We had a great experience with DFW Improved from start to finish. Working with Amy Mendeljian on the estimate and design was very easy. She got us information and samples when she promised it and was very dependable. Sam Fontalvo, our project manager, was extremely conscientious, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our media room project was quite small, but he treated us as if it was his most important job. The room is exactly what we wanted and they finished quickly with minimal disruption to our daily routine. We couldn't be happier.
