At first my experience was wonderful, then I left the parking lot..

Marc, the manager was unpleasant. I brought my car in, everything was wonderful. They kept in contact daily and charged me over $1300. When I picked up my car they barely said a word to me, rushed me out the door, and did not even bother to check my loaner car. When I left the car was OK, then when I left work around 5pm, I noticed the same problem with the car as when I brought it in.
I immediately called Marc to discuss. He did not answer. I left a voicemail. I called Nissan. No answer. I texted Marc seeing as though he had just texted me the day before.
No answer.

Called every day since Tuesday and no one will help me or even bother to call me back.
I finally got an answer Saturday afternoon. Marc has no idea what I m talking about, won t answer any questions, yells at me, and hangs up the phone. I will bring it back in on Tuesday, I told him, but I will not pay another thousand dollars for something that was misdiagnosed.

No one at Nissan said anything to me other than it will be fixed we found the problem

Yet, now when I spoke with Marc he is telling me that probably wasn t the issue and they actually had no idea what was wrong with it. These people are horribly rude, condescending and will take your money and never bother to call you after that.
Marc also kept yelling at me about how he is the only employee working there. I told him listen I understand but I also need help and you called me all day every day until I gave you all my money and I simply would have been okay with someone telling me this may not work and you ll have to bring it back in

There is zero customer service, and no one cares if your car is actually fixed especially after payment is handed over. I told this man this is the ONLY money I have to spend on this he reassured me this is the exact problem and about how the car is in great shape and I will be really happy.

This place is a mess. Marc is rude and can t keep his composure or answer a question regarding my file.

And Marc, if you really are that stressed and by yourself I feel bad and Nissan should hire you some employees so you can call someone back.

Nissan, do better.
