I ordered meatballs w/sauce on the side, and garlic asiago bread. I pulled up at the exact time indicated and was told the bread would be five more minutes. Fair enough. I waited, and it was about 5 minutes. I drove home, and discovered that the bottom of the bread was almost black. That was a bummer. However, the meatballs were superb, and the bread that was not burnt was good. I called and told them of the circumstance, and the manager assured me I would have credit oh my next order. So that's the only reason they're not getting five stars. But next time? I'm hoping for five stars.

Bad experience. I called in an order that the lady got wrong. Didn't realize it until I'd picked it up and left. The biggest problem is that when i called back, the same lady said it was my fault if i didn't correct her. There's more more I've wasted enough time with this place.

When I called back the manager her was very rude and told me that s UberEATS problem and that I have to take it up with them. Our firm ordered Donatos on Grant Ave & Main St - we've really never had an issue. Today my bosses wife ordered this salad, it was so brown you would've thought it had dressing on it however it DID NOT it was pure slime!!!!! I would think there should be some kind of health code or health risk serving something so gross!!! The worst part is when she called to request a credit to our card - she got hung up on!!! The lady she spoke to was so rude! If you are looking for a good pizza, good salad, with good service STAY AWAY FROM THIS DONATO'S!!!!!!! ****I HAD TO CHOOSE 1 STAR**** They deserve 0 stars!!!

I will never eat at Donatos! Donatos Main and Grant in Columbus, Ohio serves burnt food and wrong food. Manager Jessie have amnesia and can't keep his word. Bexley Donatos will quote a time to pick up food and when I get there order never ready so because I tried being loyal to a company that gave me my first chance job I traveled from Bexley to downtown and I have be let down to the extreme me and my family will never eat there and it caused me to write this review. I tried reaching out to corporate and the young lady that answered the phone explained she always checks voicemail and never got a call from me which is a lie I left message and I got proof from call log. Donatos as a team not consistent and liars. This company don't show integrity and I don't trust them just like I told Jessie when I called him last Friday 8/7. I left voicemail to Donatos corporate 8/4 around 10:41 am and today I argued with corporate lady because she wasn't listening she was just trying to prove a point that was unnecessary instead of trying to understand why I called and a resolution. She left me dissatisfied with Donatos overall, I will never give them a dime and hope people know the truth!!!!

In all seriousness, if you feel like eating Donatos, do not order from this location. You will have better luck driving to the Kroger location on Sycamore street and baking your own "Donatos" pizza. But, if you crave extremely horrible customer service and enjoy waiting over 2 hours for an overpriced piece of dough and pepperoni that will never arrive...this is your place!

No common sense at this place, we did not get all of our order, called and talked to the manager who had an attitude and blamed the driver, and of course the driver blamed her. They might not be able to read because it was clearly on the receipt. Very frustrating to say the least.

Same Donatos pizza you get anywhere, but this location always has great service. Everyone is always super nice. Stopped in today to grab pizza to go for moving and the woman at the cashier went above and beyond for my small order of two pizzas. She put together a whole kit of goodies for us.

Just got the best half veggie ever!!! I can only vouch for my side because it's the only side I ate, but it was awesome! The veggies were crisp, the olives added a kick, and it was plentiful. I seriously appreciate the dedication to my service, it really made for a great experience!

Im an uber driver. And had two pick ups. Seriously ridiculous amount of wait time. Line for drive thru(bc inside was closed) was wrapped around building and out on the street. I get being busy. But if you tell a customer that it will be ready by a certain time then you should have it ready by that time. After waiting in the mian line for 45 mins i was told to wait more. Waited for another 1 to 1 and a half hours. In the middle of that 1-1.5 one of the orders canceled. That effects my pay. I waited for both orders and only got paid for 1. And by the time i got to the customer she was super angry. And you dont have to deal with that. I did. And on top of all that i over heard the window working being super rude to alot of dif people. Lucky for her she wasnt rude to me. However.. Like i said i was the uber delivery but if i was the customer i would be demanding a refund. Honestly i dont mind waiting thats part of my job. But spending that much time at your location made me lose much more than time you made me loose out on money. Please fix this. This is on your location with the excessive wait time. I have been to many other locations and they may have me wait but i can honestly say it has never been more that 10-15mins. And if your other locations can get people in and out in less than 15 mins why is your location taking 2 hrs + to get out?

