Let me start off by saying that this was my first time buying a car (2014 GMC Terrain), and it could not have went better. Brian Beilstein was the sales associate that helped through most of the process. He was very knowledgeable and did not exert any pressure what so ever. Even after I decided to go look at other dealerships to see if I could find a better deal. Even upon my return the next day Brian was still very patient with me, which I greatly appreciated! However, my step dad warned me that the sales associates weren't the guys to be nervous about it was the financing staff that would be rough. Although I found this not to be true after all, I had J.P. Detwiler as my finance manager and thank god I did. J.P. like Brian did not exert any form of pressure on any matters. I told him that I'm trying to keep my payment as low as possible and he understood where I was coming from and made the process as painless and fast as he could. So I would like to say thank you to this power team, you really made my first time buying a car easy and painless. I will definitely be returning here to buy any future cars and recommending you to anyone who is looking to buy a car!
