When I brought my car in, I was greeted quickly and friendly, which is always a plus. I dropped my keys and went on my way because I had errands to run. Fairly quickly, I received a call to let me know what work was needed. By 5:00, I had my car back AND it was cleaned. I felt like I was getting in my new car just like I did when I drove it off that lot 10 months prior. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

I have been with Nissan world of Denville, for quite some time now. I just purchased my new 2021 Rogue the day after Christmas. It is my third car purchase with the same dealership. I must say this third experience was by far the best out of my last two. The sales consultant (Genaro) was very helpful and informative along with his Sales Manager Armin. Armin did all he could to meet my needs and succeeded. I went in that day not in hopes within leaving in a brand new rogue and Armin made it all possible for me to upgrade and keep my same payments without stress. Armin and Genaro really listen to the customer & really try the impossible to stay within your budget. I highly recommend these 2 men as your go to.

I don't do reviews, generally, but I had such a bad experience today that I am making the exception. My wife tried to return her car today at Nissan of Denville. She had made an appointment to return it, and they said they had heard of no such appointment. They refused to take back the car, but that's not the reason for the one star. When I went in with my wife (she was requesting documentation that they refused to take it), Paul instantly told me to leave the store and said I was not a customer. Apparently leasing a car from that exact dealership doesn't mean you are a customer. Long story short, he escalated the situation, and I contacted the police while waiting outside. My worst experience with customer service ever in my 34 years of life. Paul should receive censorship from Nissan for his behavior.

I leased a car from this location 3 years ago. In February I started getting calls from them 3 times a week telling me I needed to come in to talk about options and that it was a great time to talk about getting a new car. After a month of that, I gave in and went in to talk about getting another car. After dealing with Paul Paula, I decided to walk away since he was not willing to make any sort of good deal. Flash forward to when I try to return my lease per my scheduled appointment, Paul Paula, would not accept my car stating the holiday weekend. He would only accept my vehicle return if I decided to lease a new vehicle with him that day, which was not what was told to me when I scheduled my return appointment. I would avoid having to deal with him at all costs and honestly, I think there are better dealerships to use that will provide way better customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!! Just met the car salesmen from hell. Paul aka the Sales Manager, is the most unprofessional, rude, unknowledgeable, car salesmen I have ever met. He is also the Sales Manager there, so there is no way to avoid him! I will be leaving reviews everyday, everywhere, just so that nobody wastes their time even stepping foot in there! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had to walk out of there be cause the things coming out of his mouth were complete lies and he was making things up as he went. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership and I've been to a lot of them recently. I repeat, avoid at all costs.

I spoke to the salesman and confirmed price and availability. 30 minutes later as I am driving to the dealership the salesman calls me back to tell me the quote is wrong, they will not honor it, there is a $2,500 mark up on their Leafs!!! Terrible customer service. Told by dealer to bring our relatively new Juke in due to 'check engine' light. This is the 3rd time we had to bring this car in. Dealer tells us the gas cap was loose and charges us 120USD.

Thank you Nissan of Denville for convincing us never to by another Nissan and certainly never to use your services again.

A $13,995 yellow Nissan Juke turned into...no joke..after fees and taxes a $23,000 car. They told me to read the fine print on the website. My bad. I owe $6,030 on a 2017 chevy spark with low miles (25k) and they wanted me to pay them $2,000 after they paid off the loan to take it. They offered $4,000 (with me having to pay off a balance of $2,000 for my car loan).My car is in as good of shape as the car I came to buy. I'll take a guess that they gave that previous owner 10k our less. I wonder if I could find a complete stranger (after I pay off a $6,000 loan) to take my 2017 car with low miles and $2,000 just to take it off my hands? Are you that crazy and more so very greedy, Nissan World of Denville? Maybe I can find a nice used car that I can get for free with a $2k bonus and low miles in the parking lot at this nissan dealership. I did notice two reviews prior stating the same but my mistake was disregarding those reviews and driving 2 hours one way for a deal that was definetly "too good to be true!"

