The ladies that run this place are really sweet. Donatos doesn't ever get high marks for awesome pizza, it's always fine, but I'd order here again just to support the staff. They do a really good job.

Ordered some wings. Driver forgot it. Refunded the money but still needed my wings. Called the manager Diane said there nothing she can do. Poor service here. I will be calling corporate.
I had come in with a large party the order was incorrect and the manager did not try to accommodate my guest we left out of the restaurant with half of my party not eating their meal we will not return
Don't order after 10:30 or they simply won't deliver your order. They also won't answer the phone so you will just be waiting for no reason. I waited for over an hour for my food and then when I called to ask about the delivery no one at their store would pick up the phone. I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option
I called and ordered a pizza and soda and the person was very rude. I called again about 50 minutes after the delivery to confirm that it was coming. I have had really bad experiences with it before. The same guy cursed at me and hung up on me. Terrible service. I feel bad for the limited delivery drivers.
Was the sloppiest pizza I've ever had from there, and they made the wrong size had to wait for my actual pizza which cost me money bcos I had to take a longer lunch, so not only was the pizza $20, it cost me money from work,,, won't ever happen again
Good food but awful customer service. When ordering pickup, our full order was not given to us. We only realized this when we got home and called back to ask for a refund on the items that were not given to us. The manager said she was unable to refund a credit card order and that I should call back the next day to speak to another manager. After calling back the next day, the second manager said that refunds must occur on the day of the order, no later. So now I am in a situation where I have paid for items that I never received with no possibility of receiving a refund. I would not be surprised if this were a systematic conspiracy enacted by this particular donatos franchise against customers to skim money off of online orders and blaming technical issues that prevent refunding the cost.
I showed up at the drive thru window on time, only half of my order was ready. The other item hadn't been put in the oven yet. Not the first time this has happened at the grant Ave location. It's more the norm.
I usually have a good experience here but recently I ordered wings and wasn t able to stay to pick them up (my lunch break was ending.) I called back later to ask to have fresh wings made and was met with a rude response about me needing to return to work. I ll admit I should ve prepared for more time but once I realized my mistake, I tried to even pay the extra money to have it delivered but that request seemed like it was a problem to complete so I stayed as long as I could & still couldn t get my wings. All in all, I will not eat here again. I can t trust the quality of service then I know I can t trust the food they will make. Lesson learned.
This place should post their dining room hours on the website and the door. Website says they are open until 12am so I went there to meet my sister for a ride home. I get off an hour earlier than her. I show up at 10 pm and they are closed forcing me to sit in the parking lot in a not so nice area of town by myself for an hour. Not very safe for a female alone. I called and the woman who answered said that the dining room hours are posted on the door. THEY ARE NOT!!!
Waited two hours for pizza delivery that never came. Worst of all, this restaurant also does not believe in answering their telephone -- instead, you get put on hold, being forced to listen to terrible music while an automated recording of a teenage boy tells you that someone will be with you shortly. Except, no one ever comes. Only valid excuse for this service is if their restaurant is on fire. Which, if it is, I apologize. Otherwise, I'll never eat their mediocre pizza again.
I will be going to corporate over he lack of customer service that their manager Diana showed. She claimed she took my order but did not fulfill it in anyway and was very rude when I mentioned that. I asked for extra sauce because I did not want a dry pizza where the toppings was hard as rock and over cook. That s exactly what I got. The meat on the pizza was over cooked and burnt there was only a then layer of tomatoe paste in the pizza even though I asked for extra. AND TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION! Extra means enough to where the WHOLE pizza is completely covered with suace and the toppings are sliding off. I called and she argued with me about how I was wrong and not right and she made the pizza perfectly. I told her I was at work and I couldn t bring the pizza back and she told me ole well she wouldn t help or refund me my money for a pizza I will not be eating. I wasted my money on this place and I literally had so many other option but my job isn t in their range so I had to go with my last option. After today I will never eat this pizza dm make sure everyone I know won t either. It s pathetic. You re pathetic Diane and shouldn t be a store manager.
This place is terrible. I m not sure if I ve ever had an order at this location completed properly but tonight tops it!!
They flat out didn t make our carry out order and instead of taking responsibility they accused us of calling the wrong location.. they literally made us feel the need to prove it to them by showing them our outgoing call. After all this they refused to allow us to speak to the manager through the service window. We had to come in and wait for him because he was too busy making other people s pizzas . Like our missing pizza didn t matter.
Will I eat Donatos again? Yes! It s delicious. But honestly never coming back to this location. Too many other options with way better service nearby.
This is the worst delivery service I have ever received, in my entire life, on a consistent basis, over the span of multiple years. I love Donato's food and where I am located in the city, this is one of the best options I have. It's a shame that over the last few years I have almost never received a quality product. Literally 90% of the orders I have placed over the last few years have had one if not all of the following issues: 1. Cold and old product 2. Incomplete orders 3. Incorrect orders 4. Two hour + wait times (which would be fine if they could at least honor the two hour time and then deliver hot complete orders) 5. Horrible customer service in the event one or more of the issues listed above occurs.
I took 6 months off from ordering with this location until the other day I decided to give it another go. I placed my order online and it immediately gave me a 2 hour delivery time. I ordered a sub, chicken tenders, and a soda - 2 hours is an incredibly long time for this type of order (seriously, Papa Johns delivered a pizza to me in less than an hour during Ohio state vs. Wisconsin). I ordered at 8:45 and expected delivery at 10:45. It did not arrive until 11:15. The driver did not have a pen to sign my receipt so I had to wait as she tossed her car looking for one. It appeared she had her boyfriend or someone else in the car with her. She asked if I had a pen, which I did not bring to the front entrance with me. Finally she found one and approached me. I could easily see that she did not have all of my order. She handed me my food, the bag was crumbled, and damp, and cold. I asked her about my drink and she smiled and said that she had to bring that back to me. So to recap, you failed to make the two hour delivery time for a sandwich, chicken tenders, and a drink - and you couldn't deliver a complete, and hot order, nor were you prepared once you arrived at the delivery location. I handed her the food and asked her to take it back. I called the store to obtain a refund, and although I wasn't looking for one - an apology of some type would have been nice. All I received was "well....we have been a little busy tonight, and it's going to take at least 7-10 business days to refund your money." That was the end of their "customer service". And this is consistent. The only consistent thing about this store is their inability to provide quality product and service to their guests. I will never order from this nightmare location again, which is a shame because I like Donatos. This store does a disservice to their name and product and I would recommend making serious changes at this location. Apparently, from looking at some of the other complaints here, I can see that I am not the only one with such experiences. What a disaster.

Ordered my food, waited the 30 minutes went to pick up and my salad wasn't ready. They pulled me up had me wait about 10 15 min. The food was good though.
