I'm back after taking down my previous review on good faith that Denville Nissan was going to "make things right." "We want to keep you as a loyal customer." We are now entering Week #3 of Nissan Nonsense. Last week's text from Nissan: "Didn't forget about you. Just been slammed. Will get it resolved today." That was last Wednesday (May 29)...I mean, really? Again, my friends, I regret having done another car deal with Denville Nissan. Truly, my last. I don't know how these guys at Denville Nissan keep their jobs -- from the General Sales Manager on down the feeding chain. I can only advise people to look elsewhere for integrity. This review is not coming down. Ever. Denville Nissan: Don't bother calling or texting. I'm not answering. To hell with you and your nonsense.

Greg Sanger who was my salesman was very helpful with me finding my new ride. He took care of my every needs. He Actually listened to what I was saying and did not pressure me into anything I didn t want. I would highly recommend Greg and ernie to for next car purchase. Highly satisfied!

I took in for a recall. They found additional things that needed repaired which was done in a day. Would probably not buy a new Nissan. My current Nissan was pre-owned with low mileage.
That is what I would probably do again.

I bought my Nissan Rougue, 2 months ago, from Nissan World of Denville. My experience with the car buying process was one of the most rewarding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marc DeFeo - sales rep. for the dealership. Mark, although young in the business, made the whole process flawless. He is pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and able to meet the customer "demands" (which is not always easy). I consider him an valuable asset for the dealership and the rep. who knows how to make the customer come back. At least I know I will.

I live in dover not too far from the dealer and was looking for a different car. Being that i was fairly local i thought i would get a great deal. I wouldn't even walk in to the show room just by the way i was pressured to look at cars out of my budget. I heard about them before but never personally experienced it. Boy, I'll think again and do my research before i waste my time there. Luckily i went 20 minutes down route 10 and hopped on 206 were my parents bought their Roque at Lynnes Nissan and its two different worlds. I was greeted in the parking lot and explained my budget was firm.They didn't have anything right there but had another location with mroe inventory. Long story short I drove away in a 2010 Maxima with Nav and the 2 sunroofs and UNDER my budget. Would not go back to denville and would rather drive another 15 minutes again to be treated properly.

Ask for Greg Sanger - he will work with you to get your payments to where you need them to be and he ll help you with a smile and a positive attitude! Yesterday I bought my own Brand new car. My first and second cars were both used Nissans and I loved them. From walking in to walking out, start to finish My experience was nothing short of amazing. I worked with Lisa Deluca who is a phenomenal. She spent so much time going over every detail, answering every question and concern I had. Being this is my own first purchase, I wasn't sure what to expect so I had come in with my young son (who has minor special needs) as well as my sister and niece, Lisa and the rest of the Denville Nissan staff were beyond warm and welcoming to myself and my family. I can see myself being a longtime Nissan Customer.I bought a beautiful Nissan Rogue with awesome, amazing features and Im looking forward to driving it. I Highly reccomend Nissan world of Denville.

I have had many different experiences dealing with car buying, but none match those of Nissan World of Denville. Everytime I call and speak with Sarah Wolfe I feel like I am home. She is always nice and courteous and seems like she has my best interest in mind. She is never pushy and goes out of her way to make me feel like the decision is totally mine and she is never pushy. I have been in a few times to look at cars and I never feel pressured about making a decision. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would ask for Sarah!!

They try to charge me $6k over asking price on fees that they made up!! They try to charge a $1k loyalty fee?? Because I did not buy a car from them in the past years. They also try to charge me $2k for them to clean the car . Please check fees before you buy anything from this dealer. And they raise the price because I didn't want to finance through them.

I went there to get my gear shift fixed. Mind you this is an automatic car. It was jammed and totally broken after 38,000 miles. I went there and of course my warranty was only for 36,000. You would think that 2,000 miles wouldn't be deal. Oh but it is was. The people there were helpful don't get me wrong but then I went to ask how much it was it was over $600.00 to replace and fix with labor. I then contacted Nissan Corporate to see if they could help me out and what do you know they do not care about customers, they only care about the money. I am in my 20's and have a lot years left of buying cars and I can honestly say that I will NEVER buy a nissan product till the day I die. I will also ensure that family and friends do not buy Nissan as well. This is about the principle of the matter. 2,000 miles was the difference of the warranty coverage on a "faulty part" and it didn't matter to Nissan. They would rather not pay even half of it. Nissan could of potentially had a loyal customer for life but instead this is my first nissan and it will be my last. Thank you so much for your customer service!

