Ordered online for delivery. I thought I might have put the wrong contact phone number in so I tired calling the store to make sure they had a number to contact me when the driver arrived to my work. Called 5 times between 10:43pm and 11:14pm. No answer. So I just sat and waited outside my building because I was afraid they didn't have the number to contact me. They did arrive about the time the website quoted me, but the cheese bread was burnt. I really wish I could upload the picture I took to show you how ridiculously burnt it was. How could someone put that in a box and think it was acceptable??? Also, the maranaira sauce had about 2 tablespoons of sauce in it. It was mostly empty. Again, tried to call, no answer. Never again.

I ordered pizza through doordash at this location yesterday evening (1-29-2019) while at work. The first delivery gave me the wrong pizza, and the second attempt walked out before I could get up front to pick up my pizza. I called this location already pretty upset. Typically people order food because they're hungry. It was going on 2 hours after the initial order was placed. The first 2 times I called, this location hung up on me, and I was very civil. After the second hangup, I was no longer nice. The third time I called, I was able to speak to the female manager, which ended up being the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Donatos, you've forever lost my business because of her. She was not willing to correct the issue at all. She lied to me, and she passed off blame and refused to take responsibility. All traits that a leader shouldn't possess. The people you place in leadership roles, reflect you as a company and how you do business.

I simply choose to no longer do business with a company that treats me as a consumer, rather than a customer. You will not be getting my business anymore.

Thankfully door dash was willing to work with me, and gave me a full refund. It's a real shame that a 3rd party has to correct the mistakes of another business.

Manager was rude, the driver was willing to deliver to our area but the manager denied him at 7:15 PM on a Thursday. This is the second time trying to order from the Grant location with terrible results.

They do not deliver within 30 minutes. They do not include plates, napkins, or any other condiments "unless requested." We ordered a large pizza which was late in arriving and disappointing in terms of product and taste. For the money spent we could have gone out to eat. No repeat.

Ordered two hours ago, told it would take one. Called three times to check on it, first two times, I was hung up on. The guy who answered was obviously high, couldn't hold more than one letter in his head at a time even after I spelled my name literally five times. Finally got through to a manager who didn't offer me anything for my trouble.

12.28.17: Only giving 1 star because you have to give some sort of score. Not only did I wait 10min at the pickup window for someone to even acknowledge my presence, my pizza was incorrect and cold. When I called to speak with a manager, SHANTE answered and was EXTREMELY rude. I asked for a new pizza and for them to bring it to me, seeing as how I wasted most of my lunch break to wait for the pizza that they messed up. She started yelling and saying it wasn't their policy for free delivery and I could bring the pizza back for a new one or pay for delivery. By the end of the conversation she was yelling at me and hung up on me. When I called back to ask for them to refund my card, they purposefully did not answer the phone. I then called corporate who was not any more helpful than she was. RUDE management, cold and incorrect food and poor customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They may as well shut it down.

We placed on online order at 6:35. It said the pizza would be done at 7:01 so we went to the location shortly after 7 and our pizza wasn't there. It had apparently been made but it disappeared. They said it would be about 15 minutes to make another pizza so we waited there. We ended up just leaving because it was taking way too long, we left at 7:55. In the time we were waiting we saw two separate people who placed online orders come in and be told their pizza hadn't even been started yet. The staff was very unapologetic and that was part of the reason why we left.

My office is walking distance from this location. I've received a delivery of multiple pizzas that were smashed to one side of the box and wrong orders with forgot items. If you order from here maybe choose pick up instead. I have never had an issue with a pick up order. Staff have always been nice.

If I could put -0 stars, I would. I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and when I got it, it was pepperoni. I wasn t mad that they got it wrong but I asked if there was something that they could do for me and they said that they would give me a credit for my next order. I called today and they said they didn t find it on my number. I asked to speak to the manager and he said NO . Also, I called to check up on my order and they had my phone number wrong!!! I m furious and frustrated. Never will order from this place again. So unprofessional. Manager and ASSOCIATES WERE RUDE!!!! Something needs to be done!!!!! NOW! I m super angry. They need to be shut down.

