I went in hoping to get a style I hadn't had in a while and it came out perfect. The business is clean and the staff professional. Will be returning.

I've been going to Designers Edge Salon as long as they've been open in Salisbury. The salon is owned and operated by Teena Twilley who has been in the salon business for over 20 years. Designers Edge is committed to customer service. The hair stylist and nail people are dedicated to making your experience there the best. I never wanted to leave once I was there getting my hair done or my nails. Designers Edge's top priority is making you comfortable and relaxed. It is my "oasis" in Salisbury. Love, love, love all the people that work there. No reason to look any further for a full service salon!!! I give this salon 5 stars.

I love going here for all of my needs, from my hair style to reflexology they do it all. Nice staff, beautiful place. Lori does wonderful work on my hair and Juliana is amazing at reflexology.

My daughter purchased a manicure/pedicure for my birthday in February. Was very excited for the opportunity to share the day with her and have the experience of a new place. The technician I had seemed fresh out of school and since we were seated next to one another it became apparent she was not doing a quality job. Truly felt sorry after hearing the price she paid and the service I got. My daughters technician was great so hope you look into training all your techs before turning them loose on the general public. I was sadly disappointed in the experience and won t go back for any additional services. The setting and environment was peaceful and tranquil but we paid for that aspect of the experience dearly

I booked the Valentine's Day package for my husband and myself and we loved it! We were treated so well by staff from check in, to the massage, to dinner, and our overall comfort. We were so pampered, it felt like we were on a cruise ship again enjoying 5-star treatment. It was a great package deal. It was hubby's first massage and now he's hooked. We can't say enough good things and will definitely be back! Thanks for the top-notch service!

I absolutely love this hair salon!! They are very consistent with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Some people say it's over priced but it's a very good price for what they give you. This place is like a celebrity hair salon!! It's very popular and my hair/nails/massage has come out great every time. Strongly recommend this place!

Jessica Hunt is fabulous - She gives the greatest haircuts on the planet! Love how she does my color, too. Besides being an extraordinary hair stylist, she is a fantastic person.

I literally have never had a more HORRIBLE HAIR EXPERIENCE!! After sitting at the salon for an hour I realize my haircut was uneven by an inch or so. I called the salon and tired to get my money back because my hair was so horrible. They refused. In turn making me come back for another hair cut a week later. I have still not yet received my reimbursement. I would not recommend them TO ANYONE!

Lisa did my waxing for the first time and she was wonderful. I was made to feel welcome at the front desk and Lisa made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely go back on the regular.

Lisa is the best waxer around. All of the staff are very professional and welcoming.

Since going to this hair studio I have seen a couple of different people there. However, my hairdresser now does my hair and it always looks fabulous. She is great and is also extremely flexible whenever I have to schedule appointments.

I reached out to this salon to send me a gift card for one of bridesmaids. I live out of town so I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it. The staff easily assisted me via email and over the phone with the purchase and mailed the gift card in a timely manner, making this a very smooth transaction. Although I've never had services at this salon because I live hours away, I would not hesitate to call them for an appointment if I was in the area. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

Melanie has earned a customer for life!! I went in for something new and fresh and Melanie suggested a new style, we chopped 12 off my hair and she went through the process of donating it. Literally everyone is complimenting me, even going outta their way to compliment my hair!!

Jennifer is amazing! I love my color and cut. As a girl with natural curly hair finding someone who can cut it properly can be tricky but Jen always does an amazing job. The staff was friendly and diligent about keeping things clean.

Couldn't ask for better waxing results and the chai tea is amazing

Over priced but nice if you get a special like Mothers day or Santa deal for massage I would recommend this place the staff are great. I would also recommend getting and hour massage and not the 30 min it's a tease.

I ve been here twice. I m new to the area so My first experience was with Mona to get a Brazilian wax! She was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! I will def come back to continue my wax services with her.
Now on the other hand i just left from getting a prenatal massage. It unfortunately was not the best. I am unable to lay on my back for long periods of time bc I am 29 weeks pregnant so it gets uncomfortable. I ve had prenatal and regular massages where the therapist has given me a full body massage on my sides. They just have me switch sides but no issue.
The therapist Linda just focused on my back which was no issue bc that is my problem area now. As I was leaving she asked did I have any questions and I just simply asked with prenatal massages is it not full body.. She immediately got defensive and said how couldn t she do this with me on my side. And I should have requested it. So my response was I m a paying customer it was simply a question I wasn t upset/rude. I will not get a massage w. Her again. I Do not recommend her. I do not appreciate the rude attitude she had

They did a wonderful job for my bachelorette spa day!!! We had a half hour massage, manis and pedis, it was epic!! They took amazing care of us!! My nails looked beautiful for my wedding day!!

Bobby Jean is awesome! Used this company for years...was eyebrows,hair styled,cut,colored, back massages.

Hands down the best massage EXPERIENCE I have received. Dressed up in robes, nice people who you can ask questions, and a rewarding Chi drink afterwards that taste like the gingerbread man. I have been to several massage places and this one beats them all!

I've been here twice now and both times had an amazing experience! My husband and I received a couples massage and dinner gift card at Christmas. The massage was fabulous! I even added the sinus treatment since I had been experiencing headaches that week. Worked miracles! We chose our meal from a menu before our massage and it was ready when we finished. Delicious! They order from a family Italian restaurant down the street. So much food, we took home leftovers and had for lunch the next day. A marvelous evening all the way around.

I was turned away at the time of my appointment due to the fact I re-entered the country less than 30 days ago. At the time of booking (3 weeks ago) I told the salon I only had a UK number and they still did not think it was relevant to tell me about this policy. Instead, my time and theirs was wasted. The stylist also proceeded to tell me they have 'not been told' to tell customers of their policies at the time of booking which are more strict than government or WHO/CDC guidelines. Terrible customer service - communication is key during these unprecedented times.

Came in for an all over blonde with a bit of a dark root. They made a bit of a mistake with toner that turned my hair pink that wasn't necessarily their fault, they did try and fix it but they completely wrecked my hair by tugging and pulling on my hair after I had already been bleached twice leaving my hair now a damaged wreck even after asking them to be more gentle. My hair is now an uneven blonde with some platinum, yellow, and orange pieces that will need a massive corrective color whenever it has recovered enough to get that done
I basically paid 200 dollars to look like I got a botched box dye

had my keratin last week with Kelly w I do love my hair however I felt that the area I was done in should have been tidied up prior to my arrival. Paulo wash my hair for both parts of the service and did a good job.they use Brazilian blowout which is my favorite product and I will say Kelly did a great job. She just really needs to make sure her area is neat. The price was great the service was good I will be returning

I have always been a little scared to let people cut or dye my hair. Because of this, I haven't treated myself to a professional cut, dye, and style in a very long time. I had the best experience here. The staff really made the difference. Carl was my hair stylist, and he did a wonderful job. Needless to say, I cried when I seen the finished product. Definitely recommend this place!

Over priced... had a 100 gift card and got my hair done and still had to pay out of pocket

I had a consultation for tape in extensions and I was very disappointed to hear that their prices have gone up EXTREMELY!! I wanted 18 in blonde hair extensions (found the same human hair on Amazon for only $44.95) and they quoted me Get this..... $1,200.00 !!! Needless to say I ordered the extensions on Amazon and did it myself!!

I'm new to the area and was looking for a higher end salon as they tend to be a more consistent with their cuts. The staff was super friendly and most accommodating. The gal at the front desk set me up with Brandy and it was a great recommendation. The price is about average for a full fledged salon. I would highly recommend this salon.
