I literally have never had a more HORRIBLE HAIR EXPERIENCE!! After sitting at the salon for an hour I realize my haircut was uneven by an inch or so. I called the salon and tired to get my money back because my hair was so horrible. They refused. In turn making me come back for another hair cut a week later. I have still not yet received my reimbursement. I would not recommend them TO ANYONE!
