At first my experience was wonderful, then I left the parking lot..

Marc, the manager was unpleasant. I brought my car in, everything was wonderful. They kept in contact daily and charged me over $1300. When I picked up my car they barely said a word to me, rushed me out the door, and did not even bother to check my loaner car. When I left the car was OK, then when I left work around 5pm, I noticed the same problem with the car as when I brought it in.
I immediately called Marc to discuss. He did not answer. I left a voicemail. I called Nissan. No answer. I texted Marc seeing as though he had just texted me the day before.
No answer.

Called every day since Tuesday and no one will help me or even bother to call me back.
I finally got an answer Saturday afternoon. Marc has no idea what I m talking about, won t answer any questions, yells at me, and hangs up the phone. I will bring it back in on Tuesday, I told him, but I will not pay another thousand dollars for something that was misdiagnosed.

No one at Nissan said anything to me other than it will be fixed we found the problem

Yet, now when I spoke with Marc he is telling me that probably wasn t the issue and they actually had no idea what was wrong with it. These people are horribly rude, condescending and will take your money and never bother to call you after that.
Marc also kept yelling at me about how he is the only employee working there. I told him listen I understand but I also need help and you called me all day every day until I gave you all my money and I simply would have been okay with someone telling me this may not work and you ll have to bring it back in

There is zero customer service, and no one cares if your car is actually fixed especially after payment is handed over. I told this man this is the ONLY money I have to spend on this he reassured me this is the exact problem and about how the car is in great shape and I will be really happy.

This place is a mess. Marc is rude and can t keep his composure or answer a question regarding my file.

And Marc, if you really are that stressed and by yourself I feel bad and Nissan should hire you some employees so you can call someone back.

I bought a new altima. I LOVE it. It is perfect for what I was looking for. Chris Forzani did everything he could to find exactly what I wanted. He didn't just take the easy road, he really put a lot of effort to make me happy with my car. He seemed to be very devoted to his job. I highly recommend going to Denville Nissan if you want to treated fair and just, and not like you would be treated at any other car dealership.

Excellent experience with my three recalls. Got an appointment within a few days. Service was very nice. They gave me a loaner for the day so I could go on with my day as usual. Recalls only took a few hours so I was back in my car in no time. And they returned car just as I had left it.

I just recently purchased a Rogue from Juan Barrera at the Nissan in Denville and honestly, it such a great experience. There was no confusion, everything was clear and he helped out so much on ways to save money and finding the right car for me. I recommend anyone to buy a car from Denville Nissan, especially if Juan is working. Great Job

I bought my Nissan Rogue at this dealership in 2010. I take my car here annually for routine service and for repair as needed. Each time I come I am treated kindly and respectfully. I am always given the choice to stay and wait or leave to come back later. There is even someone who will take you home if you don't have a ride. The waiting room is lovely with a TV, snacks, and comfortable seating. Recently I complained about something although it was very minor, and they immediately solved the problem with nothing but apologies. Service Advisor Erika Vasquez was excellent. Also Tim Kelly made sure everything was perfect. I will continue to service my car at Nissan World Denville. Why would I go any where else?

My advisor was wonderful and commended me for keeping up with my SUV servicing and taking care of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and caring. I love getting my service at denville. Unfortunately nissan sales department trade in program does not recognize that and only wanted to give me 10000 dollars for my 2016 roque although it is in excellent condition.

I bought a new Nissan and my sales rep was Genaro; he made the experience so amazing!!! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle which made me very happy to buy the car from him. He worked very diligently with me to pick the model that fit my exact needs and I will definitely be visiting this dealership again in the future! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Genaro for the best car buying experience I ve ever had!

The service I got here exceeded my expectations.
The sales person Greg Sanger was very knowledgeable even for an non Nissan vehicle.
I need to purchase a part for the license plates. They helped me through it and installed for me. Overall 5 stars experience and recommend for everyone.

A week later they did not even send paperwork to motor vehicle. They were giving us conflicting information and for during almost a month of troubles they have not called us even once! Just when we really needed help, we felt no support.

Update: 10/1/2018: Upgrade and leasing experience:
The sales representative we met was John Ortiz. He is an exceptional sales man and guided us through the entire process of upgrading and leasing to our Nissan. We had a lot of back and forth on the price but did not feel pressured at any point of time. Ultimately he helped us getting a deal with which we are extremely happy and satisfied.

