The whole experience was amazing. I walked in and i was immediately greeted by a staff member with a family like handshake, and asked my family if they wanted some coffee. the gentleman who attended us was Juan barrera. Juan was a true professional,and the definition of true customer service. He helped me understand every step that we took during the buying process and answered every question and concern that i threw at him immediately. i would like to thank Juan and all the staff for my new Nissan Sentra and i would definitely recommend The Nissan World of Denville to anyone who is looking for a car but best all true customer service.
