I had very bad experience in David McDavid Honda of Frisco yesterday. The service center of this dealership is not professional. They charged me labor fee to find out why the air bag light is ON. The result was that they did not even find out the passenger seat belt was locked. I had to find another dealer to check, wasted lots of time, money and energy. Very very bad experience. I felt they do not care. It seemed they were very busy and they have enough customers. Not sure if Asbury Park, the owner cares. Indeed I am their loyal customer for many years, very sad. Anyway, just express my frustration here.

Honda Customer Service took my case today, with # 08456065. I will update the development of Honda's investigation here, share the story with other car owners.
