Luis Resendez s work nothing short of fantastic working with us on a 4 month long insurance repair. Luis was an excellent communicator, quickly addressed any concerns we raised, and ultimately put our house together with the highest quality of workmanship. Even when things were wrong or fell behind schedule, Luis always communicated the reason to us proactively and what he was doing to address the situation.
I contacted Gary Simms with DFW Improved to replace the roof on my house. Gary was very professional and easy to work with. We picked out the best roof available for my house and his bid was very fair compared to other contractors. The workmanship was excellent, it was done on time and the cleanup was very good. Gary made sure I was completely satisfied before payment. We did find one small scratch on a very large window (from falling roof material) and the next day the glass was replaced at no charge. If I have any other problems with my house, Gary will be the first one I call. I highly recommend DFW Improved.
I am a ready buyer for a kitchen remodel. Previous quotes have been in the $ 10,000.00 range. I called and was told their "Design Team" was too busy to talk to me. (How many is on a Design Team?) They didn't ask for any on my contact information. Unprofessional. They should just say we are too busy and we don't want to waste anyone's time

I used DFW improved to repair some water damage to my kitchen center island. The entire thing had to be removed down to the studs and rebuilt. The water damage was covered by insurance, and the insurance company agreed to their price and covered the entire cost.
The work was completed within the quoted timeframe and the center island looks better than the original one. They were able to match the carpentry detail, stain colors, back-splash, and other materials, so that you can't tell any difference from the rest of the kitchen.
This is the 3rd big project that DFW improved has done for me and they all turned out excellent.

From beginning to end, my experience with DFW Improved was excellent due to the professionalism and work ethic of everyone involved in my project. My original contact was Juan, who worked with me to create a plan for my dream kitchen and was available to answer any questions I had prior to signing the contract. Kristi was great, helping me with design decisions when I visited DFW s showroom. I was especially impressed with my project manager, Jason, who managed to make me feel like I was his only client, even though I knew he was managing multiple other projects simultaneously. He always answered my phone calls and texts promptly, and he kept me up to date with all the scheduling of the various components of our kitchen remodel. We had new kitchen cabinets installed, pantry rebuilt, bar height counter removed, additional cabinet storage added, new granite countertop, new composite sink and faucet, and backsplash installed. In addition, we had the kitchen, dining, living, breakfast, and entry painted. Jason s extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence that the remodel would be done correctly. I now have a beautiful, functional kitchen, and the job was completed in a timely and organized manner. Need I say more? Working with this company was a great experience.

We met with two contractors for improvements on our home. There was no comparison between Gary Simms of DFW Improved and the other company and representative. We were able to schedule an appointment right away and although a holiday weekend was a few days away, Gary emailed a very indepth estimate before the weekend. Work was started in two weeks and was completed on time. We repainted inside and out, had a couple of minor repairs outside, extensively remodeled two bathrooms, new granite countertops in kitchen, restained kitchen cabinets, flooring throughtout to include hardwood, tile and carpet, reconfigured formal living room and dining room to create formal dining room and study, retiled fireplace and removed all popcorn ceilings. The onsite supervisor was professional, always available and addressed any concerns. We would use DFW Improved again and have recommended them to others.
We had a fantastic experience with D/FW Improved from the beginning of our remodel straight through the completion. Shane Harvey, our project manager, was on top of every aspect of our remodel. His communication with us was top notch. We will definitely use D/FW Improved on future projects.
DFW Improved did a major overhaul of our master bath. The overall project was well done. This was an extensive remodel and took a cramped, horseshoe shaped bathroom, with 2 entry doors, his/hers vanities on each side, and walk in closets in each corner, and turned it an open, airy, fabulous bathroom. The design idea was by Gary St. John, one of the owners, and it turned out far better than we imagined. This project included relocating structural elements, re-framing shower walls and a walk-in closet, moving drains for the shower and toilet, and re-plumbing the shower. DFW Improved installed a new tile floor, a custom built vanity and lined cabinet, complete with granite top, undermount sinks and new Moen fixtures all around. A new Kohler toilet, along with 2 new insulated windows at the tub, and a new tile tub deck was added. In the master bedroom, new carpet with padding was installed, and both rooms were textured and painted. The bathroom was finished with new ceiling lighting, new light fixtures over each sink, and all new cabinet hardware was installed.
This is the 3rd project we ve done with DFW Improved, and in each case, the company provided professional project managers and sub-contractors that produced excellent results. Although there were a few minor issues, DFW Improved took ownership and quickly resolved the issues to our satisfaction. DFW Improved is a great company to do business with, and is now the ONLY company that will do work of this nature in our home.
DFW improved demolished and rebuilt my balcony. They were very professional, pleasant and easy to work with. The final product exceeded my expectations, and it is a very sound, safe and aesthetically pleasing balcony now. Great showroom in Plano with mockups of current design styles for kitchen and bath remodeling projects. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. They really seem to know what they re doing, and their project gallery shows it.
We had a great experience with DFW Improved. The quote, design, and execution phases of our work were really well thought out and planned. Miguel, the project manager, was awesome all the way through and even kept the project going with a lot of communication while we were away.

