Also just walked out of a horrible experience with two men at the reception desk. One of them called 3 minutes before the appointment as I was pulling up to the store to let me know that they cannot perform the service that I had booked. They were rude, unapologetic, unaccommodating, and judgmental to a young woman. There was no offering of any solution other than rebooking to another time (seems kind of obvious, no?). I had to outright ask what they're going to do to rectify the situation, having driven all the way just to turn back around. Instead, I received another cold shoulder saying the service manager isn't in the office until Monday. Then, I had to directly follow up and ask for the service manager to give me a call on Monday, because the receptionist was evidently not going to offer to fix this. He also kept saying that it's a third party who made the appointment, even though I had called the local office number and when the person picked up she said Nissan Denville, and pushed off all accountability. This kind of service is laughable.