purchasing of the car was not the best.. but when is it ever?? the only thing I didnt like before hand was after I paid for the car I realize there was a paint spot... when I tried to negotiate that they concluded I had to pay for the paint work if I want to fix the yellow spots on the car...(everytime I saw the car it was at night after work so I assumed it was dirt) ...that should have been my red flag there... since then I have bought this certified preowned vehicle with uncomfort... I have had to commute an hour and a half just to correct the multiple issue in less than six months...!!! I am heading back again because this is the second time in less then 3 months that the car refuses to start and it had to be towed to the dealership... one more and it will be a lemon in my eyes... be very careful purchasing from here...

Every time the moment comes near for me to go to a dealership for servicing I can feel the tension building in my neck. Because I never know what I am going to be told needs to be done or what someone will try to sell to me. I did not buy my Nissan at Denville but rather in another state where I also live part time. But I disliked that dealership right from the beginning because when I had my first servicing done at 2,787 miles, they were trying to sell me services I ve never even heard of. (A brake pad conditioning being one of them). I responded are you for real? After that I started going to Nissan of Denville since I live in Denville too. They have never tried to sell me anything the three times in a row when I brought it in for an oil change. Today they told me the brakes should be done and made recommendations about some other items. They even offered to let me come into the garage Bay Area to show me the brake pads. I knew the road salt mixed with ground cinders in upstate NY destroys brake components before their time. I told them to go ahead and do everything they recommended because I knew they were being honest. So thank you Nissan of Denville. Thank you to Sean Bilby who did the work and the rest of your staff for being professional. I guess I know where I ll be trading this 2017 when the time comes.

Going into this dealership has been the biggest mistake I have made in my life. My horror began in 2011 when I walked into the dealership and left that very night with a 2011 Nissan Altima coupe . Fantastic! Just until 5 days later when I was called from Denville and asked if I could please return the vehicle and if I would like a used model because my loan had not been approved? Long story short and 7 days later, the issue was resolved, put under a huge amount of stress just to be told later on, "We apologize but Nissan Finance has decided to accept your loan and you may remain with the vehicle ." I should have known then that this dealership wasn't very straightforward and that something was off. Well, here comes 2014 and I made the horrendous mistake of trading in my coupe, losing all my equity in my financed coupe (had 2 years left to pay it off) and leased a maxima. They almost ruined my credit score by not paying off the Altima (almost late by over 30 days) and after calling over 5 times, finally met with some "assistant manager " who was completely upset that I was upset BECAUSE NISSAN OF DENVILLE WAS 5 DAYS AWAY FROM RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE..WHAT?! .Well here I am in 2016 and every dealership I have gone to has advised me that "They have dug me so deep into this car that my best option would be to trade in the car, pay the disposition fee and rid myself of my $500+ monthly nightmare. I'm paying the monthly price of a Lexus for a Maxima. These guys are sharks and cannot wait to end my relationship with them. There service department has been as unprofessional as can be. Multiple (3) bad encounters with service manager and service (asked them to perform an alignment, never done because an "eye test " was performed...They were new tires, of course, you wouldn't see any wear and tear. Back in 2011, my brand new Altima had broken down after 1.5 months and was refused a rental or reimbursement accommodations. Once you leave the lot, consider yourself gone and forgotten!

I recently leased a Nissan Maxima that I am very satisfied with. This dealership offered an excellent price on a really great car and did so with tremendous service. Its rare that I have an experience with a car dealer where I leave entirely satisfied, but the Denville Nissan Dealership had it all. I would absolutely lease from these guys again. I recently confirmed with another garage that this dealership tried to get me to do brake work that I do not need. Do NOT go to this dealership. They will rip you off.

My 2014 Nissan Altima had issues yet again. I have had way too many issues with this car considering I bought it new and have about 52,000 miles on it. This dealership just charged me money for brake repairs. Their own report a few months ago said my pads and rotor were fine. The milage between the time I was there and my last visit was minimal. If there previous inspector said my brake pads were thin or needed to be replaced I would have replaced the pads and my rotor wouldn't have been damaged. They then said I was due to have my brake lines flushed (over $170). Oh, and battery acid was leaking so I may want to replace the battery.