Bought a New car there, a year later the transmission needed to be replaced. I brought it in for a service light/torque converter code. I was told by the service department manager that in order for him to look at whats going on I have to get the transmission flushed. After much going back and forth I agree to have it flushed, and pay the $250.00. The next day he tells me I need a new transmission! I find out they have a new manager a couple months later, so I talk to him and he agrees to put a service voucher on my file for the price of the transmission flush. I call up to inquire about the voucher, no one calls me back. I call again, they say they have no record. I leave a message for the newer service manager, he doesn't call me back. Nissan corporate took care of me, will not be going back to Nissan Denville for anything.

This was honestly the worst buying experience of my life. I told them in begging what type of features I am looking for in car, They didn t show me a car that I was looking for and made me run around in their parking like chicken with no head to look for the car. I felt like it s my problem that car that I am looking for that they don t have it. First, the salesman tried to pressure me into buying a car I didn't want. Then they couldn t offer me same price that they were offering in their website for same car and same stock number. This place is a nightmare. I never encountered the biggest, most unprofessional and clueless morons. They don t listen to customer and wanted to sell the car on their condition like I have to finance with Nissan which I wasn t looking for. Most of the sales team are liar. They don t tell you truth, don t listen to me. I felt like they wanted to me put in empty bottle and close the cap. I left the dealership. Week later Diana called me asking to see If I am still in market and looking for car. They didn t want to give up. If I am not satisfied with their offer, they should leave me alone. But I told her over the phone that I gave my final offer to sales person and sales Manager, and asked her if they ready to make a deal on same offer, I will stop by otherwise I don t want to waste my time. She said don t worry we will work it out and Sales Person who was helping me is no longer work there. So I went there next day and Saw same sales person (THIS IS A BIGGEST LIAR).I hate liars as everyone else. I got different sales person who was nice and helpful. But they didn t give me same deal and didn t give me chance to explain my offer. They made me to finance with Nissan. They didn t tell me finance rate till I don t buy car. I felt guilty thinking I came 3 times and not making deal so I made deal. I got the car with their offer. The way I got the car, I wish I could return this car or sell it.

Staff overall is friendly and purchasing My vehicle was positive. My only complaint would be the service dept. The loner car they gave me was filthy inside and out. I couldn't believe how a dealership that pride themselves with the quality of their vehicles would give out such a loner car to a new customer. I had my children with me who complained that the car smelled like urine inside. I was very disappointed. Also, on my third visit to the service dept, it seemed as though I was forgotten about. My car had been done for 15 min and no-one let me know. I had to inquire with someone else about my vehicle. I was given my keys with no paperwork explaining what was done with my car. Not sure if this is unusual but this happened on a not-so-busy day.

If you want to be overcharged, come right in! Finance department is just what you need to visit. Buyer beware, no matter what price you negotiate, but with cash. If you finance it, they WILL inflate the price before even you get a chance to finance it. STAY AWAY!

From the begining there were issues. The price was not clearly stated on a telephone call and under priced by $4,000. The temporary registration had the wrong Vehicle ID number on it. The dealer had excessive additions added onto the contract up to $11,000. The plates were not correct and I had to pay additional fees for commercial plates which they agreed to pay for. They didn't handle it by telephone. I had to go in person several times in order to make things happen. I would not suggest that anyone buy from them.

Well.. Nissan World bribed me into making my review a positive one after I had a horrible experience because they said they would help me with something. Well they didn t. So I m here to talk about my experience. I ve been loyal to Nissan of Denville since I bought my first car in 2011. I went to buy my 5th car from them, an armada, which I m sure you can imagine I was extremely excited about but unfortunately they let me down big time. They promised me one price, sent me home before it was finalized, told me all was going to be good, then called me back WEEKS later that it wasn t good. Tried to get me to find a co-signer two weeks after I had already been driving the car. I said no absolutely not I ll just return the car. They over promised again saying they d figure it out. They didn t. Now I have an armada that I am paying $230 more for than I was originally told and actually signed for. If I was smart I would get a lawyer because I have a signature for a price that I didn t get but I d honestly rather never deal with them again. I hate Nissan World of Denville and I can t believe the way that they treat and speak to their customers. Especially loyal long term customers. I m extremely upset by the entire experience.

