long-time Hilton hotel traveler, I am used to far better facilities. My room was not dirty, but it wasn't clean either. The restaurant food was pretty good and the employees all seemed eager to help. However, they offer none of the usual room amenities, such as toiletries or even a pad and pen. I will try again the next time I am in Baltimore just to be sure . For now, I'll be fair and rate it 3 stars.

The room was very nice but the customer service could have been better.

The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and delicious. Lots of options and you can also order from the menu as a part of the buffet. The servers were very friendly and always available. The hotel front desk staff were extremely busy, so much so that I didn't get a cookie.... but I don't like chocolate chip anyway. Lol. The rooms are very nice. Fitness center is average, but the equipment worked and was in good condition. This is a very large hotel with lots of activity. Close to restaurants, other hotels and the airport is 5 mins away. If you want the best crab cakes in Maryland, go to G & H (read my review on it or some of the other 5,000+ reviews) also try their Baklava Cheesecake. You're welcome!

Very nice hotel! Didn't stay there just visiting for an event.

Uhhhh let's just say for this to be a $125+ a night hotel, I was not impressed. My husband and I stayed there this past weekend 7/20/18 - 7/22/18 for our family reunion. The hotel did not have a display of brochures for things to do in the area/surrounding areas. When we got to our room, there was nothing in the book that all hotels have that tell you about the hotel. We realized later that a few of the outlets didn't work properly. When we turn on the air conditioner, it smelled like urine. The iron didnt work right. I called the fro t desk for another iron and the 2d iron was worst rhan the fitst iron. Our family was spread out on different floors; it would've been nice if our family could've at least been on the the same floor. I must say that the hospitality of the front desk was great. Everyone working at the hotel who I encountered was very nice. It's a shame that the upkeep of the hotel didn't match the personalities of the front desk employees. Double tree BWI my husband and I have no plans of staying there again.

Services such as parking overnight at the double tree are exceptionally cheaper than anywhere else in the area.

Will never return!! Ordered food that never came..asked for a refund that took almost 2 hours to receive..no apology...they took 40 mins to tell me they didnt hv my food and i was at a work conference..time was very limited..so unprofessional very disappointed

I parked my car at the Hotel to get shuttle service to and back from BWI. Was not picked up after returning. Had to take a taxi to get back to my car. Called 4 times and was told shuttle is on the way but the receptionist was lying because all shuttle were parked at the hotel.

The bed is Amazingly comfortable!!! Love it!!! Very spacious room...will book again.

Comfortable bed and nice clean spacious room. My only complaint was the cookie. It was just okay.

Don't park here unless you have a video camera in your car. I parked for four days abd when I returned, my cat. converters where stolen off the car. Hotel management acted surprised( I found out later it happens frequently in their lot). Only compensation I was offered was a stail cookie.

Not that bad....some of the rooms were recently renovated and the food in the restaurant isn t that bad either.

my card information was stolen for a transaction by two criminals that stayed here. instead of contacting law enforcement, the hotel simply asked the fraudulent people to leave - enabling them to do the exact same thing to some other innocent person. horrible.

The hotel is only 7 floors but the accommodations are unique. Yummy breakfast. Attentive personnel. Has a pool. Fitness area. And the beds are so comfy usually hotels beds are too hard but not this one.

Waitress didn't know what was in dishes, I asked what vegetables were in the pasta dish I ordered and she said broccoli and carrots which is a great pair with that dish. When it came it had onions, zucchini, and bell peppers which was strange. I picked them all out. Service was pretty poor. They forgot the salad my associate ordered, and we're all chatting at the hostess counter. Food was ok. Price was very high for what we got and the service we received. Wouldn't return.

The bed and room were great, but I remember the cookies being more delicious. These were dry and hard.

Really nice staff, food was good, room was clean and comfortable, but since inconsistencies: 2 of 3 requested rooms had not been made up at 6pm (1 hour after expected arrival), 1 of 3 lacked refrigerator, 2 of 3 lacked glassware.

Complimentary shuttle service to airport even if not guest. $12 for parking.

My favorite baltimore airport hotel. Always clean. Terrific breakfast with the best coffee.

Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Room is decent, exactly what I expected, but the bathroom is kind of dirty, but nothing too crazy. No safe, but they didn't say they had one so just a heads up really.

Surprisingly large hotel. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, and a decent shower.

Far from DoubleTree standards. Was there for 5 days and never received shampoo or conditioner.

The service and quality of the hotel was well above average for the price. The cookies at check-in and quality gym offering was particularly appreciated!

Staff were super nice and helpful. Lynnwood made our breakfast experience wonderful and everyone went out of their way and were very helpful when we had questions or needs. We used the airport shuttle which was great as well.

The breakfast was a bit pricey but it was good...the facility was clean and attractive and the front desk staff were nice and professional but the dining staff was short and rude...not very helpful

Good business travel hotel convenient to BWI airport. Has free airport shuttle. Clean, well maintained rooms. Nice pool area. Attractive lobby area.

It's certainly a fine hotel to stay, but several things really grossed me out.. extremely sticky surfaces that appear to never have been cleaned like the front of the microwave, remote control turned my towel black and was still disgusting to touch, and sides of vanity laced with fingerprints. Other things were perfectly clean like the bathtub and linens. Several things were unplugged in our room, so we spent some time on the ground looking around for outlets and plugs. Staff is very friendly. They have a complimentary airport shuttle and wifi. There was a convenience store inside the hotel, but it was already closed at 9pm when we arrived. Overall it was fine, but we probably would choose to stay here again.

No fridge. No shower gel or soap. No soap period in the room. Wall outlets busted. Inexperienced staff. Beds are extremely cheap springs.
Looks good at face value, then sucks after you settle in.
