I was turned away at the time of my appointment due to the fact I re-entered the country less than 30 days ago. At the time of booking (3 weeks ago) I told the salon I only had a UK number and they still did not think it was relevant to tell me about this policy. Instead, my time and theirs was wasted. The stylist also proceeded to tell me they have 'not been told' to tell customers of their policies at the time of booking which are more strict than government or WHO/CDC guidelines. Terrible customer service - communication is key during these unprecedented times.
