Renovations above my room started @ 7:30am. I understand upkeep is required, however from a hospitality standpoint, I should have been informed. Not all professions work standard 9am- 5pm or within the same time zone.

Nice hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wish the hallway by the ballroom would have been larger to better fit our guests during lunch.

Comfortable rooms. Try the crab and shrimp omelet for breakfast.

The one thing I heard about this hotel was that they give you warm cookies at check-in. Well that didn't happen. Upon checkout, I mentioned to the customer service rep and she said I could go over to the dining room and ask them for some because she was alone at the desk. I declined because it was not my duty to go get them. They have to do better. Customer Service is the hallmark of any good hotel.

Good location, facility looks renovated, staff at breakfast seem to be following you around as if to find out what you are picking to eat at the buffet. Gold HH member that I chose free breakfast, my family kept getting charged and we had to keep arguing with the front desk staff who kept calling our room to find out who went to breakfast and who didn't.

Great Hotel really enjoyed my stay room was nice food was great bar was great and Jackie at the front counter was very helpful

Not very handicap friendly..Needed 2 queen or double for nurse/help staff..only king bed for handicap..gave us a regular double room ... the last one at the end of the hall..told us it was halfway down...nope it was the last one..seems to me service minded would put more thought into this need

A nice Pub, a beaut bed and a quiet room... Room 625; mind you there is no bath & you'll need to bring your own shower cap (should you or your Lady have long hair - none provided) Beware of the totally unnecessary reminder phone call for your midday check out ;)
OK; having stayed once we stayed twice. Room 420 has a bath; the new HH App (Digital Key) works a treat (even if the lady at the front desk had her doubts. Comfortable & quiet, overlooking the pool...Thanks

Always a lovely stay! I left too early for breakfast, but the cookies are great. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful and genuinely nice! Will definitely stay again!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to several dining options. Lost a star here because one of our guest rooms smelled like a musky old movie theater and possibly cigarette smoke, which they did exchange for new room. However, we are surprised that such a strong odor was not picked up by the hotel cleaning staff.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Plus you can't go wrong with the fresh warm chocolate chip walnut cookies.

Looks nice and requires masks and social distancing.

Missed my connecting flight and had to stay for the night. Very nice ladies at the front desk.. and they gave me a cookie!

Don't expect a 5 star experience but it was a comfortable room with an overpriced restaurant.

Location, location, location near the airport! And that s all the positivity about this hotel. Breakfast is not even complimentary, a la carte menu prices overrated for what you get deliver, and they should really consider adding parking spaces to their parking lot...it was after 3 rounds circulating the lot that we found a parking-spot...

dining area is ok. But the hotel is small overall. It is very quiet with not many people walking around.

Wonderful staff. And you can fly and leave you vehicle for a small fee compared to long term parking at the airport. Snag a free cookie for your trip. Yum.

We were treated very well during our recent stay at the Doubletree BWI

Pool hours are poor. While the bar is open to all hour the pool closes at 9pm. We booked this so our kids could swim after a long drive and we arrive to learn they lose unreasonably early.

I stayed at this hotel before I went on Vacation on my return to my car which I parked in the Hotel Parking lot my Catalytic Converter was stolen from my car The Hotel has no Security or Camera's and when I reported it to the Manager on Duty all I received in returns was the hotel is not responsible.

We parked here for our flight out of BWI. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the cost was reasonable.

It was nice and clean, but the bathroom door was a little broken, it was difficult to get close other than that everything was fine.

First room with mold in the walls and ceiling. The second room smell bad because of humidity problems. The third room the paint was peeling off the ceiling.... to make things worst when I asked for the hotel shuttle it never showed up even though the clerk said it will be there in less than a minute. So ended up paying a taxi and asked what happened and supposedly the front desk clerks changed shifts and the previous one never told the driver. To many things wrong with this hotel, not recommended.

