Liars!!!! False advertising on pricing. Internet pricing is not honored when you try and buy a car. Manager accused me on not reading fine print on their website pricing.....he couldn't even find it to show me. Places like this are why car salesman have a bad reputation.

Jorge at Nissan World of Denville is the best! He took his time with me and answered all of my questions during the purchasing process. He set-up everything inside my new car (e.g., connected my phone) and went over all of the car features. He has continually followed-up with me to see how I like the car and if I have any questions.

When I take my car to Nissan World of Denville for regular service (e.g., oil change) I am in and out within 45 minutes. I couldn't be happier with my new Nissan Rogue Sport!

Went into Nissan World of Denville Saturday looking for a p.o Nissan Sentra with low miles. Before I went I spoke with someone in the phone department who was very pleasant and informative. When coming in they greeted me and turned me over to an amazing sales guy by the name of Chuck. He was very caring and understood my needs. I was able to purchase my 2013 Nissan Sentra. Buying a vehicle is typically such a hassle but The staff at Denville Nissan made the process so stress free and easy! Thank you Nissan world of Denville.

**UPDATE** This is an update to my previous one star review and is specific to the service department and Nissan World of Denville. I was contacted by the service manager, Marc Scalera, who proceeded to tell me he was going to refund me for the service appointment I was forced into in order to have my lease properly grounded and returned last week. Even though my issue had nothing to do with him, he felt my happiness and comfort with my experience was more important that the cost of a service I did not want or need. Totally unsolicited, and an incredibly kind gesture simply because he wanted to do the right thing. I will be sure to utilize his service department whether or not I own a Nissan. A+++ to Marc and his department.

-While the service appointment was positive, it was an added service I was forced into in order to for the dealer to ground and return my lease. I was given no other option. This was overall a very negative experience

Ross Richstone Sales Consultant provided me with a great experience as he was extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the car and packages as well as guiding me through the process smoothly. Experience with business manager (Nisarg Shah) and Customer Care Specialist (Juan Barrera) were great. They were extremely helpful and got me to the loan payment for my leased Nissan Rogue which I love! They are attentive to any concerns or questions you have and work with you to give you a deal that are best for you. I highly recommend this dealership to all and be sure to ask for Ross!! Great experience overall and would absolutely refer anyone to Nissan World of Denville.

Called them for price for brake replacement and they said $ 248. Went to the dealership and this guy Mark is giving me a different price of $620. I said can you make it 500 and he agreed. When I went to pick up the car he saying the amount is $1600. He also changed the tires without my permission. Plus he is charging me 800 plus for the breaks. I explained him I came here for breaks not tires. Long story short a rip off place. Con artists on the counter who are after your money. I told them to put my old tires on and settled for $ 789 for break change. I had gone to other places also who were charging me way less for the same job.

I called for Electronic Steering Column Lock (ESCL) Warranty Extension. My car stop working because the ESCL defect. Nissan customer service give me a Ref #, told me to find the nearest dealership and they will take care of my case. The woman who answered my phone is very very rude and suddenly dropped the call and refuse to answer my questions. I called again, she heard it's me and drop it off again. That's how this dealership treat people.

I bought a Versa there a few weeks ago and was extremely disappointed in their sales tactics. The web advertised a given price and spec by specific model and VIN. The model did not match the specs and the price was more than listed on the site. I posted a poor review and was very surprised to receive a phone call from the general manager, James DeSimone. He was disappointed that I had not spoken to him before my review. I found out that a third party is responsible for their web postings. I cautioned him that they should be more careful with their proof process. In the meantime, he asked how he could make it better. I told him that I liked the car, but the not having auto locks was the biggest pain; especially since I am always carrying things and I like opening the door for my girlfriend without having to crawl through the driver side. He understood and wanted to make amends so he offered to install the auto locks for free. He made the appointment for this Monday and is providing a loaner car. I am sorry that it started off wrong, and I hope they rectify the situation with their third party web vendor. However, I am very impressed that the dealership stood behind it product and made a correction.

Normal maintenance but cost has risen. Asked to inspect the cause of squealing in front left brake rotor. They stated a fix but if sound returns it could cost 450.00 to remove plate rubbing on rotor if sound returns. Left service center with sound still present. Will seek 2nd opinion. 2010 Altima sedan w/42k miles. Brakes they said were fine.

Working with this dealership has been the worst ex...

Working with this dealership has been the worst experience I ve ever had. The general sales manager Carlos which has horrible customer service skills blaming others for his mistakes, not calling me back, telling me he has other priorities, and after calling and leaving messages for over 1 month. Listening to his guidance ended up costing me $6000 due to his lack of knowledge of how this dealership works. After multiple unreturned calls it took me having to walk into that dealership to get any answers that I needed to get things straightened out which never happened I still got stuck with a $6000 payment. At the end they did absolutely nothing to correct their mistakes. I advise anyone working with this dealership make sure all deals and promises are written down on paper before you end up in a mess like I did. Due to the negative experience and bad customer service I received I will never do business nor will I ever refer anyone to any World Auto Group dealership. Thanking Carlos the general sales manager that works at Nissan World of Denville for making this decision for me!

Purchased a 2017 maxima late last year due to shaking steering wheel when braking on the highway. Didn t noticed at first but it got worse After one week. Took the car back and instead of fixing the issue they machined the rotor to put a band aid on the issue. Issue was back again within two weeks. Wanted to go back to complain but COVID-19 hit and they were closed. Had to keep driving even though I didn t feel safe. Got tired of the situation and decided to trade in for a used Mercedes. Best decision ever and the price was almost the same for the a same year Mercedes c class.

Will never get a Nissan again and def not recommend the service department at this dealership.

Denville Nissan is a BAD DEALERSHIP! Poor sales m...

Denville Nissan is a BAD DEALERSHIP! Poor sales manners and they treated us like crap. It was a like a major bait and switch operation on used cars!
At Denville Nissan I went in to look at used cars. Told them specifically what my max was and that I didnt want to waste time if they didnt have anything. Thus began a long process of having me look at cars above my price and assuring me they could make it work by maxing my trade in and working loan terms in my favor.
I walked out when they showed me a nice car, but could not afford it. They called me 30 seconds later on my cell asking me to come back with a verbal that they could meet my price point with just my trade in, the deal changed once they had me there for another 45 min and they wanted money down. All I had was a trade in, and we were VERY clear on this. The verbal offer they made on the phone was all inclusive (taxes, etc) but now the story was different.
They offered to extend the loan terms by 4 more months and wrap taxes, etc. into that. The price was still a bit beyond my max, so I left (again).
The car was really nice, and I took 20-30 min to review my finances, budget, etc. and realized if i cut back in other areas I could make it work with the last offer. I returned again to take that offer, and now the price went up AGAIN! They said they had an "instant buyer" for my trade in, but since I left, that offer was gone. This new offer and was the best they could do!!!
I asked to speak with a manager and was told "no..it wont matter anyway, thats the price".
After insisting for several minutes, I was able to finally see a manager. I told the manager about the initial verbal offer and my wasted time, increase pricing, etc. and they didnt seem to care at all. he was USELESS.
I left (for good).
I wasted the WHOLE DAY on a saturday and had no time to look at any other cars.
I was so angry that I was very clear up front about my lmits and I did not want to waste their time or mine, but even more angry that they made me a verbal offer, and then could not fulfill it!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

I Went to Lynn's Nissan (In Stanhope NJ) INSTEAD to buy a car and got a great deal and had no issues.