I ordered 2 subs double meat and cheese with no lettuce because I'm SUPER allergic and a 10pc order of wings well done. My girlfriend and I pulled up to the window and pay, the manager Diane reads us the wrong order which is no problem, then couldn't find my name or my phone number so I tell her my order and so she then gives us the right food. I asked in a polite way are you sure there's no lettuce and explained my allergy, she confirmed. We leave to our destination and open our food, my sub was a lettuce sandwich, no problem, I'll get it remade, in the meantime we tear into our wings and LITERALLY HOT PINK IN THE CENTER! Gross! I call and ask for the manger and explained the error and negligence she didn't let me finish my sentence she just said "COME ON BACK ILL REMAKE THE SUB" I kindly asked her to remake the whole order and she said since the sub was the only thing made incorrectly that's the only thing she was gonna remake so I requested a full refund on my 23.00 order and she said this location doesn't do refunds. I had no idea so I tried to come to an agreement and get my entire order remade seeing how it was raw and incorrect, I had to drive back up there and WAIT yet again. Diane said the most she can do was remake my sub and give me cookie. A cookie?! How about some edible food?! We drive back to the store and she IGNORED us at the window while arguing with the 2 customers over an Uber order where they received the wrong food (She was clearly having a bad night). My girlfriend was driving and attempts to hand her the 3 boxes asking for them to be remade she screams I TOLD YOU IM NOT GIVING YOU A REFUND. My girlfriend didn't ask for a refund, here we could see she wasn't even listening, before we could even explain we just wanted a remake she says she's calling the cops and slams the window in our faces! We proceed to listen to her scream at the 911 operator saying THESE PEOPLE ARE WASTING MY TIME AND THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO?! This "manager" attempted to have an officer come to your store and remove us because she failed to do her job correctly, waste an officers time opposed to remaking an order! Pathetic and unprofessional! We leave and I call the store the next day and speak with Tasha. While explaining she cut me off saying Diane told her everything and she also mention we cursed her out and began banging on the window which made her feel threatened, which was her reason to call the cops. This is 100% false! I asked Tasha did she watch the video, she said she didn't have time to, understandable....I guess. She said she spoke to the guest services dept and told them everything so she would remake the order. At this point the food isn't my concern, it's a manager lying on my girlfriend and I painting us as aggressors and the GM not even taking the time to watch a 5 minute clip (if that) to check the authenticity of her statement. We head BACK and I ask Tasha did she watched the video, she says yes, I asked did you hear us say ONE CURSE WORD to your staff? She replies I don't know, the sound doesn't work. Wow. I then ask, well did you see either one of us bang on the window? She replies I don't know it was dark I couldn't see anything. Wow, once again I'm in disbelief. Then goes to say Diane is usually nice. I didn't ask what type of person she was, I wanted an apology on her behalf at least!! I never received an apology, a credit, a refund, but I did get my food remade THE NEXT DAY, so thanks for that Tasha. In closing, I would just like to say I spend entirely too much money at this place of business to be treated as I was and dismissed! This was a sorry excuse for management, for customer service alone!! I'm still not satisfied with the outcome of this exhausting event, I hope someone reads this and agrees that this was a nightmare and rectifies it!

The delivery drivers NEVER make sure all your items are in the bag.. this is the third time I ve ordered & something is missing each time. If you have the time please go pick up your food instead of having it delivered. It s like they pick any crackhead off the street to come work for them, to avoid people qualified individuals for the position. As someone who use to work for Donatos it s the delivery drivers job to make sure all items are in the bag before they leave, this place needs some serious training.

I USUALLY GET THE ITALIAN SALAD REPLACE PEPPERONI WITH HAM, ADD GLAZED PECANS, BANANA PEPPERS, AND RANCH STAYIN DRESSING. I WILL ONLY BE ORDERING THIS SALAD WKNDS BC THAT IS WHEN SHE WORKS. Just ordered online it told me the pizza would arrive in 2 hours.....This was after I put in my card information. (the wait time should be displayed before finalizing any order).
I tried to call can cancel and the phone rang for 5 minutes. I called from 2 phones and it continued to ring for 5 additional minutes.
Finally someone picked up. I told them What the website said she said thats correct "hon". I said I want to cancel she said ok "hon" This is horrible service and guest care.

I ordered a large pep pizza with sub and wings. They brought a pizza and said they forgot the sub and wings and would be right back with the rest.

The pizza has no sauce on it at all. And when i called the lady on the phone said the next driver left with my pizza and wings and id get a credit.

I waited an hour an nothing else came. I called again and the manager said he assumed it never left and that hed again give me store credit.

I called 3 days later to order and no credit. All in the end i paid 30 bucks for a pizza with no sauce lol

I have ordered from this location many, many times...

I have ordered from this location many, many times-and spent at least 400 dollars this year alone. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to this location, literally. I once ordered a chicken mariachi and received a half cheese half pepperoni- the total turn around time to correct this mistake alone was over two hours-and I had to call three times. I consider myself a pretty even tempered person, and my phone repore is followed by the motto "treat others the way you want to be treated" I would say, sometimes you get decent service, decent pizza, decent delivery and pick up experience. However, something is always incorrect or delayed. There hasn't been one instance where I felt like I actually received what I paid for. There are two other locations within a 3 mile radius of this place, choose wisely, because I can guarantee you if you order from here, you will not get what you asked for or paid for. This is highly disappointing because I used to really enjoy ordering from here, but I think the other reviews and the overall score really speaks for itself.

I ordered food at 6 and they said it would be an hour. Well after an hour and a half goes by I called to see if my order was going be much longer. After 2 HOURS WENT BY OF BEING HUNG UP ON I finally got to talk to manager. The manager gave me my food for free and said it would be out in about 30 minutes but what hes failing to realize is something should happen to the person who kept hanging up on me. What kind of manager can't run their business right? A manager that apparently doesn't need to be one. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow because this is absolutely unacceptable.

It was your typical experience at a pizza place. I went there for lunch ordered a Big Don sub, side salad, and a drink. Waited for my sub a little longer because the lady behind the counter was busy and forgot. Gave me a free cookie fo the wait. The food was what is to be expected.

I ve gotten carry out from here twice. Both times the pizza has been excellently cooked. I typically order in the after noon online for an evening pick up, and my order has been hot and ready to go as soon as I got there each time. Staff seems nice, too.

Half the time I call the line rings for ages or I straight up get hung up on, the other half the wait time is over an hour and/or my pizza shows up cold. Since there isn't an other donatos that delivers to me, I'm finished.
