Terrible room. 4ft away opposite my room there was an asbestos worksite. The room next door was a worksite. As a result there was constant banging and workers talking from early morning. Paid full price to get a terrible stay. Manager was unavailable to discuss the issue. No relocation provided. Absolutely disgraceful. The wing where the asbestos works were being done should be shut down during the works

The renovations are done and they did an amazing job! I'd been a frequent guest, in town a lot for business and the renovations caused me to stay elsewhere. So happy they are done, I've missed this place.

This was a decent hotel. My wife and I stayed here to get away for an evening. The property is obviously older, and has been rehabbed, but it shows its wear. The tub in our room didn't seal, so my wife couldn't take a bath. The caulking job on the tub was poorly, and obviously hastily done. When we were leaving Monday morning, there were multiple flight crews leaving for BWI, so it's obvious those are the target customers. I probably wouldn't stay there again, if given other options.

The crab cakes are good here. Staff is pleasant for the most part. I was here traveling for work and left out one morning around 8am, came back around 5 or 6pm and they hadn't cleaned my room. That was a bit disappointing.

Stayed here an had a wonderful experience ! Front desk was very polite and the employees working at the bar were outstanding!! Nice, clean, had no issues. Cookies were delicious as always! Defiantly recommend staying here

Older hotel, peeling wall paper, sheetrock on room ceiling has lines from each sheet of drywall which was attempted to be hidden with popcorn ceiling. Room was spacious, staff was friendly. Side doors to hotel are Emergency exit only, parking lot is tight.

I guess they don't realize some people are working on different time zones: I was awoken at about 8am to what sounded like a sledgehammer being smashed through my ceiling. Apparently construction had started and it was loud and didn't stop.

The evening before I asked a front desk agent if something could be faxed and with rolling eyes I was told to go sit down, it'll be a bit. After 10 minutes I got up and asked someone else.

If you don't have a vehicle then you have to walk a fair distance to restaurants, etc because there's nothing around this hotel. And unfortunately you'll be walking in Baltimore, which probably has the highest crime rate this side of Tripoli...

There are A LOT of hotels in this area, I would steer clear of this one.

Had a few black ants in the room. Not an infestation or anything, but if i got up from the desk for a minute or two, there was usually an ant or two on in when I came back. The frame for the mirror in the bathroom is in the way of the faucet handle, so it can turn off the water depending on the orientation of the faucet handle. I prefer taking the stairs when I'm at hotels, but I was not able to find a way to get from my room to the lobby via stairs w/o going outside or taking the elevator down from the 2nd floor. The Internet access continues to use the old access method that requires you to sign in every 24-hours. I've seen more Hilton properties using a newer system that allows a one-time logon where you select how many days you want (presumably aligned to the number of days in your stay). Internet was generally fast enough for light streaming and work. There are two parking lots. A large one to the left of the entrance and a smaller one to the right. If parking in the right-side lot, there is no sidewalk up to the entrance, and you're a little exposed to traffic coming into and leaving the hotel.I stayed on the 4th floor ot Tower A, and between that and the 2nd floor, I found 1 working ice maker. All floors had an ice maker in the vending area, but only the 2nd floor had a working one.

Great hotel for a quick stay near the Baltimore Washington airport. Has an outdoor pool along with a moderately nice fitness center. Staff is very friendly and anementies include a restaurant on site and a quick grab store near the front desk.

Would have been four stars, but morning staff was cold and unfriendly. Only two tiny creamers and at 4:30am, I couldn't get more, as our flight was 7am. Room was very nice, except there was some creature flying around and I couldn't make out what species, as it was not a fly mosquito.

I was there for a 2 day work event/meeting. The room was large with excellent pillows and the shower (water pressure) was fantastic. The food that was prepared and served to us for dinner was good and the breakfast the next day was excellent. If I had to find something to nitpick about I guess it would be that the conference room and lobby (where there was a bar with a good bartend) was way too warm. I hope I come back to this establishment for more work events in the future.

Had our vehicle broken in to during overnight stay. Tools and personal items stolen. Management was not at all concerned with assisting, and we found that there are no security cameras outside. I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

Unfortunately this was a big disappointment from the beginning. Our flight from BWI was canceled and we were given a voucher to stay at this location. Not being from the area we weren't familiar with this hotel. When checking in the staff seemed overwhelmed with the influx of people arriving for the night. We did get a delicious cookie after the desk attendant finally figured out how to process our voucher. We headed to our room to unload the luggage and come downstairs for dinner. I had 2 starved teenagers 15 & 16 year old girls with me.
The food was good for hotel food and the bar staff was very pleasant. We went upstairs to shower since we had to be up at 4:30 AM and didn't have enough towels so my oldest called and went to the front desk to get towels. Once upstairs she attempted to get a shower the water was lukewarm at best. She managed to suffer through it. My other daughter and I waited 2 hours after reporting it and leaving a message at 8:44 PM with no call back headed to bed. We both tried to shower at 4:35 AM and the water was still not working properly.
At this time my oldest informed me she had toenails (they were not hers) in the sheets when she went to sleep the evening before. How disgusting news nauseated even me an RN for 20 years. How disappointing. We went downstairs to check out and catch the shuttle for the 5:30 AM and I informed the desk staff of all these issues. She said well I'm not sure we can do anything you had a voucher. I was blown away with the unprofessional behavior and lack of care.
I did a follow up phone call to the manager Arlene and she was willing to offer me a voucher to stay there again. I am not currently a Doubletree or Hilton Rewards member so they could not offer me more. A voucher is supposed to be in the mail.
I hope our next stay with Hilton is not as disappointing as this One!

Uncharacteristically bad for a Double Tree/Hilton... It was one of the dustiest hotels I've ever been to. The shower temperature was intermittent, and the drain in the tub was slow enough that we were ankle-deep at all times.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was just not a pleasant place to stay. Extremely disappointing.

The Night manager guy and the lady that was working the front desk at night were so incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I would strongly recommend staying away. They are bad for business.

Not a good experience. Reservations had been made and paid for well in advance, counter personnel couldn't find it until after we paid again. Bed was not very comfortable. Restaurant staff did the least they could do and still messed up the orders.

The parking lot is under construction or repair so it was not good to be attending an event and circling the lot. The front desk staff, bartender Mike, and all of the staff was very professional and friendly. My only concern was the blood in the elevator and the holes in the door near the elevator that were not there when I checked in. But truthfully the hotel can't control how people act. We are responsible for our own behavior.

I attended a professional event here. It was a good sized room, comfortable seating and good choices for breakfast. Lunch options may not be perfect for vegetarians but there were options. Good facilities in terms of projector and attending presentations. The locations of conference room was not easy to find as there were no notices near front desk however the staff was helpful. Overall no complaints. Plenty of parking available.

The most friendly staff I have experienced in a while! The breakfast was great and rooms were clean & beds were comfy. Management is doing a great job which shows in the enjoyable environment created by the staff! Thanks! We will be back!

Staff was friendly and the recently renovated interior looks very nice. My room, however, was not up to par. Upon walking in, I noticed that one of the dresser drawers was left open. I closed it and it immediately sprung forward, broken furniture. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and turned on every 30 minutes all night long, so I can only guess that the thermostat was broken as well. The bed linen gave off a strong, sickly odor. I couldn't pinpoint exactly where the smell came from but it was overwhelming and because I'd come in late, I decided to sleep on the sofa included in the king room instead of requesting another (that's on me). The bathroom was well appointed, by DoubleTree standards, but both the water pressure and temperature were lacking. There are better options all around BWI, don't stay here.
