I was at this hotel for a convention. The staff was not welcoming at all, and they refused to demonstrate the basic common courtesy expected of a customer service oriented establishement. I have been to other DoubleTree hotels with wonderful service, so I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received this weekend. The front desk distributed room card holders without the accompanying breakfast coupons we paid for, leaving tons of our members hungry in the morning. They even kicked out some of our members from the breakfast hall, because they didn t have the coupons that the hotel was supposed to provide in the first place. Half of the room keys were not functional. The housekeeping staff barged into our rooms with no greeting at all. One almost hit me with the door on her way in and offered no type of apology. I am shocked at the lack of quality customer service. Do not book your next convention here.

We had a great time at the Double Tree banquet hall. Food was good and service was great. Thanks Elvis for great customer service! Your energy and attention to detail impressed us all! My family were very happy with the whole experience. This took our second annual Men Impact Change honoring ceremony/banquet a notch higher!

I forgot to place my parking information in my truck before catching my flight to Cancun Mexico...I called and spoke to lovely ladies that made sure that Manager knew of my error and protected my vehicle the whole time I was away. Wonderful and clean hotel that I will use again if I'm ever going out of the country

The staff was not so impressive, booking my reservation via phone wasn t easy. The lady I talked to was very rude and wasn t willing to add my contractor and said I should go across the street to a Marriott. Very disappointed in staffing

Clean and with very friendly and accommodating staff! Can't beat the cookies! Edit, 2nd stay: The shuttle droped me off at the train station but wouldn't pick me up. I went to the airport and was told the shuttle would be at 9. I Didn't see the shuttle so I called and was told the shuttle would be there at 915. I finally saw the shuttle only for it to keep driving past me. I immediately called so that the shuttle could circle around again and pick me up only to be told that the shuttle was already heading back and wouldn't leave again for another half hour. I am disappointed that they would not pick me up where they droped me off.

Attended an annual event here this past weekend and was a little underwhelmed and disappointed with the venue's ability to troubleshoot issues that shouldn't have ever been issues...audio video problems and projectors that wouldn't perform...and poor catering too.

Granted, a lot of it was on the organizers' side (of the event) too, which is why I am not giving a lesser rating, but a hotel of this caliber (or seemingly) that values its customers and ballroom rentals should be a lot more accommodating. Smaller breakout-session rooms were also not well-kept, with bathrooms lacking any form of soap or hand drying toiletries.

I had to share my experience with the nicest employee I ve ever met. Since I m a flight attendant, I spend a lot of time at hotels. Best employee ever is a gentleman named Lynwood at this hotel. He was friendly, courteous, and very personable. I hope to see him again, he is awesome!

this has got to be one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed in. we get here, only one lady at the desk even though we could hear others in the back talking and laughing. there were two lines and while we had arrived first, she served them first. then when we got to our room, there were no pillows or sheets for our pull out couch. there was only one set of wash clothes and towels. when i went down to the first desk to ask for some, i was given sheets and a single washcloth alone and i was informed there were no extra pillows or towels. THEN when we went to dinner, our waiter was awesome and very cheery but the food was wayyy too expensive. $30 for a entree? no thanks. when we went back to the room to shower and go to bed, there was no hot water and my sister had to take a cold shower. i called the manager on duty through the hotel room phone and received no answer after leaving a voicemail. i called the front desk through my own phone and was put on hold for 10 minutes. they informed me that maintenance would be right up- it's been a half hour and nothing. awful service, rude front desk lady, just overall an awful and stressful experience.

I attended a financial conference at Double Tree, we did not stay there but the hotel was clean and it looked very nice and comfortable, there was a restaurant and bar on sight, we were served dinner and it was excellent my complements to the chef.

Used the shuttle service from airport.
It was good taking us to the airport, but the shuttle never showed up to pick us up at the airport, despite the multiple phone calls we made to the hotels front desk. Very unsatisfactory!! Beware!!