The bill was so large that I was floored. When I asked if they could do anything on the price they said "no" but my next oil change would be free. You would normally say that was nice but I knew I was being grossly overcharged so I was not impressed.

Since they didn't provide a milage service sticker on my last service visit I asked for one on my way out. Guess what, I was due for an oil change. Now I have to go back and waist at least 1 hour of my day to get my oil changed because they didn't do their job. They could have changed the oil at the same time as they did my brakes.

I fixed the major issue because I was afraid to drive my car the next day on a long trip and didn't have time to go anywhere else. Then I did my research. I was right, they overcharged me by a lot and the price they quoted for flushing the brake line was $70 more than a reputable company I used in the past. Thank God I had the sense to do my research.

After that visit I reviewed their so called report and it said that "all" my tires were worn. The funny thing is a new tire was put on the day before this appointment. Clearly their reports are not there to help you.

On multiple occasions I received calls from the dealership trying to sell me a new car. They hear I am having issues with my car. Wow! They are really something. I would "never" buy a car from this dealership again.

I had a problem when I purchased my vehicle. The person who did my paperwork tried to charge me more than we agreed upon but after refusing to purchase my car but he rectified the problem when I told him I was leaving. The other problem was 3 different times I asked them to vacuum my car when it was serviced but they didn't do it. Since then the manager Tim contacted me and offered to clean the car and let me use a loaner. He kept his promise and I was very impressed. The interior was perfect. The other issue I have is their cost for repairs. It seems a little high for what they are doing.

Fatima and Mike told us they could close a deal on a used Pathfinder for 21,000. When we got there Mike stated he couldn't be on the floor due to having 3 heart attacks and passed us on to Frank. Long story short they lied. Tried to get us to finance 4000.00 more.
We drove an hour and 15 minutes for them to try to manipulate.
Thumbs down for their selfish manipulative practice.

I've read other reviews and mostly while the reviews are about the Sales Team.....

I stopped in today for an oil change and tire rotation on my Nissan Titan due to the fact A DIFFERENT local Nissan dealership just did me wrong after being a loyal customer to them.

1st..... I was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Heather who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She addressed all my questions and all my concerns. She went over the cost for not only the oil change, tire rotation, but an additional key programming that I had discussed with her over the phone prior to even bringing my truck inside the building. (Spot on)

2nd..... My truck was brought in at 11:04. My appointment was for 11 o'clock. Doesn't get any better than that and they were very busy!!

3rd..... She told me it would be approximately 90 minutes for the servicing..... Took 92 minutes.... Again top notch all the way!!!

Now with all of this being said, Their service department claims they strive for a 5 star review. In my honest opinion, they go above and beyond to achieve that goal. My vehicle will be coming here from here on in.

If you're considering looking for a 5 star service department, THIS IS YOUR PLACE FOR JUST THAT!!!

Only thing that could possibly make it better would be a hot dog cart and a bar!!!

The salesman are very nice. Unfortunately, the skinny/short manager is not. Avoid him if you can. He is condescending and rude. He didn't try to work out a deal and basically said "take it or leave it". Sad part is we've bought cars from them before and that wasn't taken into consideration. I was trying to get an end of year sale, but it felt more like an end of year markup. I wasted over 2 hours for nothing.

I give Rose and this dealer 5 starts in all the categories!

Here's why;

1. It was absolutely the best and easiest experience I have had for purchasing the vehicle.
2. She was so friendly and easy to work with.
3. You don't feel like she just wants to sell the car and get it over with. You feel she really cares about you and your after-purchase experience which I think a lot of sales people are lacking.

That's why, although pretty much the same car was being on sale at another location at a slightly lower price, I decided not to bother making a trip after I dealt with her. I just felt I wanted to buy from her for the sake of the better service and I wanted the credit to go to her by purchasing the vehicle.

