DFW Improve did a wonderful job for me on repair work that included finish carpentry paint and tile replacement. John Dunaway and Ben Stewardson were a pleasure to work with. The sub contractors were all excellent at their jobs and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend DFW Improved for your remodeling needs.

Called for a quote. Guy came out and I never heard back. Not a single phone call or message. Moving on.

We just moved the area and wanted to update the old entertainment center to a more modern look that could support today's TVs. We decided to go with DFW because they were more organized than a lot of our experiences with previous contracts. DFW really took the time to understand what we wanted and visited the house a few times to really get an understanding. They custom built the cabinets for us, installed a false wall to bring the TV forward a bit (and left room to easily add/replace the in-wall cables). They also installed a set of French doors for us in another room to convert a formal living room (we aren't fancy enough to have 2 living rooms) into a study/guest bedroom. Any issue that we have had, they gladly took care of. We will be coming back to them when we are ready to update our kitchen.

DFW Improved just finished my kitchen remodel. We finished right on schedule even though we endured an ice and snow storm during 2 weeks of the 6 week remodel! The project ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to their team of project managers, designers, and vendors. I would highly recommend DFW Improved for any home project you need.

My husband and I highly recommend DFW Improved. We recently had three bathrooms remodeled, and could not be more pleased. The excellent communication and craftsmanship of project manager Garrett Lambert was outstanding. Garrett came up with creative solutions at our very first consultation and has exceeded our expectations at every step along the way. Id like to also give a " Shout out" to designer Kristie Uzelac, who helped make our selections, and was very helpful, as well . Thank you, DFW Improved- we could not be happier.

Amy was so each to talk to and understood what I was looking for in a master bath remodel. Carlos was fantastic as project manger and was great to use tape to really show me dimensions of vanity and shower wall. He was great about making changes before shower shelve was built as well as a linen cabinet. Amy and Carlos (and his crew) were great and cleaned up every day.

We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received from and the quality of work done by DFW Improved. Our project manager, Todd, kept all of the work flowing smoothly and on schedule. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!!

This was the easiest and in my opinion the best way to get work done in the home. I called to get some paint done in all the bathrooms and the laundry room. I set up an appointment. Jaime Ratzlaff came out and we discussed what I needed done. He listened to my concerns and assured me that they would have no problem moving my washer and dryer to complete the paint work. After some contracts signed etc. The drywall guys came in to make some corrections to the walls, they fixed everything that I pointed out. The day before the painters arrived I saw some drywall work that needed done, they came back out that evening and corrected it, so the painters could paint the next day. The painters showed up with Jaime, they took care of everything. I had some concerns that day and Jaime came over and took care of it. House was beautiful. After the paint settled I noticed a wall that did not cover well. I reached out to Jaime and he had them come back out to correct. It was a great experience for me. I have had contractors that come in, make a mess and then don't care if you like the work or not. It can be a hassle to deal with. Working with DFW Improved was a relief to deal with. I will be using them for any work I have done in my home they are professional, responsive, and was well worth the money because I received quality work without the hassle.

Just completed total renovation of two
Bathrooms. Worked with Juan Benitez/Sales, Todd James/project manager and Jo/design services. My 30 year old bathrooms had become nonfunctional and extremely outdated. They made the bathrooms functional, beautiful and added storage. Project was completed on time and on budget. This was my third project with them. They did a complete renovation of my kitchen in 2014. I rely on them for advice, suggestions and am 100% confident in their services. They re honest, professional, great at what they do. I completely recommend them for any renovation project. You will be happy you chose them to work on your project. They won t disappoint.

We were so pleased with the kitchen remodel that DFW Improved did in late 2019 that we decided to go ahead and remodel our master bathroom with them. They just completed it and did a FANTASTIC job. They are a great team to work with, very professional, and deliver on what they promise.

Reasonable price with excellent service and project management, and a happy team.
I have got a 4000sf two stories property to re-paint. The project includes all Interior walls, cellings, baseboards, crown moldings and doors.
Jaime is the priject manager and he is very patient with me, walking me through all the areas I need to get them painted.
I also need help moving all the furniture to the center of the rooms before the pint and get them moved back after the job. The team was able to carefully do very detail here. Especially, we have a bunch of Legos all over the place, and they were being taken good care of.
Jaime visted the project everyday and was providing me with updates on the progress.
I though the project may take up to 10 days, but it turned out to be only 6 days, which made my family very happy with the job.
I recommend this company do your painting works, and I will contact Jaime the first time I decide to work on another home-improvment project.