Before we went to this dealership, we did some homework online, We decided that we would go and take a look at a vehicle that they advertised on their web page. Before we made the trip which took 90 minutes to get there, we talked with Chuck our salesman to verify that in fact the vehicle was on the lot. He assured us that the van was there and we took our trip to Denville from East Brunswick. When we pulled into the lot, the van that we were interested in was sitting right in front of the dealership. We started to look at the van and our salesman Chuck, was right there to answer any questions. We had a very good experience with this dealership and would recommend it, and our salesman was very knowledgeable. I guess if there was anything they could have done better, was to get the financing completed a little faster. A little faster on the financing and it would have been 5 stars

Recently purchased a certified pre-owned Maxima from this Nissan dealership and overall, had a great experience through the entire process, from test driving the vehicle to completion of the paperwork. Marc (Asst. Mgr) from Denville Nissan takes pride in his customer satisfaction. I did have an issue with warranty work in which he reached out to identify what he can do to resolve.
I have opted to drive 30 minutes out of my way to Denville as opposed to 5 minutes to Stanhope Nissan which you should stay clear.

My Maxima has 36k miles and the service department flushed the brake line. My Uncle is a mechanic and I was told that brake lines should be flushed at 100k miles. Also, an ethanol kit was installed without my prior approval. I feel like the service department completely took advantage of any trust I had for their services.

I visited Nissan World of Denville again this month and this visit was beyond my expectations. I got helped by Frank, he was very cooperative and gave me a great positive experience, I appreciate his time and the friendly way he deals with me.
He was patient and worked with me till I got a great lease deal.
Overall I can say that I feel loyal to Nissan World of Denville because of Frank friendly professional sales skills.

Just got my new car from this dealership, by far the easiest, and FASTEST car buying experience. I picked out the car I wanted and spoke to the finance department Dragen who was so efficient and worked hard to get me a great deal. He treated me like family! This is my second time working with Dragen and im telling you he is the best. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I would like to share with you great experiences that I have had several times at the Denville Nissan service center. The first was at my most recent visit when I was experiencing a strange noise that seemed to be coming from the rear passenger wheel. A service man by the name of Sean should be commended for his dedication to finding out what was causing this noise. I would like to tell you how much I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge that led to the elimination of the noise issue. The other time was when I had my car for only a few months and was experiencing a noise coming from the rear hatch area. Carlos in the service department was also extremely dedicated to eliminating the noise issue. It is my hope that you share this information with these gentlemen so that they know how much their hard work is appreciated by this 2018 Nissan Rogue owner. They should be commended for their hard work and friendly service. It is because of servicemen like these two gentlemen that I will be bringing my car back to Denville Nissan for service in the future.

After some less than great experiences at 2 differ...

After some less than great experiences at 2 different Honda dealerships, my girlfriend and I decided to broaden our horizons and explore some different brands. The staff at Nissan World of Denville gave us a price on a 2021 Rogue that most other dealers laughed at, and even honored that price when we came back a week later after talking to some other dealers. Lisa, Jay, and Izzy were all great to work and provided an awesome sales experience that didn't feel forced or pushy.

We wanted to buy Pathfinder-SV and got a quote from internet and Nissan world, Denville contacted me claiming they have this car available but when we went there with an appointment they never had this car available.
They showed us higher end car Pathfinder-SL which we really liked and wanted to but then. We showed really positive intent confirming multiple times to Finance manager and Sales person that we were really interested in buying that car but it looked like they never wanted to sell us. The response and service was really disappointing from those people.
If they did not had the vehicle model that I initially wanted to purchase then there was no need to call and ask us to visit the store and then somehow if we changed our mind and agreed to buy another model but looked they never wanted to sell us.
We had some price in mind which we tried to negotiate but disappointingly store General Manager told us that they don't want to sell us the car. The attitude from the Store GM was so bad and annoying that I would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Only give them 1 star because there is no option for 1/2 a star.... spoke to Michael Bienvenue who promised one price with everything included, confirmed the price 3 times on the phone... after getting there I was told this is only to get you in the doors... now all the sudden the price went up $90 a month for a leased vehicle...

