After dealing with these people and having positive experiences suddenly as my warranty was expiring they hit me with, they are going to charge 135 dollars if they don't find a problem. Our 2010 honda odyssey has had stearing noises regularly for the entire time we've owned it. They could never find the problem but changed and repaired other items but as far as the steering they would replace the pump and tighten things up. But could never find the problem. Our next to last experience was the service woman pulled our contract and said we only had 100000 warranty and it expired. We had work done at 106k so how could that be. The sales woman was ducking us and was evident when we were there she was ducking other customers. My wife asked to see the service manager he too said the same thing until my wife looked at the paperwork and it wasn't ours. This last time with days left they wanted to charge us 135 if they couldn't find the steering problem. What makes you think they were going to find it finally and save me $135 fat chance. So academy service who use to have a good service center was taken over and now a new company runs service has gone the way of just another stealership.
