I ordered pizza through doordash at this location ...

I ordered pizza through doordash at this location yesterday evening (1-29-2019) while at work. The first delivery gave me the wrong pizza, and the second attempt walked out before I could get up front to pick up my pizza. I called this location already pretty upset. Typically people order food because they're hungry. It was going on 2 hours after the initial order was placed. The first 2 times I called, this location hung up on me, and I was very civil. After the second hangup, I was no longer nice. The third time I called, I was able to speak to the female manager, which ended up being the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Donatos, you've forever lost my business because of her. She was not willing to correct the issue at all. She lied to me, and she passed off blame and refused to take responsibility. All traits that a leader shouldn't possess. The people you place in leadership roles, reflect you as a company and how you do business.

I simply choose to no longer do business with a company that treats me as a consumer, rather than a customer. You will not be getting my business anymore.

Thankfully door dash was willing to work with me, and gave me a full refund. It's a real shame that a 3rd party has to correct the mistakes of another business.