I am completely satisfied with my new car!! I highly recommend seeing Izzy! when you come in he makes the whole buying process easy not pushy at all like other sales people. Buying a car is certainly not everyone's favorite thing to do. However, Nissan of Denville was amazing. Lisa and Nisarg were so helpful and worked with me to get a deal that my husband and I were comfortable with. They have excellent customer service and were so friendly. I loved my Infinity and I'm happy we stayed with Nissan... I love my new car!

came in need of a car asap. Sales men where nice however Price online is not what you get at dealership when i asked about price they did not acknowledge it.

STRIKE 1

After purchasing the car a few days later i started hearing a rattling noise . Contacted them and was told set up an appointment, with their service department. Day came i dropped the car off and not even a hour later i get a call mechanic saw nothing wrong with the car told me to come pick it up.
( they must have fixed the loose clamp because the noise hasnt been heard it since)

STRIKE 2

then a whole month after purchasing the car i had not recieved the new licenses plates nor the new registration so i contacted them and customer service woman talked over me the whole time and then switched me to voicemail without even listening to me.
NO ONE called me back.

STRIKE 3

So i made an impromptu visit to the dealership. Wanting at least an extension for registration and license plate because i need my car to travel for work.
Took maybe 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me free roaming the place .he called dmv and told me to wait 15 minutes he will print me new temporarys.
A WHOLE HOUR PASSES and no one comes to tell me anything. So i go back up and not even 5 minutes later they put on...

AND REAL LICENSE PLATES PUT ON MY CAR . AND GAVE ME THE REAL REGISTRATION!!

Exactly like the previous review - Add thousands of dollars in "fees" to the list price you see online and that is the actual asking price of the vehicle. I have purchased 2 vehicles (from other dealers) in the past 2 months and am well aware of the common small print "Prep" and "Doc" fees that dealers are charging. You can, with persuasion get most of them to be honest with you about their fees before you waste your time driving to their dealership, this dealer however, not the case. I requested photos of a vehicle they listed online, which were provided to me, then requested the salesperson to disclose if there are any additional fees to which they responded "when you come in tomorrow we will go over everything". Wanting to buy a vehicle I decided to go look at it. I arrived and was immediately brought to the vehicle, however on the walk there I asked what the fees are and was told just drive the truck we will talk about that later. I insisted to know the fees (on a $10,995 used vehicle) which were a loyalty fee, doc fee, and prep fee, totaling close to $4000, magically the "Savings" on the list price. At this point I declined to drive the vehicle and was told he would explain the fees. We walked back to the showroom, I sat down and a taller male, who I would assume is some sort of manager, as he never introduced himself, told me I need to go drive the vehicle, that hes not negotiating a price without me driving it. I said ok, grabbed my license, and left. While walking to my vehicle that same manager stuck his head out the front door and said something, I did not hear it so I turned around and asked what he said, he responded with "that's right, don't disrespect my salesmen, cursing at them". I was certainly not happy about my time being wasted, however I did not curse anyone out.

If you want to pay thousands of dollars in fees that aren't disclosed to a dealer who lists below average prices in a deceptive way to lure you in the door, and be treated like garbage by an unprofessional staff, this is the place for you to buy a car. I understand its unrealistic to have a positive car buying experience these days, but this was abhorrent.

Last thing - I was told "all our fees are listed online", I checked the listing on their website and one place it lists a Doc fee and Prep fee, another place it only lists a Doc fee, however there is no loyalty fee listed.

My experience at Nissan last week was great! I was approached right away, and my sales person Auston Halverson helped me choose an affordable car that's a great fit for my family and I. He listened to my needs and didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I've had horrible experiences in the past with other dealerships, and I can't believe how smooth and easy my transaction was here. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends!