Lease Return: Where can I begin, I initially called to schedule an appointment to return my lease, Tony who works in sales told me an appointment wasn t needed an I could just walk in. I made it clear to him that I d be returning the car on a Saturday, he told me to be there first thing in the morning since Saturday s are their busiest days. I was at Nissan of Denville a little before 8:50AM before doors even opened. As I made my way through the doors a friendly elderly man asked what we needed help with, I told him I was returning a lease and the lease inspection was already completed and I had all the paper work. He went to the sales guys and they sent him back to us to make sure the car was leased through them, which it was. Then another man came over to ask again if the car was leased through them, again yes, it was leased through Nissan of Denville. Then AN ARROGANT MAN named Carlos (sales manager) approached us and said NO LEASE RETURNS ON A SATURDAY. I went on to explain that I spoke to Tony and he said Saturday was ok. Carlos began to get louder and said, NO LEASE RETUNS ON A SATURDAY, THATS THE END OF IT, as he began to walk away and fixing his suit like he just won a war against a woman. If he thought his loud masculine voice and appearance was going to scare me (a small woman in her 30s) away he was wrong. I stood there until a polite person approached me and decided to take care of my lease return. Even his colleagues addressed that his approach and reaction was intense. If this is how Carlos wants to treat his females customers and customers who are returning leases and not buying he should not be working there. Seems like he s only concerned about his sales and not customer service.

I had been in contact with Nissan World of Denville inquiring about a new Nissan Altima. A young lady by the name of Sarah from the Buisness Development Center had answered the phone. She was extremely helpful. She was able to answer every question i had and tell me about the deals that were running. She was so patient with me while I asked my million questions. Unfortunately some other events had happened after our chat and i was not in the financial situation to purchase a new vehicle yet, but Sarah was so helpful and made me feel so relaxed that I will definately be visiting Nissan World of Denville. I only hope I will have the same experience in person as I did with Sarah on the phone. I will be reccommending anyone looking for a new car to contact Sarah, she's the best.

Well, the cars they advertise on their website are not the actual cars. I saw a 2015 sv rogue with blue exterior and beige interior. They stated it had leather seats and navigation for about 23k. Drove 3 hours just to find out that the cars posted online were nothing close to the actual cars. Gave them about 3 different stock numbers and came back with very different cars

We have had the best care and experiences at Nissan World of Denville. Marc Scalera has always been our advisor and is the absolute best in taking care of our vehicles! I brought my car in for an oil change and had some minor concerns. As usual, Marc was his always professional smiling self and took care of everything for me. The entire staff and service has always been great, but it's because of the service and care Marc provides that keeps us happy customers! :)

(Changing my review from 3 to 2 stars since I am now on my second set of temp plates, plates expire Monday, and i have had to call time and time again, no calls back, no one seems to follow up or figure out why, even though when I'm on the phone with them they seem SOOO concerned.) They made a great first impression and have been increasingly more and more disappointing since, so clearly they care more about making the sale than keeping customers happy. Frank was your typical salesman but very nice and respectful throughout. Dragan the sales manager has been mostly easily available and helpful. Robert in service was honestly disrespectful and rude. I feel like they are okay with trying to pull one over on you and provide less than great service until you say something, so then they try to make it right, versus just being excellent right out of the gate.

It could have been better. I was sent a price by email which stated the price i see is what i pay. Then when i got there.. i needed to be a veteran, student, have 1 leg missing, and a president of the usa recommendation to get that price.

Of course most of those are exaggerations, but they put the price from 32k in the email back to 37 list price.

I wasnt competely happy with the inconsistant information i was getting. But my salesman Wadley Cornielle was a great guy. I only gave this a 5 because of such a great job he did taking care of m

Worked a deal for a new 2016 Murano over the phone with the sales manager, Nisarg, and all details were finalized before we got to the dealership. Car was prepped and ready, paperwork was ready to be signed. Quick and easy process and all as promised. Jorge Castillo took the time to explain details of the car and answered any questions we had. The Finance and Insurance experience was easy as everything was pre-approved and ready for signatures! Highly recommend a visit to Denville Nissan World if you're in the market.