We recently had DFW Improved renovate our master bathroom. They took over from our disastrous previous contractor, who abandoned the job with 30% of the work done and 80% of our money. Since that experience, I was very skeptical about home renovations and the entire thought of it. They started and worked during the holiday season (Dec 2018) and completed the project end-Jan (with necessary schedule adjustments as requested by us, and also allowing for the mandatory elapse time that is required for the job) . They really know what they are doing, and are great at their work....each and every aspect of the work (demolition, plumbing, flooring, painting, project management) is excellent. The best part I liked was the fact that they were very accommodating with our schedules, and very communicative. A bit shout out to Gaby (our Sales PoC) and Shane(our Project Manager, who is so far the best Project Manager that I have come across, and a wonderful person in general). Thanks for restoring our faith in home renovation.....will definitely consider them for future needs.

I had DFW Improved come to paint the outside of my house and he quoted me a price I couldn't pass up. They did an awesome job! The workers were clean and professional. They replaced some old trim they felt was no good before they painted and my house looks like it did 10 years ago. I will be calling them for my next repair or improvement.
We recently decided to add onto our home and found DFW Improved and Gary Simms through our original builder. The level of professionalism that Gary showed compared to the other vendors we looked at was amazing. Several people have commented they would have never known the addition was done after the house was built - it completely integrates into the original build. My wife and I had been wanting to update our master bathroom at our second home.We have remodeled a few homes over the past few years and were familiar with the process of remodeling. We had tried to find someone that could do the job in the Dallas area. Many contractors that we met with at our place never returned our calls. There were contractors who said the job was to small, and contractors who we didn't think were qualified.We wanted a contractor that had a good reputation, wasn't to small of a crew to get work done, was insured, and bonded. Our son referred us to DFW Improvements. We scheduled a date for them to see the work needed. They returned the bid for the job in a timely manner. They were over our budget but we felt they could handle the job that we wanted. The job would consist of jack hammering the floor and digging down to the pipes under ground to move the plumbing and build out the bathroom. Work started on schedule and as on every remodel a few bumps, but that is why we went with DFW Improvements as they could handle the bumps. Our project manager Chad Edwards gave us a schedule/timeframe of the work to be done and it was on time. They have good communication skills as Chad stopped by to check on work daily and was easy to reach by phone about any questions. Workers were very polite and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend DFW Improvements.
Everyone at DFW Improved was incredibly professional, courteous, and always accessible. Case was very helpful in getting the quotes and assisting with the portion that was an insurance claim. Todd kept everything moving quickly and was able to reduce our renovation from nearly 5 weeks to 4....which was much appreciated given we were not able to stay in the house during the renovation!! Everything was kept very clean and tidy despite removal of tile and wood floors. We were extremely pleased with their quality and level of service!
This company redlines on the basis of area. I had an appointment set up for them to come out and do an assessment. A rep called the next day and said they just weren't equipped to go that "far south". The latter are code words which translate into no go zones based upon discrimination. What a missed opportunity ! Companies with these types of business practices are usually unethical in other areas as well. Please reconsider when deciding to do business with this low scruples company.