I attended a one day seminar. The tablecloth on the table I sat at was dirty and stained. There were no savory or healthy options for the "snacks" spread (cookies, brownies, breakfast bars), the only "fresh" food was mealy apples and bananas, beverages limited to coffee and Lipton tea (no cold options except water at the tables). Staff was not very attentive.

Excellent customer service! And the cookies was soooooo good, the room was cleaned nice comfortable bed. Dinner was out of this world I ordered a steak, mash potatoes, and broccoli with crab cake on top... they did forget our crab cake, and by the time I finished my meal the crab cake came out but they gave me a $25 credit if I wanted to by something else. The Mai tah drink was bomb, the bartender did his thing I will be coming back!

Staff is excellent. Bar and restaurant service was amazing. Great place to be even as a airport hotel. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance and airport shuttle is a big plus!

The hotel was nice and clean. Everything with the room was great and how you would expect it. Used points to get a free breakfast and the service was horrible. I would absolutely not pay for it, but it was free so I was not too upset. The waitress was angry when serving and not helpful at all.

Do not stay at this hotel. I should have written this review a year ago but with the circumstances I forgot and then the memory of this experience came up on my Facebook page today. Last year, I stayed at this hotel and I became extremely sick with Lyme disease and pneumonia. I had already been to the ER and sent "home". My situation got much worse and my husband had to call the ambulance and I was transported and admitted to the hospital. Once admitted, I told him to bring me my computer and jewelry. I had my wedding ring, another diamond and I'd gotten for my anniversary, a watch and a cheap necklace. All of which was not there when he returned to the room. He contacted management and they would not even respond to him or return his calls. He went to the front desk to talk to Management and was told no one was available. We are Diamond members of Honors rewards and stay at a many hotels and ALWAYS plan to stay Hilton when it's available. We've never experienced such a let down. I spent 8 days in the hospital and once I was able to fly home, I spent 3 months healing so I didn't take the time I should have to pursue this. My rings weren't expensive, my wedding ring was actually missing a small stone but these were extremely sentimental in value. I can't believe someone would steal from our room tht obviously was a staff member as well as from someone being transported out by ambulance!! But then to not have management even respond. Obsurd! This review is my only form of recourse.
Please book elsewhere!

Overpriced food and drinks within the hotel. Shuttle will only take you within 2 miles which limits your options for food. (Recommend 5 mile radius)
Day staff is very nice but dont mess with the night crew. They'll cut you.
Housekeeping doesn't understand what the DND sign on your door is for. Be prepared for a 7am wake up asking for your room to be cleaned whether you want it or not.
Cleanliness is great! The hotel is well maintained and smells fresh.

Stayed in the king suite and there was tons of room, bed was fantastic but the layout isn't user friendly. The sink counter is nonexistent so applying your makeup or doing your hair is a challenge but overall it's a very nice hotel.

Everything was wonderful until breakfast.

Everything was wonderful until breakfast.
When we walked in, Linda was incredibly rude. She wouldnt let us sit down, she didn't explain to our party how breakfast "works" in this hotel.
She refused to wait on our table and even when called upon (im a VERY polite manner using the words "excuse me ma'am) she kept walking. She walked up to me and said " put your coupon on the table when yous are done" and refused to hear our requests for juice. We had to get our own drinks, which didnt bother me until I saw her gettimg drinks for all the other tables. The other server was attentive and wonderful with her tables. I am traveling with my mentally handicapped, which is difficult in itself, and she started his day off on the wrong foot.

So sad, because eveything else about the Doubletree was great.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and nice amenities. My favorite part is how quiet the hotel is. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant serves very good food although the service can be a little slow at breakfast. Overall I'm really happy stay and have two more reservations booked that I will happily keep.

Booked online and had keyless entry. You don't have to stop at the desk...unless you want your delicious warm cookies, then Yes, stop at the desk LOL! Staff was very pleasant. Fresh oranges and apples at the counter, plus they have a nice variety of snacks in the store. Convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Excellent stay as always!