I've had a problem work with my new car since I bought it 5 months ago. The dealer I bought it from told me I was crazy. Nissan told me I was crazy. This dealer took me seriously, investigated, found even more wrong with the car then I thought there was, and fixed it. Kudos. Highly recommended.

I was interested in a CPO Rogue/Murano. Dealt with Austin. Originally sounded friendly and honest, but when it came to the $$ part, he threw in a $1000 fee because I was not trading in a Nissan!? So they penalize you for buying from them when you don't already own/trade a Nissan (Is it even legal?) Then he threw in another $895 as Dealership Processing Fee!? Mind you, this is in addition to the taxes, title, registration, documentation fee and other usual closing costs which I know are mandatory. I showed/read him out the description underneath the car description from their own website right there that says that the price includes everything except the taxes/title/documentation (just those 3), but still wouldn't agree (probably it was too late to back out on his word by that time). Apparently the $1,895 extra is something every dealership charges. So not true! Clearly dishonest. Beware!

This dealership should be avoided at all costs. I went to test drive a vehicle. The salesman I was dealing with was lying and pushy and made me uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to the sales manager the sales manager accused me of wanting to test drive a vehicle and buy it elsewhere which was not true. The sales manager would not give me a chance to explain and asked me to leave. When I asked for his name he turned and walked away. I called to talk to the general manager but his voice mail box was full and I could not leave a message.

These guys are the worst sales men. NJ was offering 10k discount on Leaf. But these guys wanted to take advantage of this offer and bumped up the price from 32k to 37k (approx). And they made up stories that they shipped it from CA and FL so they spent extra 3.5k for each car which they can't reduce. I had moved from US to India and for whole container from door to door we got 5k offer. So 3.5k sounded suspicious. I enquired with Nissan company and they said it won't cost that much but it's up to the dealer to Mark up the price. So please beware of what they claim. Asking premium price for a discontinued model is not acceptable. Next year (in a month) 2017 model will be outdated. Will never go to this dealer unless they offer MSRP or below MSRP price. I unsubscribed from their irrelevant automated mailing list. (I get a mail from them that car is available and within 2 hrs when I enquired they say car is sold out). So please make sure that you don't give any valid email I'd for any of the Nissan dealers. I complained to Nissan but they couldn't do anything but go with what the dealers offer. I think it's time that Nissan take extra steps to start dealing with consumers directly like what Tesla does else they might lose many interested consumers. I'll post their sticker price and Nissan's MSRP price shortly so you can compare.

Too bad I have to give one star! BUYER BE AWARE! They will sell/lease you a car but will not stand behind their product, which is Nissan. I have leased a 2015 Nissan Rogue that has broken down TWICE in a one year timeframe! This dealership says you have to deal with Nissan, they WILL NOT stand behind the product they sell or represent the customer! You would think that a brand new car would not break down w/ only 13k miles on it, and twice!! It has caused delays, time lost and now insecurity if the car will actually work if I am out of state! But they don't care. If you want another car, a car that actually works and is reliable (isn't it the reason most people get a lease?), then you have to pay more money! Always what they are looking for, money money money. I have no idea how they are not ashamed to sell a brand new car that breaks all the time and will not even stand behind the product they sell. I understand cars might break down (and I was fine when it happened the first time, now it's the second time and probably going third) but take ownership of the product you sell!! Will never do business with them again!

I called Nissan to inquire information about buying a Nissan Altima. I have never dealt with this Nissan dealership before so I was very pleased to talk to a woman who knew what she was talking about and really answered all of my questions clearly and completely. The woman I spoke to was Nadine Delvalle. She was very polite and respectful and knew exactly what she was talking about. If I spoke to someone anywhere less of what Nadine offered me, I probably would have searched for a different dealership. But she remained involved and passionate about selling me this car. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Nadine and thought that it should be noted by her boss or bosses. Thank you.

Three years ago I leased my first Nissan after my mom had leased many from this dealership for years. They were great to work with and when I went to buy my lease out they worked with me on all my options with great care and patience. I eventually decided to finance a new Pathfinder and Gennaro and Armin worked with their finance office to get me a great loan. They work with many banks which is great because you can select the terms and rate that works best for you. This is my second car from Denville Nissan and the reason I didn t shop around is because they gave me a great price and their service department (especially Marc!) is wonderful and always easy to work with on regular maintenance and replacement parts when needed. They re extremely flexible and always give me a loaner car when I need it so I don t have to wait.
Armin in particular is excellent and made himself available to answer questions and followed up with me throughout the process. I love my new Pathfinder!