I've been burned by other remodeling companies, DFW Improved company is 100% professional. They stuck to their timeline and communication was great. We solicited 3 bids on a home project and 2 of the bids were very similar. The bid from DFW Improved was considerably higher with only a portion of the project included. They were friendly and responsive, but obviously not competitive in their pricing.
This is our second experience with DFW Improved. First time was our master bath and kitchen. This time the hall bathroom remodel for my handicapped mother-in-law. We needed this done ASAP as she can not care for herself after an accident. No problem!
We insisted on Miguel Perez for our project manager because of our wonderful experience with him in charge of our first job. Miguel works so well with the tradesmen, and comes in with them before they start to make sure they understand exactly what we need them to do. He checks their work whe they finish, and comes over for any and all questions in between. He s always available. He s constantly talking with us to make sure everything is just how we want it. If something isn t just right, he will have the tradesman back out to fix it. He s a perfectionist. He s also a problem solver, never upset, and respects and values, not only us, but also the tradesmen.
We also had a very good experience with our finisher Guillermo Gonzalez. He came in at the end to paint and finish off all the little things to make things perfect.
Even though we had tight time restraints, no corners were cut. Actually, they finished ahead of the projected time line. Miguel always had that in mind, even working on the weekend to finish.
They keep the house clean and free of clutter, draping and covering floors. They covered doorways with plastic to keep the dust to a minimum. Sweep floors at the end of each day, sent a cleaning person at the end of the project. Always considerate of our schedule, needs, and comfort.
I highly recommend DFW Improved, and will use them again.
I contacted them with a work proposal for a demo job with a new flooring install. They said they would get back in touch with me in about 2-3 days (so roughly Friday or Saturday in terms of what day I should expect to hear back).
I m writing this over a week later. No phone call. No text. No email. Despite having numerous means of contacting me, I ve never heard back from them. I stressed we were eager to proceed with this job ASAP.
This rating is strictly on their communication, which gives me no faith they will communicate effectively during the project. For this alone, I can not recommend them.
I used this company a few years ago to do a kitchen remodel and some other projects around the house. I found them in the "Best Picks" report, and thought that was a good sign. They also had good google reviews, but I did not have a good experience.
My General Contractor Ken was too hands off, and I think that is why a lot of this stuff happened. His primary contractor Chris did a sub-par job on just about every project and we have since had to have many redone. The most recent of which is learning that the barn door in our master bath was installed improperly, so it keeps hitting the track on the floor, and it lifts off the track because it was not properly installed.
Aside from this, the kitchen remodel came in well over budget and far behind schedule. Here are some things that went wrong: 1. Granite was not sealed properly after install so my slab got bleached by an all purpose cleaner (admittedly they replaced this); 2. The outlets we had them move on our island were installed too low / granite was cut wrong, but instead of redoing the work, they tried cutting a corner by cutting the face plates for the outlets. It looked awful, and I explained we would never be able to replace them by going to store ourselves with that solution (I'm not cutting outlets with a saw every time I want a style change). After throwing a fit, they also replaced these; 3. The kitchen cabinets were painted, but paint got on the dishwasher buttons during that process. Ken sent Chris to get the paint off, and when he did, it completely ruined the top of the dishwasher buttons. I'm not sure what he used, but it was ridiculous. Again, after throwing a fit, Ken ordered a replacement panel for the dishwasher buttons. 4. We had a warming drawer installed that we were told could be accommodated with our electric outlets. Wrong. We have a two story house, so we have no attic space to access the electric panel in the garage. That means, they ultimately had to rip out the ceiling in the garage to add an outlet for the electric panel. Had the appliances not already been in my garage at that point, I would have said no way to that. Tack on another $3,000 for that piece alone. 5. We had a farmhouse sink installed to replace what was once two separate sections in our old sink. To do this, they had to cut out space in front for the sink by removing what was once two drawers in the front. Chris did not properly measure, so after the plumbers came to install the sink, there was a huge gap between the cabinets and the farmhouse sink on the front side parts of the sink. To fix this, they had to use "filler wood" pieces, glue, and paint to cover. It's a terrible to fix to what should have been a proper measuring job, and I'm still irritated by this to this date. With the money I paid for this job, those types of things should not happen.
I would not trust this company, and I will certainly never use them for any future custom home build or renovation project in the future. It was not a pleasant experience, and to add insult to injury, it came in extremely over budget. I am not impressed considering how this company has marketed itself.
DFW Improved did an excellent job on my master bathroom remodel. The entire process was smooth from sales, to meeting with the designer, to working with the project team. My project manager, Luis, was courteous, friendly, and responsive to my questions and texts. I am beyond pleased with the outcome of my bathroom and I will definitely use DFW Improved for all of my future remodel projects.