So tired of poor customer service i went to this location for the first time and they messed up my order for a pizza i was in the hospital caring for my father it was late and they said they wouldn't refund me at all unless i gave him the pizza back and to do so i would have to leave my dad by him self so not going to happen. They have horrible customer service. I sent my son to pick up my order and he walks in with half the order. I called them and the gentleman acknowledges that the other half was still sitting there. Then I check my pizza and doesn t have all my toppings, call back and get someone different she (Brenda) ask me to bring the pizza back and get the other half of my order. I told her I would call when I was on my way. Called back she acted as if she had a problem replacing the items I didn t receive. I will never return there!! Maybe they all need to go back

Awful experience all around. Waited at a vacant pick-up window for 10 minutes before a woman strolled over only to tell us they had no order under our name and number. The woman gave no apology, just rude aggressive attitude, insisting that we never ordered. She then refused to go get the manager for us to speak with. After parking to go in and wait for the manager, he came out another 10 minutes later appearing disheveled, unkempt, and nonchalant. He offered nothing to fix the situation but a 1-800-number to call, even shrugging to say they just had to replace their entire team because the service was so bad. I honestly can t even believe the level of incompetence I was forced to deal with at this location. Steer clear, Late Night Slice is just down the street.

This location fails to provide promised pizza quality and toppings over and over and over again. Once they burnt my child's small and today I ordered extra cheese on a medium and they barely had ANY cheese on the pizza at all.

Have decided to stop being ripped off by this location. 1000 north high is excellent and always makes a good pizza.

Horrible experience 10/12/17 - Deliverying for Door Dash, going to this store not only were they 25 minutes late for me to deliver the food, the First Lady (younger/skinner) wasn t very helpful and just seemed horribly rude and could careless about her job or my job making sure I get the food on time... I would never eat there because it s where all the homeless people congregate, also the outside of the building area smells like rotten human fieces.

I called back and after placing order and giving card info, the person i was placing the order with, hung up without letting me know how long it would be or even take the time to verify accurate debit card info. Horrible Management. I've never had an establishment where i felt like they stole from me. (i'm not 100% sure they didn't.) I Placed an order on 2/13/20 for a hand tossed pizza (9:42 PM) as i was leaving the NICU because i had missed the NICU pizza night at nationwide for parents and I actually really like the pizza, first time i had it was here. I paid online and went to pick up my pizza and when i got to the window they told me they were out of hand tossed. They asked if I would be willing to take a thin crust and a credit instead. So, I agreed and waiting for 22 mins as they started my thin crust pizza order. After they walked the pizza out to me i confirmed with the guy at my car that i would still get the credit, not a fan of thin crust by my wife is. He took my name and said he would make sure the manager put it on my acct when he went back in.

Fast forward 1 week. I call in the order and mention i should have a credit. When i get there it is an entire ordeal where they didn't record what they had told me the previous week and the manager says he was the one working last week and doesn't remember the situation happening. Ultimately they refuse me the credit they "gave me" to accept an alternative to what i originally ordered the week before. The worst part is i actually feel like i remember paying at the window for the thin crust pizza, and as i was typing this i found the receipt for my online order which shows i paid for the hand tossed online. So ontop of not getting what i ordered and having them lie about a credit, they may have actually collected money for a pizza i never got entirely. Crooked shop, will never go here again, gonna share the story at pizza night next week too.

I love the grote family but this location on main and grant is awful. EVERYTIME. Order from there the order is messed up. Today I ordered 0 bone in wings hot blue cheese and received bone less! I ordered a salad with extra cheese and tomatoes with no black olives, and revived a salad with black olives. No extra items. Very disappointed that they have trouble completing simple tasks, this is not the first time they have messed up, and I am hesitant to return.

I purchased four pizzas and a sub for my nonprofit group on the evening of 3/11/20. One of our pizzas was exceptionally charred, and on the sub sandwich I requested no-cheese, yet it came with cheese on it anyway. Donatos has the most expensive pizzas, and with plainly inferior service at this location, I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a sub, cookie and fountain drink for pick up at drive thru window...got there guy was spaced out...asked me my phone # ..took my payment..then asked me what i ordered three times..with hesitation. Then said pull up by door so they can start making it and bring it out to me . ok..fine ..didnt have a problem waiting (even tho its already been 30 min)..but ok. The problem i had is he gave me a bottle of soda instead of a fountain drink..ok..but when i asked for an cup of ice..he basically said he couldn't do that due to COVID19...but if i paid him extra he would do it. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Bad customer service and very unprofessional management! Called in and placed a order for two personal serious meat pieces went to pick up my order my order wasn't even ready they couldn't even find the order the manager never a knowledge that the order was missing started yelling at the workers and proceeded to go to the window and started getting orders for the drive-thru she never acknowledge to me that my order was missing or did she apologize for me having to wait another 15 minutes for them to put another pizza in the oven that is ridiculous as a manager you should at least acknowledge that if you made a mistake apologize then correct the order!!

I dont get all this bad reviews for this donatos, their mariachi beef I order are always fresh and crispy unlike some other donatos places I tried. Never been disappointed, it happens to wait a little bit on the phone but hey the food is definitely worth it.

I went to pick up our food and they never even started making our order.They told us tough luck and to come back in 30 minutes. Waste of time. Worse donatos in Ohio.