He was helpful in dealing with our car problem and assured that the car was taken care of, as well as stayed in communication with us through the repairs. We were both very happy with the service we received. We would recommend Nissan of Denville.

At first the experience was good, then it turned sour. It s mainly because of 2 reasons :
1. While speaking to the Sales Advisor (SA) for the brand new Nissan GTR, he had told a very nice discounted price and the next day we went to trade in my car. To our surprise, it seems the discounted price that was told to us was not correct. Rather the sale price remained the same. Plus they asked very less price of the trade in (which was supposed to be washed off during initial discussion).
2. I had filled the credit enquiry report for the loan but had specifically told the SA not to run the credit as I already had approved loan and I wanted to wait until I get my other car for trade in next day. He agreed. However till now I ve received 2-3 bank letters denying the loan. So it seems the credit check was run.

Overall an unpleasant experience.

Jay Morris and Genaro Velez were awesome to work with. I was in to service my 2019 Rogue but I wasn't really happy with the size of the car. Jay assisted me in finding another model that best fit my needs. After a couple of tries, I decided on a 2019 Murano. Jay was great in helping me with the trade and financing of my the new car. Genaro was also great in assisting with all the little details and getting the new car ready for me. This is the 3rd Nissan car I buy at Nissan World of Denville. Always a great experience and honest staff.

Great service. Great prices. Great coupons. Great staff. I have been coming here since 2009. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It only makes sense to get my vehicle serviced here - Nissan World is Dependable and stand behind their work. Life gets so busy sometimes. I find comfort in knowing that the job will be done correctly the first time.

First a fall they sent a girl to do all the negotiation, speaking to her it was clear she was not a sales person. After long negotiations we finally made our final offer and asked the girl to check if this works for everyone. She goes to the manager speaks to him, comes out and tells us that manager is pissed and does not want to sell the car to us.
We were ready with 8k cash in hand. Authority really needs to think on such staff.

Nissan world of Denville is a hack dealership and there s really no other way to describe them. To begin, I was 100% unhappy with my purchase less than a week after making it (I was very poorly informed on the features of this car that later on became problematic for me, and if I had known I never would have bought it). They tried to get me in another car, I ll give them that, but it just didn t work out. So that s fine, not their fault. But here s where it gets pretty messed up. The clock that sits in between the speedometer and tachometer got stuck at a certain time (different times every time), and would remain stuck on whatever time it stopped on, while the clock on the radio would keep moving normally. Now, this isn t a huge issue, doesn t effect the drivability of the car, however for a brand new car that s rather upsetting, I shouldn t be seeing any issues, even something so small, at this age of the car. So when I brought it in, they told me they were ordering a gauge cluster, and would let me know when it was in. Cool, I was fine with that, it was getting fixed and it wasn t out of my pocket. About 3 weeks later, I noticed an email buried in my inbox and it said Haley, your part is in. Please call 973-xxx-xxxx . So I did, and when I did I was informed that at that point, they had already had the part for quite a while, and that I had limited time to bring it in before they had to send it back. So luckily I bought a second car (if that at all shows how unhappy I was with the car), and was able to bring it in that night. Got fixed, I came to pick it up, and when I got in the car to start it, the first thing I noticed was that my odometer was wrong. Like really wrong. It got rolled back over 3,000 miles. I went back in and asked about it, and I didn t get much of an answer, besides you need to talk to George . George Paul is the service manager there, and when I finally got ahold of him regarding this (which took me quite a few calls and leaving voicemails), he informed me that when they order a new gauge cluster, they give Nissan the current odometer reading, and they send the unit pre-programmed with those miles. And then when I asked why they even let me take the car, and why it took so long to let me know the part was in, he proceeding to blame me for racking up too many miles. Basically telling me I should ve known better and this instance was my fault because I drove my car. I m sorry, but I didn t buy the car to not drive it. I m pretty sure that I have the right to drive it. And if it was passed along to me that I should leave the car so that the odometer doesn t get messed up, I absolutely would have left it until the part came in and the issue was fixed. The issue was never resolved, the car currently has 3,xxx miles less than it should. The issue with the clock freezing is also still prevalent, so the repair did absolutely nothing. Since then, I ve tried getting into contact with the dealership regarding issues or questions outside of anything to do with servicing the car. I ve left more messages than I can count on one, if not both of my hands, and not once have I ever gotten a call back. I started taking the car to another dealership because I refuse to deal with these people any longer. Once they have your money, they don t give a damn what happens, and they ll do anything to keep from shelling out more. I ve been debating writing this review for quite a while now, ultimately deciding that its just petty. But after the last time I called, needing important information about my loan, I was transferred to the finance manager in at the time, was informed he was at his desk, and that if he didn t answer he d call me before the end of the day. I left a detailed message, explaining the urgency and I ve yet to get a call back. The dealership I m buying my new car from? I get a call back less than an hour after I call, every single time. So that was just the last straw for me, I decided this needed to be written. If you need a good dealership, I HIGHLY suggest Abeloff Nissan in Stroudsburg, PA.