Sam managed the construction process with great skill and exceeded our expectations. I love the end result and would recommend this team to anyone looking to remodel!
If I could give 0 starts or a negative star, I would. We started talking to DFW Improved in May about doing a covered patio, outdoor kitchen and installing some sliding glass doors. We signed a contract on July 10th. in 4.5 months, they have taken down our old pergola, put up a new one and built half of a wall. And now we will sit with a patio that is 20% complete and wait for at least another 3 weeks for doors that we were told were ordered in September. They weren't. I called the manufacturer and they take 6 weeks to be delivered once they are ordered. We have been lied to some many times about so any things that I have lost count. If I hear COVID blamed for one more of their mistakes, I will lose my mind. I have called and left 3 messages for Gary St John, the owner and he has never returned one of my calls. And that explains it- it all starts at the top. If the owner doesn't care about his customers, why would his employees. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am so sorry that I ever called them.
Very professional, made the experience of getting renovations done painless. I feel they went above and beyond even what was spelled out in the contract to make us happy. I would definitely recommend.
Had a great experience while working with DFW for interior painting and installing hardwood floors in our dinning room. Doug our Project Manager was easy to talk to and quick to return my calls, good professional service all around! Wish they had better pricing, although we got what we paid for, quality workmanship.

Juan was our initial contact to review the repair needs and coordinate with our insurance company. He was prompt, polite and highly professional. He explained everything thoroughly and delivered on his commitments to us on time and efficiently. Juan then brought in Sam who managed the construction portion. Sam was knowledgeable and professional. He communicated with us consistently through the entire project. He was here daily to check in on progress and make sure all of the committed repairs were not only completed, but to ensure we were satisfied. The crews who came in for the different phases of the repair from Guillermo who handled the tear down and repair, to Alex (I believe) who handled the texture to the painting crew, Terry I believe, to David and his crew for the fireplace tile replacement were all respectful and professional and true trade crafstmen. We have no complaints nor reservations to recommend this company. Thank you all for this coordinated effort and true care for our needs. The repair area looks brand new!!!
DFW Improved was wonderful during the process from start to finish. Each person along the process were polite and professional. Our GC Todd kept us informed through each step and was great.
DFW listened to what we wanted and walked us though suggestions that they reccomended. We would HIGHLY recommend this company! We plan on using them again in the near future.

The company responded to my review and LIED. They state they were in "constant communication" with me. No they were not. Jamie came out for the survey and I never heard a word from him until I started calling DFW Improved for the results. There were no back and forth conversations about what we did or did not want done. I was very clear during the home visit what we did want to accomplish with our project. i asked for the quote for everything several times and did not get anywhere with them until i finally got an email on February 8th. December 21st- February 8th- it took them 35 BUSINESS DAYS to send me my quote.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they are willing to lie on a google review, what else are they willing to lie about?

I scheduled a survey for my condo. They responded quickly and got it scheduled for 3 days later. I was told I'd have the proposal a week later. A month went by and I still didn't have it. I called the main number they said I would have it by the end of the day. Another week went by and I didn't have it. I reached out again and had to wait two more weeks before finally receiving it. Made me realize they are not very reliable if it took so much effort to get a proposal doc.
At that point I decided to move on with the project through a different company. Got an email today "following up" on my project. And find out if I still want to use them for my project. No thank you!
Tip: if you don't want to lose business then be more responsive and honest with time expectations.

