I was went to Designer's Edge the day of my son's wedding to have my hair styled and my makeup done. I used to go here years ago, but have been going to a less expensive salon, so they didn't know me. Nevertheless, everyone there was super nice and attentive and friendly. Kelly West did a wonderful job on my super short hair, Mona Lisa worked on my face for well over an hour. When she was finished, I didn't look overly made up. I looked like me, just prettier and younger. Even Paula, who washed my hair, and I bonded. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, a great beginning to a happy day. I highly recommend Designer's Edge. I will probably be back

Awesome at doing hair. Only down side is the prices for different services. Very high.

Every time I go in there s a problem with my service. I once waited an hour and a half with a friend (she was taken back) and when I went and asked where my hair stylist was; they claimed I never signed in.
A second time I made the appointment and called the day before my appointment to confirm that i was scheduled and such. They claimed I never made the appointment. But I had made an appointment for my friend at the same time and they had hers. The manager had to then scramble and find someone last minute to get me someone who specializes in ethnic hair.
The experience with the woman who did my hair was not great. While she got my hair trimmed in my desired style, spent asking if I was sure and suggesting other things throughout the whole haircut/was/etc.
But their one saving grace was a lovely waxer there. She made my first Brazilian into a relaxing and fun experience. I really wish I remembered her name. But she was funny, sweet, and made great conversation throughout the whole process. And the results were great! The only reason I would go back is for the lovely waxer.

I've been going to Bobbi Jean here for over 15 years and each and EVERY experience has been top notch.