So, if you found the car you want at this dealer, I highly suggest going to talk to Rose because she really takes a good care of you!

I'm now waiting for her to call me for minor repairs that will be taken care of for free of charge when the parts are ready. Plus, she and the service manager were kind enough to promise giving us a courtesy car for those repairs. What a terrific service! I'm waiting for it, so I can write an awesome review on the service manager here too!

I loved the whole experience and am looking forward to receiving the continuous terrific service here!

I was very satisfied with the help of Marc A. Scalera from Nissan Denville. My transmission literally died on me when I was on my way to my niece's graduation to Binghamton on Route 80. Marc was able to give me a loaner from his lot and I was in and out within 30 min. I was able to make it to the graduation on time. He also went out of his way to keep me informed about the problems with my car and I was able to get my car back in about 2 weeks. Marc was very helpful and honest with me about what was to expect from getting the parts, to the labor and the lenght of repair for my car. Need to say I have my car back with a new transmission. Thanks Marc for your help. Keep up the great service.

I called my Ocean county dealership on two separate occasions for a quote on 4 new tires as I have 82,000 miles on mine and I could feel the truck hydroplaning at 60mph and never received a return call. This dealership quoted the price and said they could take care of the replacement the same day. Now that is what I call SERVICE! Thank you very much!!! Ready for winter.

I recently renewed my lease with Nissan World of Denville and after contemplating switching to a different car model, I m so glad I stay with Nissan. I was having some billing issues with my lease and my customer service representative, Lisa Gurdano went above and beyond to clear things up for me. Not to mention she did everything possible to find me the exact SUV (Rogue) I wanted including all the features I asked for and even color. Usually renewing my lease is hassle, but Lisa and Nissan World of Denville actually made it enjoyable. I ll definitely be stick with Nissan of Denville thanks to their amazing customer service and am recommending them to everyone and anyone I know!

Terrible sales experience. My lease was expiring on my car and I wanted to lease a new Altima. I called for pricing before wasting my time going there. I was told they don t give prices over the phone so I said thank you and hung up. A manager named Fatima calls me back and tells me they have great lease specials going on. I said don t tell me a low price and when I get there it s a lot more money and waste my time. She says oh no, come on in. So I drive there and what happens, it s wayyy more than she told me on the phone. Typical slimy sales tactic.

GO TO PERFORMANCE NISSAN IN BUTLER! They were honest and gave me an even better lease deal than I was told over the phone. I made the deal and bought a car that night as soon as I drove there after the terrible service from Denville.

I am very disaapointed with service. I have asked to provide me a loaner. While my car will be servicing there. They have declined the loaner service reason of i am not doing anuthing major. While signed the lease with them.they said i will have loan if needed.make sure you make them right everything down when you are siging the paper work

I don't understand how the other reviews are so poorly, because the service i received on my car was excellent. They helped me through everything i needed. Offered assistance on few issues I had and worked around my schedule. Also, they explain thoroughly what my car needed and did just as they told me they where. My car came out so much better and I was completely satisfied. The employee who helped me out his name is Eddy Rodriguez and i would recommend you go with him. He is very detailed and helpful.

We had been to this dealer for test drive , person doesn t even explain anything about car, for every function in car we need to bug him to explain. Person shows no interest in selling the product..Worst part is price negotiation they don t treat customers fair and we had been given full price with few hundreds less.
As a existing Nissan customer we had plans to get same brand and after this incident we changed our mind and going to Tesla to get our first EV. If anyone is looking for getting Nissan , go to Spring Field dealer , they treat customers nicely.

Completely disregarded me and kept telling me 5 minutes to speak to the manager after one of there service guys almost literally killed me doing a test drive. He purposely braked hard and tried to scare me, even when I told him to let me out of the car.

