I would give a zero. My SUV was in the shop 8 days...

I would give a zero. My SUV was in the shop 8 days.
I had to call them every day for updates. I was always on hold 10 to 20 minutes waiting to get a update. When I took the SUV in they failed to tell me they were behind on servicing vehicles due lack of technicians. If I had known I would have requested a rental. They need to do a better job at communicating. I do not plan on going to that Ford dealership for service again.
