Waited 2 1/2 hours to get my tire plugged before I finally went to ask what my cars status was? Within 20 minutes of asking it was fixed. I'm pretty sure that if I hadn't asked I would still be waiting for it to get fixed! I won't be going to Masheter anymore for service. Robin Helmandollar
