Very nice hotel. I only stayed overnight but I would stay again.

Great location wrt BWI, shuttle took only about 5m. Have shuttles going every 30m at least 24h a day. All the hotels in the area have about the same price ($100/night at time of writing). Room was clean, bed comfy. Got some late food at the bar and a drink, a fair amount of flight crew stay here so it was lively. Don't forget to get the cookies!

Average Hilton property. Would stay there again. Clean and friendly. Convinient location to Inner Harbour, Annapolis, or even DC for a day trip.

Good hotel that is a short distance from the airport with a decent selection of nearby restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant is okay at best and the fitness center only provides the bare minimum equipment.

Everything was very well set up, but my room smells like smoke

Very nice hotel within a mile and a half of the airport. Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful with setting up parking for the week. Actually called before hand and was told parking was $6/day should have been 42 ended up being 35! In house restaurant was nice and convenient. Shuttle took us right to the gate and picked us up no issues. Everything you would expect from a Double Tree...and don't forget the check in cookies!!!!

Waited an hour and a half for a shuttle to the hotel from airport. Kept saying they were coming. It's a 10 min drive max. Expressed to manager who didn't care. All she offered was a water and a cookie.

Room was clean, park -stay-fly was wonderful, shuttle service on time and staff were very attentive. I left my cigar case behind and when we returned to the hotel after our trip, Llusi Gomez, the woman on desk duty, went above and beyond to try to locate it. We left before she could track it down but she called us when she did and then mailed it to me. A wonderful gesture and kindness. Thank you, Llusi!

Very accommodating with unusual circumstance. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Shuttle every 15 min. to BWI.

Favorite place for their Park and Go deal. Full service restaurant and bar. Shuttle to the airport is efficient and helpful.

Good conference area for a couple hundred folks. Support staff were friendly and responsive to issues as they occurred. Location is near the airport and not in the urban part of Baltimore.

Great location for small or large meetings. Staff couldn't provide better service. Always goes beyond expectations.

We stayed at the DoubleTree after coming in from aate night international flight, with a flight home the next morning. The check-in process was great and beds were super comfortable. We were hoping there would be some hot food options for late night travelers, but the only thing available was ordering pizza or some cold salads and snacks in their fridge. The breakfast the next morning was a nice buffet, and there was a free shuttle to the airport. We'd stay again.

Everything was fantastic; lobby, shuttle, bed, pillows, showerhead. But those "fake" tooth brushes... Seriously? Why... Just why? Give us real tooth brushes!

The people are friendly but that doesn't get your room clean, or even your bed made. Was there 3 nights and had to ask repetedly for things as inane as toilet paper. The cookies and comped breakfast doesn't make up for it.

Got in very late, midnight to be exact. The gave us someone else's room that we were glad that they were up to stop us at the door. Went back down to libby to get another room which was fine until 7 am. The toilet overflowed and workers were pounding down the hall.

Nice hotel. Sort of out of the way but, as a result, it's quiet.

Hotelis convenient to BWI and I295. The meeting room was adequate although a bit dated.

Very nice stay, clean, only thing is the continental breakfast was quite pricey and the 'famous doubletree' cookies were hard as bricks. Nonetheless, nice stay.

Our room was nice, except for the fact our toilet didn't flush the first day. When someone came and "fixed" it we thought that was it... Until we used it later that night. We used it and it wouldn't flush, when we told the front desk they told us that we would just have to wait until the next day... They did not offer to fix it or give us another room with a working toilet even after we asked. We had to argue with then to send someone up to fix it. We were basically told that it wasn't a big deal and we could just wait till the next day. After being told someone will come in a few minutes for over three and a half hours someone finally came and semi fixed it... at 5am! Really bad experience, and customer service.

Came here for a meeting over two days. We git catered crab cakes for lunch and they were phenomenal.

Got stranded here at the airport I sent us the double tree it was clean friendly and comfortable with Greek food it has a bar swimming pool tennis court and exercise equipment

Not enough parking, rude front desk staff, room service left trash on the sink (why, I don't know).

We stayed here as my company held a business function. The room rate was reasonable but the cost for the breakfast was extremely expensive for what was provided. I've had better breakfast selections that were free as opposed to the $18 they charged.

The hotel is dated but the room was clean. The heat in the meeting room was unbearable. We asked several times for it to adjusted down to a comfortable level but nothing was done. I'm sure there are better hotel options around the airport. I've made a recommendation to my company to not book there again in the future.

The hotel and staff are nice. The breakfast is disappointing though. First of all if you want the buffet it mentions smoked salmon as an option. Do you think there s actually salmon on the buffet, nope! Secondly they charge a dollar for a cup of coffee, if you don t dine in. I mean come on, seriously, that should be complimentary. It s even complimentary at a holiday inn. They only have one clothes washer and one clothes drier for the entire hotel. Seriously, what kind of bullsh*t is that?

Airport shuttle every 30 minutes, room cleanliness and in-house made chocolate cookies. Great experience and value for money.

Great hotel, clean rooms, and it has a restaurant. The parking is free. The best thing about this place is they have guest laundry. That seems to be harder and harder to find. Detergent and softener at the front desk for sale. If I am ever back to BWI, I will stay here again. OOH, and free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes

Good location. Close to BWI airport. Front desk member named Semi is wonderful. Treating guests as if she is welcoming them into her home.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. There is not much to do around the hotel but the Double Tree does offer a shuttle to some local restaurants in the area. I would only recommend staying here if you have a quick overnight or you have your own transportation.

This hotel is very clean, and comfortable, the staff is courteous friendly, and helpful.

Great rooms. Great beds. Restaurant/bar on site for ease of having meals and drinks. Recently renovated and updated.

Was there for a Christmas party and the whole place lost power. Not a good experience at all.

I think this Airport Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Ignore the haters out there. Their shuttle service was fast and friendly. However - I did not park here...so I cannot review parking. I would stay again.

Went for a work event, the hotel seemed clean. The GPS took me to the Northrop Grumman parking lot, so just be weary of that.

Good location for conference near BWI. Group rate exceptional. One 'care' employee very rude and set up a chain of events that impacted several guests and other employees. Reported this 3 times but the 'I'm sorry' still didn't get our room cleaned. Amazing how 1 bad employee can affect so many. Otherwise. Good stay.

Used their extended parking for my trip. They were nice enough to have the bus wait for me while I tagged my car. Very much appreciated.

I only used this hotel to park my car. But from my experience the front desk associate was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and gave me very clear instructions. I worked definitely come here again

Elevators quit working. Had to walk up the fire escape to get to the room only to find out my key no longer worked. Needless to say I got my work out in for the day. WiFi doesn't reach to the end of the hall rooms which I'm in. Stayed here many of times for work and it's always hit or miss.

Was a decent location with fantastic shuttle service to the airport 24/7 every thirty minutes. Great if you want to just pay for parking when you are going on a trip. Decent amenities and good rooms.
