Horrible Management. I've never had an establishment where i felt like they stole from me. (i'm not 100% sure they didn't.) I Placed an order on 2/13/20 for a hand tossed pizza (9:42 PM) as i was leaving the NICU because i had missed the NICU pizza night at nationwide for parents and I actually really like the pizza, first time i had it was here. I paid online and went to pick up my pizza and when i got to the window they told me they were out of hand tossed. They asked if I would be willing to take a thin crust and a credit instead. So, I agreed and waiting for 22 mins as they started my thin crust pizza order. After they walked the pizza out to me i confirmed with the guy at my car that i would still get the credit, not a fan of thin crust by my wife is. He took my name and said he would make sure the manager put it on my acct when he went back in.

Fast forward 1 week. I call in the order and mention i should have a credit. When i get there it is an entire ordeal where they didn't record what they had told me the previous week and the manager says he was the one working last week and doesn't remember the situation happening. Ultimately they refuse me the credit they "gave me" to accept an alternative to what i originally ordered the week before. The worst part is i actually feel like i remember paying at the window for the thin crust pizza, and as i was typing this i found the receipt for my online order which shows i paid for the hand tossed online. So ontop of not getting what i ordered and having them lie about a credit, they may have actually collected money for a pizza i never got entirely. Crooked shop, will never go here again, gonna share the story at pizza night next week too.