Absolutely loved my experience from start to finish! This is my third lease with them and every time I walk out just as satisfied! I called in requesting information on a car and the woman on the phone, Valeria, was happy to help. She answered all my questions about my options on a new lease and explained any details I was unsure about when it came to finding a new car. The second I stepped in there, my sales rep, Juan, explained to me the process and reassured me it would be simple and he would do his best to make the process not too long but I also understood it takes time to buy a car. He had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived and got the paperwork ready the second I said yes. He sat down with me to make sure I understood all the details prior to asking me to sign to make sure I was happy with it all. He made sure I walked out 100% satisfied and informed me I could always give him a call with questions. From the lady on the phone to my sales rep and his manager, everyone was kind, patient, and honest. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and will definitely be going back!

If I could pick 0 stars I would. Just like others, I was also lied to about a price and when I got my first bill, it was way over what was agreed upon. Made numerous calls and sent emails that were never returned or was told I would have to speak with someone else in another department and the circle kept going. So basically I am now stuck over paying for a lease that I would have NEVER agreed upon if I was told the truth about my payments instead of being lied to. When my lease is up, I will DEFINENTLY NOT be going back there. I should be driving a luxury vehicle with my payments. Spare yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. Dealership should be called Nissan World of Lies.

Also just walked out of a horrible experience with two men at the reception desk. One of them called 3 minutes before the appointment as I was pulling up to the store to let me know that they cannot perform the service that I had booked. They were rude, unapologetic, unaccommodating, and judgmental to a young woman. There was no offering of any solution other than rebooking to another time (seems kind of obvious, no?). I had to outright ask what they're going to do to rectify the situation, having driven all the way just to turn back around. Instead, I received another cold shoulder saying the service manager isn't in the office until Monday. Then, I had to directly follow up and ask for the service manager to give me a call on Monday, because the receptionist was evidently not going to offer to fix this. He also kept saying that it's a third party who made the appointment, even though I had called the local office number and when the person picked up she said Nissan Denville, and pushed off all accountability. This kind of service is laughable.

So the service department in this place is a joke. I bought a certified pre owned Nissan Altima 2015 from this showroom and there have been a lot of complains on this car. My car is under 36k so there is manufacturer warranty. However the mechanics and service department at this location are either not skilled or are plain lazy to do the work. I bought in my car 3 times and all 3 times the service department said there was no issue. I finally went in today with proof for my complaint..couple of hours later they are again saying their computer shows no issues...I apparently need to call corporate and fail a claim...this they won't do for me..now onwards to deal with Nissan corporate (UPDATE: who have filed my case and have been pretty helpful so far!)..my advice don't buy from this location they sell you crap...customer service in the service dept: wow terrible...

My advice: check the car thoroughly before buying (even if it is below 36k miles).. their technicians and mechanics are inexperienced to handle the situation themselves.

Just leased a 2015 Murano from Ryan. He was very patient as we looked at a number of vehicles. He did a great job finding me the right option package and the whole experience was very smooth. No wasted time, no games. This is my 3rd Nissan from Denville and they seem to get the best deals after a lot of shopping around.

I used to like this place, now they make you wait 90 minutes for an oil change. Then they come back with a bunch of over priced things you need to fix. When I declined, I do most maintenance myself, they made me wait 20 more minutes. It seems like in the past year they have been told to up sell everything, I witnessed them do this to everyone there. Not going back.

I went there in March to purchase a user car. After they ran my credit I was put in a 2017 altima. I was pressured to sign the papers that night after asking to think it over. They lied to the finance company stating I was receiving child support to prove additional income ( I have no kids) only for me to find out after I got a phone from the finance company asking for court documents. Then lied about the features on my car to another company. After all was said and done with me having the car for over a month they stated I had to turn the car back in. I would not refer a flee to them they are a shady and fraudulent dealership. I wish I could give them a negative star rating because one star is to generous for them. And there general sale manager Carlos is rude and do not know how to talk to people. to Nissan of Denville.

Went a couple of weeks ago to see if I could test drive one of their SUVs, since my current lease is almost up and I want to see what's available out there. Sales person was not that enthusiastic when he understood that I wasn't ready to buy that same day. He told me to come back another time to schedule a test drive. Plus I had signed up for a $50 gift card promo, and they never honored it even though they took all my info. Stay away, they don't seem to care about prospective customers, only quick transactions.

