Terrible post sales service.... Appointment at 10 ...

Terrible post sales service.... Appointment at 10 am after telling client service I m there for service he kept working then after I approach again he apologized several times quite sarcastically then I waited until 11:30 am ... yes hour and half just to check tires !!! so I went back to same guy and car was already ready !!!??? he said no issues with tires and they just reset tires alert so why he never told me and I kept waiting ????