The process was smooth and everyone was helpful from beginning to end. We have gotten a lot of great complements on our new kitchen! so far so good.

DFW Improved was recommended to me. We asked the to come out and make a bid on our project. We don't live in the house yet, so we stayed there until 6 pm when the contractor could come out. When he got there, he asked how many other people would be bidding on the project. We said, "3-4," he said he would be the most expensive bid anyway and so doing a walk-through and providing us a bid would be a waste of time. He gave us his card and left while we just stood there wondering if that really just happened. Absolutely amazing.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish ! The sales, design and construction teams were wonderful to work with. They took our single inspiration photo and helped us completely renovate our 25 year old master bathroom and enhance the bedroom and closet so that it all flowed nicely. It's definitely our oasis now ! I wanted to especially call out our project manager, Miguel Perez, and our finishing specialist, Guillermo Gonzalez. These two gentlemen were incredibly caring and treated our home and this project as if it was their own home. It wasn't just a renovation to them, it was about building a relationship and always ensuring we spoke openly with them and that any concerns we had were completely addressed. A project completed on time, on budget and with the care that was displayed, deserves repeat business. I look forward to working with DFW Improved on additional projects !

A young lad drove through our garage and living room causing damage to the other side of the home.
The driver s insurance only offered $10,000 for repairs. GARY HORTON AND JUAN BENITEZ s inspection revealed $40,000 to repair our home correctly. Gary s and Juan s tenacity prevailed Geico agreeing to all the repairs.

Every part of this process to renovate our bathroom has been easy thanks to DFW Improved. This was our first Reno project ever, and we had heard horror stories from friends who used different companies / independent contractors. We are so grateful to this team for how the bathroom looks (fantastic, clean, updated, just like I hoped)... but we are also so grateful for how DFW Improved handled the work and contract. Carlos, Heath, the design team, the office::: everyone has been so wonderful to work with. They communicate very clearly, and that starts with the in home consult to see what your goals for the space are. DFW Improved keeps their promises and shows up or calls when they say they will. There was not a question of when things will be done or how. The project timeline was made and given to us and they even managed to get things done ahead of scheduling. I felt at ease and trusted them in our home. They kept the space clean and the rest of our home was protected through the process. We got updates and texts consistently from our ONE (always dependable and reliable) project manager, Carlos. Carlos made sure things were getting done, kept us informed, and made sure we were happy. I could text or call our project manager and get a call or text back; I feel like that is super rare and so special to this company. When you hear stories about contractors not showing up, work going on for longer than intended, that makes you anxious to do any renovation. None of that was anything like our experience: our experience with DFW improved was remarkably easy. Makes me ready for the next project for them to do in the future! I highly recommend them to anyone considering a home improvement project.

Scheduled to have them come out to look at my home. I have a problem area that needed to be fixed and wanted to have some remodeling done to my kitchen as well. The guy who came out gave me some great advice out my problem area and I had high hopes for this company. As soon as we came into the house and I started to talk to him about my floors, his whole attitude changed and said they don't accept jobs under $3,000. After his comment, I mentioned I was planning on redoing the whole kitchen. He then told me it would cost $20,000 or up to $35,000 if I wanted granite countertops. Such a fast quote with no measuring! I guess I was not the clientele they were looking for.

Update: I will admit I forgot to mention I did ask about having a garage conversion raised. He did take measurements there and gave some give advice.

I did feel brushed off when I was given such a quick quote for the kitchen. I still wanted a full quote. Just because the remodel was not being done within a month, it's something I am preparing for within 3-4 months. This is something that could have been done at the same time as having my other issue repaired which I'm sure would have been well above $3,000 minimum they require.

There has been no attempt to reach out to me to apologize.

I don't ask for red carpet treatment, I just ask for respect as a potential customer, which is so difficult to find.

DFW Improved built our gorgeous outdoor living. After dealing with numerous contractors over the years, our experience with DFW Improved was the best we've ever had. Their professionalism, ideas, and quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Unlike other contractors, they were very pleasant to work with from the Sales Rep (Jason), Project Manager (Chad) and the rest of the crew. Aaron and his crew built our beautiful cedar arbor and covered structure. It took longer than planned but expected due to the nature of the business. We highly recommend DFW Improved for any indoor/outdoor project and will definitely use them again and again.