I was shopping for a very specific vehicle in my price range. We went to a few Nissan dealers in the area but they seemed more interested in selling me something from the lot. Then we went to Denville Nissan, Chuck Metzger met us at the front door. I told him what I was looking for and left my info. Chuck did his research and came up with the exact truck, got it to his location and called me back the same day. We sat down and had a no pressure negotiation, I drove the truck home that night. You would be smart to go out of your way to see Chuck, he will do the extra work to get your business. Thanks again.

My experience was amazing! The team was very attentive and showed genuine interest in helping me find the perfect car. Chuck was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesman, explaining to me all the fetures of the car before the test drive. He even paired my Iphone to the carplay. :) Chosing the best financing option was easy with Dragan, from the financing team, who searched for the best conditions in the market and explained to me the details of each option. Overall, I had a great time and very much recommend this dealer!

Leasing the Rogue sport SUV at Nissan World of Denville was the absolute best decision and best experience ever in leasing a new car. From the moment we arrived we were met by Lisa Deluca. She was super helpful, professional, informative, and honest. We had been to other car dealerships and did not receive anything compared to the exceptional customer service that we received at Nissan World of Denville. Dragan in financing was very helpful, he went above and beyond to process our lease transaction timely and efficiently. The whole staff from management to sales was exceptional. We feel very confident that we made the best decision to lease our new Rogue Sport here, we wouldn t want to be anywhere else! We highly recommend visiting this dealership, you won t be disappointed!

I don t recommend this dealership the Spanish speaking associates are a bunch of liars and all they care about is making the sale. They will lie to u and not tell u what is going on. This place is not recommended they are more worried about making the sale than keeping a customer happy. They are so quick to take the money and the commission of the vehicles but they will not explain to you the most important details.

Where to begin, I walked in with a low credit score not even knowing if id get approved for a vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and reassured me that they would do everything in their power to make sure that I left with a vehicle. Dragan, from finance spent hours and hours on the phone with different banks just to make sure that he got me approved with the vehicle that I had chosen. After a few attempts he walked up to me with a big smile and congratulated me on my pre-owned 2016 Audi A4! I couldn't have been more happier that I had stopped by this dealership because they truly went out of their way. I STRONGLY recommend this dealership to anyone out there. THANK YOU DENVILLE NISSAN!

Recently bought a car there and I dealt with a salesman who was clueless and couldn't answer a single question I had. Do not buy a car here! The prices online are not what they are in person and when you confront them about it the response is "I don't care." Customer service was horrible.

I usually do not go through the trouble of writing reviews but after the wonderful experience I had with Pedro Jimenez I thought I should. Before I drove into the Nissan dealership, I was dreading every second of it but I knew I had to. Having one car with my wife was no longer an option. Once I stepped out of the car and was approached by a salesman, I was skeptical because I was expecting the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude, however, that was not the case. He was able to answer a lot of my questions and made the overall car buying experience comfortable for me. The process just seemed easy going. He was sympathetic and understanding about my budget. After my experience, I will definitely be recommending Pedro Jimenez to my friends and family for a good experience with purchasing a new car. Buying a car should not be a nightmare it should be something you look forward to and Pedro definitely helps with that change in attitude.

They make you feel so welcome I was helped by a sales rep name Felipe Palacios. He greeted so friendly and very kind. He helped me find the car that was best interest in me and the more affordable. I would recommend my friends if they need a car to go Nissan in denville RT 10 and ask for Felipe Palacios great guy! Awesome!

I leased the Rogue from Denville Nissan in December, I love it! Ryan Sturzebecker was very easy to deal with and made the whole experience very stress free. I also have to thank Jim Desimone and Tim in service, because when I got in an accident in April they made the repair process very easy for me as well. Nissan World of Denville are con-artists and over inflate car prices and they post 4-5 star reviews for their dealership. Nissan conceals any wronge doing by trying to remove negative comments through YELP and DEALERRATER, etc.
Nissan settled on a lawsuit for faulty airbags. The class action lawsuit alleges that Nissan, manufactured, distributed, or sold vehicles with defective Takata airbag inflators. Nissan denied any violating any laws or compliances.

Another class action lawsuit against Nissan is for the owners of select Nissan automobiles may be entitled to multiple forms of compensation, including a $500 payment, use of a rental car and an extended warranty, after the company agreed to pay $97.7 million to settle a class-action lawsuit reported in 2017.