Sharing a recent experience. I dread the thought of spending hours at a car dealer. To make a long story short, I just purchased a preowned certified car from Nissan of Denville. I can say from start to finish, the entire process changed my perception. From my sales rep Lisa Deluca to Dragan Jakovljevic in Finance to Jim in service, its been a great experience. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel part of the Nissan Denville family. I have been a service manager for 25 years. Customer service is key. They nailed it.

I purchased a new 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD in midnight jade from Nissan World of Denville on 6/10/16. I love the car; it is excellent. The salesperson, Royce, was excellent, very attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and extremely accommodating. He is why, after finding an Edmunds Price Promise for the vehicle I wanted, I went back to Nissan World of Denville to see if they would match the price before going to the competing dealership. They did not have the vehicle in stock. However, they asked whether I would be willing to purchase from them for that price if they were to acquire a comparable vehicle. I said yes, of course, and they promptly had that vehicle in stock at 1 pm the next day. While there were some hiccups with the price at finalization, the owner of Nissan World of Denville personally contacted me after I expressed concerns, and the matter was handled to my satisfaction.

I purchased a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. The dealership itself was clean, well lit and easily navigated. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My salesperson was Nicole Petrocco and she greeted us when we walked in the door with a huge smile and an awesome attitude. She wasn't pushy in any way and took her time explaining everything from start to finish. It was cold and rainy the day I went to look at cars and she was an absolute trooper going from car to car. Never lost patience or that great attitude.The finance people were friendly and efficient. She even suggested a person for me to call and that call resulted in a substantial savings on my car insurance. My car is awesome. I love it and I loved buying a car from Nissan World of Denville. Better yet, avoid this Nissan dealership altogether if this is the kind of employee that they have working in a "Management" position.

During my very limited interactions with this man today, he ended up completely refusing services that other Nissan employees at this location said they would do and told me to "Go back to the other Nissan dealership where i came from".

He was completely disrespectful to both me and my wife in such a manner that this man should not be an employee of a customer service related job.

Let s talk about service. My daughter had a service appointment the other day. She had a health emergency which had us cancelling that appointment. I scheduled another for the next day but your service woman made sure to follow up on her health the very next day. WHO does that? Then I came from out of state to bring her car to service and Marc Scalera went above and beyond to make sure the service appointment went swiftly and efficiently so I could get the car back to my daughter and be on my way home. Talk about customer focus!!! I apologize because I did not know the service woman s name but kudos to her and Marc for great customer service. What great representation for Nissan Service at the Denville facility. I am beyond grateful.