Do not make a reservation here. You are next to an airport, and plans change with flight cancellations or delays. We made a reservation after being told our flight was cancelled, fifteen minutes later our airline called us back to let us know that they had gotten us a last minute flight. When I called back to cancel the appointment they told me they wouldn't because the appointment was made after 6:00PM. So I ended up paying $130.00 for a room a never used because of a policy I didn't know about. This branch in particular has terrible customer service, tries in no way to help you out, and will screw you over in a heartbeat. I will never use this hotel again, no matter what city I show up in.

I was there for a conference. The room was spacious. Audio/ visual aids were suitable from near and far. Food was like warm, buffet style. Courteous staff

I like this place. It is an older property but the inside has been well updated. Rooms are clean, but the power outlets in the lamps dont work. The restaurant and bar areas are large and plenty to order. Now, since I am a road warrior, it is important that I find hotels with guest laundry. They do have that here.

Good stay for the price. Hallways and rooms looked old.

Very convenient to the airport, 24 hour shuttle. The rooms are a little dated. No airport noise, but very thin walls, so noise from adjoining rooms, hallway. Breakfast goes until 11, which is unusually late and great when you are adjusting time zones. There's a fridge and a microwave in the room. And, of course, the cookies are great.

Sleep park and fly, this is where we stay, great service.

Could not change the source on my TV to watch my amazon TV stick

The wifi works great. The hotel is clean and functional. The staff are extra friendly. It is near many restaurants. It takes only less than minutes to get to car rental return.

This was our second stay at this property. Large, very comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating. Only issue was finding a parking space!

Staff was exceptional. Room service was great. Broke the mold of traditional heated up hotel food. Checking out was easy and the folks were more than friendly.

Close to airport, room was small but clean, staff was friendly. The restaurant was good.

Went there for a training in their conference area. Although I didn't stay in the hotel, the downstairs lobby, restaurant, conference rooms, etc- were clean and professional. The staff I interacted with were friendly and accommodating.

Worst place I ever lay my head down. The room had trash in it and it smell as if someone was smoking in the room

The shuttle service driver is horrible, rude, and racist. I stayed at the hotel to attend a professional attend so I cannot speak about the room..

Used it for airport parking. Good parking, but the shuttle only runs every half hour and I had to wait at least 45 minutes for pick up at the airport. I'll probably start using the parking specific services for off Airport parking in the future.

Great visit rooms very clean only bad part was i unable to connect to their Wi-Fi and pool was outside those are my only complaints. Stsff very friendly

Pros: Room was nice and clean, toilet flushes great, piping hot shower.

Cons: Outlets in lamps were convenient but were incredibly loose.

We go here big yearly for meetings. Very attentive staff. Under construction right now. Not enough bathrooms.

If I could rate this hotel ZERO stars or MINUS FIVE I would. The staff continually lies to my colleagues and I. We stay with this hotel many days a week every day of the year. We know most of the staff by name and they know us. We have always been patient and understanding. Most recently the front desk staff, including the managers (day and night (John)) are polite but unfortunately dishonest and incompetent. I'm an airline Captain and I can assure you if I operated an airplane like the management runs this hotel, we would never make our destination.

The air-conditioners are noisy the beds are old. The staff continually lies about pick up times with their airport shuttle van. It seems like their only priority are Southwest Airlines crews. Since I work for a different airline we are treated differently. Not in a good way. Lastly, you will usually just see one person at the front desk so getting anything takes forever standing in line.

I wouldn't stay here if I had a choice.

Could not get a key to room or leave my room since their key system was down. Fridge was nice, but no microwave. Front desk in the morning could show a little more customer service.

Was there for a hiring event. Great facility. I had to use a computer but they have the public ones locked down using old web browser so I wasn't able to access the documents I needed on my flash drive.

Nice clean hotel very close to the airport. Restaurant on site with a variety of standard dishes that are safe bets, if not that exciting. The hotel shuttle claims to run every half hour, but we were waiting over an hour even with calling multiple times. The hotel staff was nice and addressed our concerns about the van, but the van driver didn't seem very concerned when we asked why it had taken so long.

I have stayed her many times and it is always a good experience. Clean rooms, good restaurant in the hotel. Warm cookie at check in is always great.