He was in constant communication with us throughout the entire project, went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship. In short, DFW Improved exceeded our expectations and the remodel was an unbelievable transformation. We highly recommend them.
We recently had our kitchen remodeled by DFW Improved. Since the kitchen is the heart of the household, you can imagine what a traumatic experience that it is. Our sales person, Kenneth Kabell, was our introduction to the process and he kept in communication with us during the whole process. Kenneth quickly determined the look we wanted and made various design and technical suggestions to enhance our design.
Our project manager was Jason Austin who did a wonderful job of overseeing the DFW Improved crews and other subcontractors. Jason kept us on schedule with the normal (but frustrating) interruptions and delays due to scheduling conflicts and to working with so many of the different trades required to make the remodel happen. Jason was a great communicator (particularly using texting) and was easily available throughout the project.
The only issues we had were due to the Cabinet Subcontractor. Extra time and work effort were required due to a poor measure of the base of our previous cabinets. This required adding additional flooring to our existing Travertine. Also, our island was not built as we had requested and thus had to be redone. Overall, the cabinet subcontractor was not very communicative and seemed to slow up the process.
Fortunately, DFW Improved had acquired their own cabinet shop during our remodel and they manufactured our island redo over the weekend allowing the work schedule to proceed. It was perfect and very well constructed. Both Kenneth and Jason worked with the subcontractor cabinet company who then compensated us for their errors. In spite of these issues, the subcontractor cabinets were very nicely done and look beautiful.
All the other subcontractors were great and their work is impeccable. The DFW improved trades people were especially outstanding. The work quality is great, they were clean in their work habits, and they were pleasant to have in our home.
In the end we got a beautiful kitchen and we would highly recommend DFW improved
Perhaps our experience is unique, so will be as objective as possible. Businesses like this have the back end (management and administrative) and front end (people who actually are doing the work). Yes, all the work for a project is sub-contracted. The back end of the house needs some work. Presence, dependability, ambiguous contracts regarding the statement of work, lack of communication in scheduling issues to name a few of the experiences. Pre-construction meeting had to be rescheduled losing a day of work for me. The confirmation of the start date was not relayed. Everyone was respectful and polite. I am all about the details. Front end folks contracted out to do the actual work did a great job. There is comfort in having someone who is licensed, insured and bonded. I will state that things did get accomplished within the three weeks. The cost of the job was higher than other quotes we had received. I feel like I overpaid since we essentially provided the majority of the materials (we paid for the engineering report, flooring materials for 350 sq ft and had to replace some outlets as they got painted over).
We worked with Case and Chad on a pool house renovation. I was impressed with the ease of communication and knowlegeability of everyone who had a part in the project.
Work was top notch and the patience they showed with the changes made along the way was stellar. They really are there to satisfy the customer.
The jobsite was maintained as nicely as possible throughout the process, and we loved the finish product and experience so much that we intend to work with DFW improved many times in the future.
We love our new bathroom! It has been totally transformed! The downside is only that now as we travel and stay in amazing hotels, we think...Wow, I think our bathroom is so much nicer! :-)
We also appreciated working with Carlos in the challenging task he does as the Project Manager. He made sure that we were always in the loop and worked diligently to keep things on track.
The trades workers were highly skilled and trustworthy and worked so well with Carlos that we had a lot of confidence in the entire process.

We enjoyed working with such great professionals throughout the job starting with our designer, jenny and all other installers called to work on our job. These guys knocked it out of the park! We are not the easiest to please (as we can sometimes be very picky and detail oriented) however, can t say enough about the attention to detail and WOW factor they brought. A+ all the way.

Our remodel of kitchen, master bath, dining room and fireplace wall with builtins couldn t have turned out better. Working with our DFW representatives went as smoothly as could be. Todd James, Gabi Sperry and Christy Uzelac were a perfect team to work with. From the detailed estimates and renderings and the equally detailed project schedule, we were amazed. That schedule was right on point. Every contractor we had at our house was courteous, clean, and did quality work. We unfortunately couldn t do all the rooms we would have liked at this time but when we re ready again we will certainly be calling DFW to do the work.

We had a renovation completed by DFW Improved and have been very pleased with the entire process. From our original meeting with the sales representative, Gary Horton, to the Project Manager, Jason Brown, and the quality of the subcontractors they used, we were very happy. As background, this project involved closing in an existing exterior porch to make a part of the interior of our home. The other important part of this project was that it began in January with contract discussions and then filings with the Grapevine government and historical commission for approvals. While all this was being completed we found ourselves at the early stages of COVID-19 infections which meant we had to consider safety issues involving that. At this point Jason, the project manager was our go-to person and he was fantastic to work with. We received, and experienced, complete understanding & cooperation with safety measures involving COVID-19 from all of the DFW staff and workers. No questions asked, just complete understanding and follow-through. Lastly, the work was completed beautifully. Terrific professionalism and quality work, even when the inevitable happened, unexpected complications involving our existing structure that complicated some structural work completion. Summary, I would highly recommend DFW Improved (5 Stars) on every level of our project. Thank you to the DFW Improved team.
DFW Improved did a very nice job, with a kitchen remodel in my condo. They replaced the countertops, sink, faucet, and pulled out an old compactor, replacing it with a cabinet. Their people, and subcontractors, all did a thorough, professional job, and I am very happy with the results. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We are very happy with the final results of our project. Chad/Jason and the entire DFW Improved team were extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process. They used sub-contractors, which is fine if you, as the general contractor handle quality control. However, I had to inspect all work and insist on people coming back out to fix issues with original work.
I have been using DFW Improved since it was founded. Gary Simms is always pleasure to work with. He is conscientious and thorough and makes sure I am completely satisfied with the job before it's considered done. DFW Improved built a beautiful arbor in my backyard, and well as various home maintenance projects. The workers always leave the area clean and neat when they are done for the day.

