This has got to be one of the worst agencies ive ever worked for they never answered the phone, never sent a time sheet tried withholding hours from me and took a huge chunk out of my wage i will never contact them for work again.
Very unprofessional company. Lied to me to get me to the job which was different than they described.
However I did the job and the firm was very happy with the work.
I asked Sinclair if I needed to get a timesheet signed as they didn't supply one, they said 'No, just let us know your hours'.
Comes to payment, they will not pay me and using the timesheet issue as an excuse. I even have a screen shot of the message from their agent advising that I don't need a timesheet.
I had an email from Keith Sinclair, he advised me they have sacked the agent in question and then proceeded to pretend the issue does not exist and is not replying to any of my correspondence.
I would think very carefully before using this company either for work or labour.
They do not seem reputable at all and don't appear to be a member of any professional body.
Stay the hell away from this agency! Keith Sinclair,mark bailey and dean are not to be trusted! Nothing but lies and deceit! I went to a job in Cannock on monday 13th january 2020 as an ADT Operator, when I got there I found they had sent 3 Operators for 2 dump trucks! I had travelled 43 miles 1 hour 5 mins to be sent home! I contacted mark to tell him I wanted paying for my time and fuel,all I got was I'm looking in to it and hes sorting it,nothing but lies and when I contacted keith his reply was unfortunately I cannot pay the shift! Mark said I would not be out of pocket.....still to this day I have recieved nothing for doing exactly what I was told up at 5am on site for 7am bearing in mind induction was not till 8am! And now they're completely ignoring my calls and texts very very unprofessional! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
