Close to airport, clean ,quite & priced reasonably.

Attended a small business expo and was very impressed with the hotel. The catering was nice. The space was appropriate for the number of attendees. And the hotel decor was very nice.

We contracted through an off-site airport parking company to park there while we flew out of and into BWI. We had some issues with the shuttle running in a timely manner both for pickup and drop-off, but built in plenty of time so we were not adversely affected (other than waiting in the cold at 10:30 at night with an almost 2 year old).

Decent hotel, close to the airport. The bar food is reasonable. The outdoor pool still is not fixed.

Older hotel, looks nicer on the internet.. has a smell to it. They say they are remodeling it.

Attended a Work Training Event. food provided by hotel was very good but room was a lil chilly, bring a sweater.

While on a bus trip (50+ people), we had a confirmed check-in time for 4pm. Our bus arrived shortly after 4:00 and the rooms were not ready. The staff at the hotel were rude and tried to make us remain on the bus until the rooms were ready. They did not want 50 people hanging around the lobby. We got off the bus regardless and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. I finally got into my room at 5:30. The room was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. The buffet dinner was only mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel mainly because of the rude and unprofessional staff.

Elevator stopped working. Then, after we were in the room for an hour the fire alarm went off , the building was evacuated for over an hour. Must have been luck of the draw. Helpful pleasant employees though.

Awesome faculties, food, rooms, beds, etc. Great all around.

Best priced Park and Fly hotel in Baltimore, located two miles from airport with high quality accommodations, free shuttle, and complimentary cookies upon guest check-in. Unfortunately, we did have some shuttle issues coming home and the hotel phone lines were not working with no courtesy text or email from the Hilton.

Was here for a business conference and was very happy with the accomodations. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the food for the meals was good. Overall a very satisfying trip.

Did an expansive stay and park package as a diamond member,
Do not park there, they will forget you called and will not pick you up.

I just cancelled my HHonors aspire card, and will not book a Hilton room again.
Hilton s hotels quality has gone down, and I m done with them.

Staf was friendly, but not all around knowledgeable

You can park your car here long term with no additional fee and catch their shuttle to the airport.

We have all of our big company meetings here. It is great.

Completely skipped maid service in my room one day and when I returned nothing to be done about it. An apology but nothing else. Incredibly slow restaurant service. Stay somewhere else

Overall, this hotel is not a 4-star hotel .
The rooms are very very poorly insulated and I could literally hear every single door slam along with conversation being held in the hallway. The A/C unit in my room was very noisy and rattled quite a bit throughout the night. I can tell the Double Tree had been renovated within recent years and that definitely showed. The bathroom was probably the most visually appealing in the whole room. There were several stains on the ceiling in my room as well as a long crack running
from one side of the ceiling to the other.
My rate for this room was $89.00 + tax with the government/military discount so I definitely feel like I got what I paid for however, if I hadn t gotten my discount then I would totally feel like I d gotten ripped off.
If I m ever in the Baltimore/DC area again and need a place to stay I can t say that the Double Tree BWI will be my first choice.

One hour and fifteen minutes from time I called to ask when the shuttle would come to the time we got there....

We had a problem with our room, at first. There was a leak in the refrigerator that made the floor all wet, and the room smell like wet, musty floor. But the staff was accommodating and found us a new room. I'd say the staff was great, but the hotel itself was, meh, not the best for the price.

Staff were very friendly and waitress was attentive, not overbearing.

Hotel is nice but didn't like the fact that I was charged an extra $50. Not to mention that our toilet wouldn't even flush and when brought to front desk nothing was done. Housekeeping had up put in a call in to get someone here.

Was scouting out the location for a meeting. They are doing some remodeling in the lobby area.

Front desk staff is very warm welcoming and the exiting was the same they made me feel right at home . The Baron the other hand order two drinks at a time the bartender could have cared less if you had a cocktail or not.

Friendly staff and bartenders poor a stiff drink but... my room was kind of cleaned. I did not get any coffee, water bottle or shampoo refills. I guess your supposed to make them all last 3 days. DON'T eat the chicken penne from the kitchen. I was sick all night and next day from it.

