I d avoid their service department at all costs. It sad that businesses can survive with such poor customer service. I made an appointment online over a week ahead of time, and my appointment was somehow lost even though I got an email confirmation from them. He was very rude about this and said that online appointments are unreliable and it would take a week at the minimum to service my car but they would inspect it. They let me sit there for two hours before asking me if I was waiting on something before telling me the inspection wouldn t happen for a week. I get long service times, but the fact I wasn t asked if I wanted the other keys off key ring, given any paper work at all, or asked if I needed a ride was disappointing. I don t expect crazy good customer service anywhere, but being treated like a total inconvenience was miserable.