!SCAM ALERT! !BUYER BEWARE! We purchased our pre-owned 2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership less than 2 years ago. We purchased all the bells and whistles to ensure that we were covered. We were even advised by the Finance Manager to take off a portion of our insurance because Nissan would cover it. We were thrilled! Throughout the past two years, we have been having significantly weird service issues when we just go there to get our oil change. They come out with a paper of issues that need to be fixed; we would decline and on the next oil change we'd see if they come up with the same issues as they did the next and every time it's different; oh so there really isn't anything wrong with my battery that I was advised the last time needed to be replaced? Then our muffler guard has a clean cut in it as if someone cut it; and the car is now making a noise when you turn left or brake and this is not even 2 weeks after we got an oil change. We have so many reasons to believe this dealership's service department is creating these issues (breaking the car on purpose) to have you come back and try to fix it. When they say they have to look at the car it'll cost you $135 but that's probably because they set you up. They know exactly what's wrong with the car. It s a game to them; when you call them out they just laugh. They really think they re funny. They have been receiving such negative reviews/comments that they haven't been selling too many cars so they have to make up the money somewhere and that's where the con-artists of the service department come into play. They need to make the money to save the dealership. We have all my paperwork on every single time they looked at the car. We always get a second opinion; and consistently find that they re master mechanic, Sean Bilby is not truly as master as they want you to believe. They're scammers and even suck at that too; terrible place to deal with; the police should be involved and they should be put out of business.

Do not purchase a certified preowned car here!!!! My mother just bought a jeep commando and my sister got a nissan rogue. A week later my mom started having lots of problems with her car. When she took it back to get fixed under their "warranty" , she was informed that the warranty does not begin until 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING . Does that even make any sense?! But on the signed papers it didn't state this. It said warranty was from Day one July 25, 2015. So as of right now the car still isn't getting any repairs done until it reaches 3 months past purchase. The car needs brakes replaced and it hasnt even been 2 months. The tires are also old, worn and cracked. Then my sister only received one set of keys with the remote control instead of two. We will be contacting the Better business bureau.

I can use only two words to describe this dealership: deceitful and aggressive. I came to this dealership on Friday to take a look at a used Honda I had seen in their online inventory. Test drove the car really liked it and decided to, since it s my first time buying a car, bring my step-father back with me the next day to get his opinion. Came back on Saturday, Step-dad drove the car and really liked it and thought it seemed like a good deal so we decide to start negotiating price. Car was listed online at $11,995 which was very reasonable for a car of its age and mileage. Now, I have been to a couple dealerships at this point and have done a fair amount of research and I understand that buying a car comes with some extra fees like taxes and documentation. Tax and doc is the same with every dealership, but this particular place also wanted to charge me $1,800 for the work it took to get the car ready for sale as well as $1,000 for a loyalty fee because I had never purchased a car with them before. Not only did they try to charge me these fees, but they said that financing through them was mandatory. I already have a car loan through a local credit union with an interest rate that they were unable and unwilling to compete with. I told him absolutely not to those three things. I would take the car for the listed $11,995 plus the standard tax and doc fees and would have the check sent through my loan company. He insisted the car was a hot commodity and was in mint condition which it most certainly wasn t and assured me I was getting a bargain. I told him I wouldn t have wasted one my valuable days off had I known they would slap me with these hidden fees. He told me they were listed on the website which, in fairness to him, they were, but it was very small, fine print at the bottom of the webpage. He admitted they price the cars aggressively online to draw people in, but that is just shameful and deceitful. I wasted my time, his time, and my family s time all because they can t be upfront about the cost of the car. These guys were the epitome of shady car salesmen and I most certainly be returning there for any kind of car used or new. I recommend you don t either if you want honesty.

I just had a horrible experience at this car deale...

I just had a horrible experience at this car dealership. My friend drove 50 miles, because they promised him they had a Titan P U he could test drive. When we got there they didn t have a pickup on the lot. I understand getting someone in the door, but someone looking for a pickup isn t going to buy an suv. They gave us the run around for 1/2 hr. Needless to say it ended really badly. I ve had way to many bad experiences at dealerships through the years. I really don t understand how these unscrupulous sales tactics still exist. Please don t respond with an auto response. Your dealership is dead to me, and I will bad mouth your business to everyone I meet. Forever.
