I was hung up on Five times, not even a hello! When i pulled up the manager greeted me at the drive thru window, i asked are they extremely busy she said actually yes because i have two people taking calls! I said really because i was hung up on 5x's! She oh i will address it as soon as I'm done taking your order! I was really surprised and disappointed!
