I found an issue with our Buick that we purchased ...

I found an issue with our Buick that we purchased a couple of years ago. I called the dealership and they said it should be covered under our extended warranty. I had the option of getting it fixed at the local dealership and paying the $100 deductible or taking it back to Dave Sinclair where they would take care of the deductible for me. I said I was going to take it to the local dealer, because it would cost me more to travel over to Dave Sinclair and find somewhere to be while they did the work. The employee at Dave Sinclair then offered to send over a rental car, pick up mine and bring it back when it was done. I agreed. When they started looking at the car, they found several other issues that needed to be addressed. All of this ended up being covered by the warrantee and I only had to pay $100. The service department went above and beyond to help my family out and the one thing they said that stuck with me was "I don't want you to have to spend a bunch of money right before the holidays."