Convenient location with everything you need for a nice stay

This was a Great Hotel and the Staff was so Friendly the moment we walked in the door. Within Minutes we had a Key in our hands with warm complimentary cookies. Great Comfortable Beds and the Shuttle Driver to the Airport was the Greatest at 4:30 in the Morning. Loved staying here and will be back in the Future For Sure.

It was in one of the hall we had appreciation service for one of our pastors. SpaceWas big it was just the right size for the function we had. the people were very kind and the place was pretty clean.

I stayed here for a work function. Due to the location of the hotel near the airport, you will hear lots of airplanes taking off. If you are a light sleeper, go someplace else. The air-conditioning in my room was VERY loud. I didn't complain because I was only there for two nights and I'm a heavy sleeper. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the shuttle drivers were very nice.

Old hotel so everything just seems dated/broken. Very thin wall so i can hear my next door neighbors clearly. The service is 50/50 as some staff r friendly while others just didn t seem like they want to be there. $17 breakfast buffet that isnt all that special. It is basically an expensive LaQuinta.

Food service at the bar needs to be faster and more attentive.

Perfect hotel for a preflight stay. Rooms were nice and updated. I especially loved the sink and shower in the small, but functional bathroom. Parking is a little bizarre, but no extra charge. The layout takes a bit of acclimation because of the Two Towers setup, and the lobby was boisterous because of the weirdly placed lounge.

Not clean at all, and hard to believe this Hotel has been remodeled as they claim it has. It doesn't seem like anyone is actually checking the standards of Housekeeping as my room was far below average. Why do I say this? I moved the ottoman that was in front of the chair in the corner of the room, and found someone's rolled up sock under the chair. Next to the bed there was a mostly empty sugar packet on the floor, and the overall vacuuming was horrible. I turned the TV toward the desk and found leftover change in a mound of dust. There are many hotel choices in the area that are a better value and cleaner. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and can honestly say this experience has me questioning whether or not I want to switch chains. Definitely the 1st and last time I'm staying here. Finally the breakfast was good, except the fact that there were always plates and bowls that were not clean. Fits in with the overall below average standards at this location.

Used parking to fly out of BWI. Shuttle always on time and we give you cookie if you go inside.

I was severely disappointed with this hotel for several reasons:
1. They did not and have not provided me with a receipt of my restaurant purchases billed to my room despite even a phone call. On checkout, they said they couldn't provide a receipt at the time and would email it. I have checked junk mail and everything else. No sign of a receipt.
2. The evening staff were so inattentive to the presence of guests (just tryng to get supper) that I ended up walking out of the hotel and up the street to a restaurant on two occasions. The morning staff seemed quite a bit better; although, one waitress seemed quite distracted (not focussed).

Room was fine, and the general state of cleanliness was fine. Front desk staff were very friendly. Really, my complaint was with the restaurant staff. So if you are not interested in eating at the hotel, then I recommend it.

I put a do not disturb sign on my door and got interrupted by housekeeping anyway. They said check in time was 3pm but didn't have any rooms cleaned yet. The shuttle never came back to pick us up so we had to call Uber to pick us up. Dining is horrible. Both times different servers never once checked back on us for refills or asked how our food was. Absolutely most horrible service I've experienced. I highly do not recommend.

Sorry, but I won't be back. I'm Hilton Diamond member FOR LIFE, and I'll avoid this one in the future

Excellent property, rooms, and staff. Amazing service from Jackie at the front desk she was outstanding!! Food is stellar and restaurant is fantastic with amazing servers. 5 minutes to BEI ad convenient to everything.

Be ready to show ID several times even though you showed it 30mins ago (very aggravating)... the food service was
the servers where pleasant and nicely groomed.

This place is disgusting and the staff lies. I reserved and paid for a queen size bed. When I arrive I am given a to with a room with a double bed. I went down to reception to ask for a room with a queen sized bed, I was told by a front desk employee that they are completely sold out and do not have a single empty room. When it came time to go to bed, I smelt a really foul odor coming from the bed. I pin pointed the smell to the pillows on the bed. Took the pillow to reception and made the assistant manager smell it. He too agreed that the pillow was not clean. I refused to sleep in the same room as clearly it was not cleaned. Somehow after being told there weren't any vacant rooms for the night, I was assigned to a room with a queen sized bed. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars google on Google. This place is a true dump and would not recommend to anyone. Needless to say, I booked another Hilton property and left this dump after the 1st night.
