My daughter purchased a manicure/pedicure for my birthday in February. Was very excited for the opportunity to share the day with her and have the experience of a new place. The technician I had seemed fresh out of school and since we were seated next to one another it became apparent she was not doing a quality job. Truly felt sorry after hearing the price she paid and the service I got. My daughters technician was great so hope you look into training all your techs before turning them loose on the general public. I was sadly disappointed in the experience and won t go back for any additional services. The setting and environment was peaceful and tranquil but we paid for that aspect of the experience dearly
