The company responded to my review and LIED. They state they were in "constant communication" with me. No they were not. Jamie came out for the survey and I never heard a word from him until I started calling DFW Improved for the results. There were no back and forth conversations about what we did or did not want done. I was very clear during the home visit what we did want to accomplish with our project. i asked for the quote for everything several times and did not get anywhere with them until i finally got an email on February 8th. December 21st- February 8th- it took them 35 BUSINESS DAYS to send me my quote.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If they are willing to lie on a google review, what else are they willing to lie about?

6/12/19:
I scheduled a survey for my condo. They responded quickly and got it scheduled for 3 days later. I was told I'd have the proposal a week later. A month went by and I still didn't have it. I called the main number they said I would have it by the end of the day. Another week went by and I didn't have it. I reached out again and had to wait two more weeks before finally receiving it. Made me realize they are not very reliable if it took so much effort to get a proposal doc.

At that point I decided to move on with the project through a different company. Got an email today "following up" on my project. And find out if I still want to use them for my project. No thank you!

Tip: if you don't want to lose business then be more responsive and honest with time expectations.