Based off the reviews, I was expecting great service from the beginning to the end. Communication from their side could have been better. I have noticed quite a few things that was left undone. It was disappointing.
Friendly staff. They kept us informed the duration of the project. Our bathroom project was completed in a few months. We are very pleased with the results.
We received quotes from several contractors when we decided to remodel our family room, kitchen and outdoor area. We finally decided to use DFW Improved and are so happy with our decision. Gary Simms and Scott Pace were so easy to work with; any concerns we had or changes we requested were dealt with quickly and without hassle. All of the crews that worked on our house were professional, courteous and very skilled at their crafts. We are extremely pleased with the results - everything turned out better than we expected. I cannot say enough good things about DFW Improved. The employees I dealt with were professional and reliable (Garrett/Miguel). When meetings were arranged, they were on time. The subcontractors they employed were absolutely first rate and they completed their work in a very timely manner.

DFW improved did a great job with our kitchen remodel. We were worried about the time it would take and potential delays but Todd our project manager did an excellent job keeping things on track. Someone was at our house every day working on something and in the end we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and would use them again on a future project.
We pretty much either installed new or refinished the existing hardwood floors in our home (the entire first floor with the exception of the bathrooms) and we couldn't be more pleased. DFW Improved and its subcontractors did an excellent job matching the color of the stain that we wanted and making sure the wood railings and bannisters on the stairs matched as well. They installed a beautiful design carpet on the stairs and the entire upstairs with ease and speed. They were ahead of schedule and John Dunaway, our super, did an excellent job keeping us informed on a daily basis. I especially loved that he sent us progress photos throughout. He was personable throughout the project and a pleasure to deal with. They also painted our kitchen island to match the existing paint of the kitchen cabinets. You cannot tell that different contractors painted these areas. The match is perfect. We will definitely be using DFW Improved for our future bath remodels and possible home expansions.
We literally couldn't be more thrilled with DFW Improved. We had several projects around the house, including repairing the ceiling where there had been a water leak, installing the fan mechanism in a vent hood to finish a kitchen remodel, repairing various cracks in walls and trim around the house, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on our back patio including installing new ceiling fans, and re-staining our front door. So, we had drywall, electrical, painters and carpenters all on our property at one point or another. Every single thing from the scheduling (each tradesman was ALWAYS on time) to the final inspection went flawlessly. Randy, the project manager, is worth his weight in gold. He was there every step of the way making sure everything was done exactly right, making sure we were comfortable with how things were being handled and that we always knew what to expect. There were three different types of wall texture that these guys had to match, and EVERY single one was absolute perfection. I never imagined a patch job could look so flawless. Getting our front door re-stained was the best decision we ever made, it looks incredible!! DFW Improved was not the cheapest company, but we are so thrilled that we spent that little extra to make sure it was all done right the first time! I never imagined having maintenance work done on the house could in any way be a pleasant experience. We would never consider calling anyone else. Thank you, DFW Improved!!!

We love the French Doors they installed across the back of the house. The workmen were neat and the workmanship was excellent. The brick work was outstanding--difference between new and 6 year old brick work is almost imperceptible.
DFW Improved did a fantastic job on the total remodel of our master bathroom. We went to their design studio and found it first class! We met with Kristie whose insight and design expertise helped us put together just the right combinations for our new master bath. As a note she knew her products and listened as we described our ideas. She was a huge help. Everyone who came to work at our house did excellent work on each stage of our remodel. They were respectful of our home and kept it as clean as they possibly could. They even tolerated our three snoopy dogs that insisted on inspecting each step of the project as it moved forward. We were extremely pleased with our Project Manager Sam. Four years ago, we put our kitchen update out to three contractors. DFW Improved won the contract as they were the only one who committed to completing it prior to Thanksgiving. The Project Manager was Miguel Perez who did an outstanding job keeping the trades on schedule. Thanks to Miguel, we had our first Thanksgiving in our NEW kitchen! We called DFW Improved for our Rest of the House update and told them we would not acquire any additional estimates if we could have Miguel back as Project Manager. They agreed and off we went! The update included everything from interior painting to the major renovation of three bathrooms including the Master all while we lived in the house. Miguel introduced us to Guillermo Gonzalez who we consider to be a Master of All Trades . He is an amazing Artisan along with being a wonderful human being. Our Major Remodel was completed prior to the scheduled date and we are extremely pleased with the outcome! Miguel once again did an amazing job keeping the subs engaged and on schedule.