Worst possible experience I ve had with a Nissan dealer, I originally bought my car in Drexel Hill, PA and have always had a great experience when going there. I recently moved to NJ and this was the closest dealer to where I live, had I known the type of service and treatment I would get I would have never gone there in the first place. I had an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was one of the first people there and made to wait almost two hours to get an answer on the status of my car. This is happening while other people who arrived at 815-830 were getting answers no more than 30 minutes later. Then when I finally get the results they inform me that a part needs to be ordered to fix the problem I originally went in for as well as recommend I get other maintenance done on the car which I agree to since I was already there and might as well take care of that day. I know all too well that I can spend much less if I got the work done outside of the dealer, but thinking I would receive the same treatment as I did in the previous dealer I went through with it, how wrong could I be. This was most certainly not the case they fail to call me all day and inform me of the status of my car, giving me a call 20 minutes before the service department was done for the day (how convenient for them) to tell me that the car would not be ready until Wednesday without any specific details as to whether a loaner car had been set up for me. I had to head back to the dealer myself and speak to a sales manager who although was helpful informed me that I would not be able to pick up a loaner car until 7am when I need to be at work well before that. After this whole ordeal I let them know I no longer want anything else done on my car other than the original problem I went there for which was covered under warranty and only had to pay a minimal deductible, which they agreed to. I had to scramble and find a vehicle for me to use Monday morning to get to work when this should have been properly addressed to by the dealer in the first place. Come Tuesday they tell me the car is ready and that I am being billed for all the extra charges that I specifically told them not to do anymore so not only did they ignore my request now they want to charge me for their miscommunication. So I let the individual know about the situation and that i need to speak to someone. I spoke to a manager who said he would work on negotiating the bill with me and assuring me that he would give me a call back as soon as possible. Never heard from him again so now I m dealing with deception and to put the icing on the cake the next person that calls me to let me know my car is ready starts giving me attitude, are you serious? He says nothing has been done in regards to the cost and when I tell him that I spoke to someone whose name I can t recall (because he was suppose to get right back to me) he blames me for not knowing who I spoke to and starts getting upset with me because I told him I would not be picking up my car until I spoke to someone. At the end of all this predicament the service manager gives me a call says he will work on the price with me and at the end of all of this tells me they will be taking $30 off the bill , I m still shaking my head. Bottom line is this save yourself the grief and frustration, DO NOT GO THERE I should ve listened to the other negative reviews this dealer received because they are spot on. In the end I just paid my bill got my car back and you must be kidding me if you think I m returning to this dealer for the oil change that was offered to me and deal with the same people again. This dealer is a joke they are giving Nissan a bad name and I hope no one else gets treated this way. Sadly they are defacing this brand and dragging its reputation through the mud

EDIT 11/17/18: I came back for another oil change since I really enjoyed my last experience with the service department here. Unfortunately, I have to edit my post because the pick up process was extremely disappointing. Granted the service was complete, but when I pulled up with my boyfriend to get my car, I see that two of the service department employees are leaning on the side of my car and another one standing right next to them as they are chatting away. I find this extremely disrespectful as this is a customer's vehicle, and personally, that car is invaluable to me as I had saved for years to be able to own it. To see the employees treating it like it was nothing but a place to rest their behind was extremely disappointing. One of the employees even knew it was my car and she got up to ring me out as I got close, but never once did she apologize for leaning up on my car. Meanwhile, as I come back out to get my car, a sales employee happens to be out there and asked whose it was because it is not a regular sedan. For someone in one department to ask that question, but another service employee not even care about potentially scratching the car, it is a huge disparity in respect.

Obviously, you can't guarantee if someone will continue to do this, but I hope management reminds their employees to respect the cars customers bring in. Whether it's a Versa or a GTR, everyone spent money to get that car and is spending money at the dealership to get service done and deserves equal respect for them AND their cars.

April 2018: Stopped by for the first time to get an oil change and had a great experience dropping off the car and picking up. To be fair, I was not on a time crunch, so I asked them to just call me when the car was done. Everything was smooth from drop off to pick up, however, and I even got a complimentary car wash. Would come back again!

I bought an Altima from these jokers back in 2009. I was young at the time and didn't realize I was getting ripped off for a $300 / month lease. Regardless, after going to the service department and being told lies like "a K&N air filter will blow up your engine" and "recall work still gets a labor change applied to it", I stopped going. When I bought my pathfinder, I looked them up for fun to see that they were a few thousand dollars more expensive than other dealers in the area. In writing this because after OVER 20 requests since 2009 to remove me from all of their phone, text, and email robot solicitations, I still get them. I hope they see this to finally get me off. They're vultures. Stay away if you can

I walked in and i was immediately greeted by a staff member with a family like handshake, and asked my family if they wanted some coffee. the gentleman who attended us was Juan barrera. Juan was a true professional,and the definition of true customer service. He helped me understand every step that we took during the buying process and answered every question and concern that i threw at him immediately. i would like to thank Juan and all the staff for my new Nissan Sentra and i would definitely recommend The Nissan World of Denville to anyone who is looking for a car but best all true customer service.
