Fantastic mattress, but the highlight was out shuttle guy named Francisco, what a 5 start treatment!!! Funny, happy full of energy!!!

Arrived to the Hotel 3:15 (Check-In begins at 3pm) and was told I would have to wait for a room. This is frustrating as I m here in a business trip and every other individual was placed in a room. This is MADNESS!

Nice room and clean. However they don't tell you their standard breakfeast isn't complimentary and then charge you 18 dollars for premade boxed eggs, slightly ridiculous. Other then breakfeast, the hotel was nice.

Booked a room for King sized bed, when we got to the hotel. We're told the room is no longer available. They gave us a room for double beds. And the shower was didgusting with mold and the water in the the tub was clogged. I ask the employee to email and have the manager contact us and no response. Overall horrible experience, and not a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very pleasant, but our room was pretty bad. If we had planned on staying more than one night I would have asked to move, but we arrived very late and left first thing the next morning. We stayed in a handicap accessible room which had what appeard to be burn marks on the mirror in the bathroom and the entire room smelled like sweat and body odor. It was very unpleasant. The rest of the hotel seemed nice, but our experience wasn't.

My stay at the DoubleTree BWI was very pleasant. I arrived at a little after 3 PM and was checked in promptly. After arriving in my room, I went to the very well equipped fitness center to burn off some energy and decompress from my flight. The treadmills were excellent with tv built in and large displays. The hotel itself was very pleasing to the eye, seems that it had recently been updated. The room had some dated features, but everything was comfortable and clean. We had a group dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was very tasty, however service was a little slow and we had to seek out the wait staff twice. This wasn't a terrible inconvenience, but not what I would have expected.

I used this hotel solely for long-term parking. They offered coffee and comfortable surroundings while I waited for the shuttle. The shuttle was professional.

Outdated. A/c in first room broken. Iron in second room broken. Painfilly slow service at hotel restaraunt. Poor service at hotel restaraunt.

Whomever updated the rooms must have had the help of a case of beer.
